Beware of the staff. They reject the application for foolish reasons and dont refund the deposit later. The staff only answers emails and calls when you are a prospective resident and after that God bless you.
I lived here for 2 years. Decent place and Friendly neighbors .Very Near by to lucky and Indian groceries stories and Fremont hub .Support staff was good .
Short but very unpleasant story. I got in to rent an apartment and was greeted by two ladies who clearly didnt want me there. Despite prior agreement over the phone - I was not shown the apartment and after a minute of quite rude exchange, I left wondering What was that?
The building looks good from out side but the apt is not that great. They dont have AC, No laundry inside the apartment. The leasing staff behaves as if they are doing a big favor.1. They dont show you the real apartment but only the model2.They collected $330 while signing the application.3. Just because I am new to USA (its been 10 months), Though i have good credit & sufficient salary to pay my bills, They take an additional 1200 deposit.4. if I dont agree to pay additional money I will get my $300 after 21 business days on a mailing address ( basically forget your $330 if you dont take up).The leasing office guys gave me really hard time. First of all they wont be available / wont answer your call most of the times. The apartment manager is stubborn and arrogant. They dont really care / understand the situation of a needy.** Take this apartment only if you dont have a choice / dont expect any kind of hlep from leasing guys ..and be ready to over pay coz of their stupid rules.
Low quality apartment i”be only bern inside a few times, but it’s really densely packed with people almost like a slum
I walked in to see about getting an application and I was completely dismissed by the woman who was working the front desk. I asked if they had any open units available and the woman looked me up and down and said No, we dont have any units available. I said Ok, is there a waiting list I may be able to get on? She said, No, no waitlist. I felt completely dismissed and non important. It didnt make sense that there was no waitlist, but then again maybe not all apartment complexes have those. I could be wrong. Either way I felt like I wasnt really helped at all. Poor Customer service for sure. I wouldnt want to live there anyways.
