Not only the apartment itself is in the worst condition ever, the management team is horrible too. Irresponsible leasing managerThe whole apartment is very old, they “remodel” it, however it is not well done. Just a 1960 apartment with the white paint all over, even the outlet is covered with paint.Bugs all over the apartment, I saw rats at my neighbor’s apartment at night. People are picking your trash at night. Almost got out cat’s tire stolen. You really paid a lot for Utilities, but I feel like we don’t get any service. Water quality is bad.It was the worst living experience in my whole life. After moved out 2 months still haven’t receive security deposit.

We had the misfortune of living at Parc88 Apartments for less than a year. From day 1, with the doors falling off the hinges, the outlets exploding, the failing smoke detectors and the fans/lights randomly turning on in the middle of the night, we had problems. Water heater wasnt strapped correctly, even though the Hayward Fault is less than 1 mile away. Water leak inside unit caused the doorways to warp, making it difficult to open and shut the front door. Towel rack fell off the wall and the newly refinished bathtub was peeling.And that was just inside the unit.The association is a complete mess due to neglectful management. Fremont Environmental Health and Safety had to be called due to unsanitary conditions in the dumper areas, which are constantly being dug through by waste pickers. One unit had a massive beehive (over 40,000 bees) that had to be extracted. Constant renovation happening on the property, but the cosmetics have been so poorly done that everything is falling apart. Each unit only gets 1 parking spot, but theres no regulation with some units having 4-5 vehicles that randomly park where-ever. And 4 managers in less than 11 months.All the while, rent is $3000 per month.Its really too bad because there is a lot of potential for this property if Trion Properties actually cared to invest in making it livable. Instead they are only interested in their wallets and it shows.

Just save few bucks on the rent, and pay huge extra crazy utility every month, also it’s very unsafe!
