We had a blast last weekend at my sister’s bachelorette party with a huge thanks to our driver, Johnny! He was amazing. Arrived on time, kept in touch with me throughout the day, and was willing to take us wherever we wanted. He helped us load everything in and out of the limo, as well as waiting for us outside each place when we were ready to leave. He was such a gentleman. Also, a huge thank you to Pam who helped book the limo for us. She was so accommodating and took care of us! Awesome limo company, I would absolutely recommend and use them for future events. Booked a last minute winery trip..Pam was so sweet and accommodating. They did not have the size we needed so she upgraded us at a lower cost. The driver was prompt and the cleanliness of the bus and how it was stocked with whatever we requested was amazing. The driver John went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our trip was a great experience. He kept in contact and made sure we were OK and never needed anything. He even took pictures for us!! Thank you LONG ISLAND PARTY RIDES especially Pam and John for making this trip so memorable! Will definitely be using them again!!!

I had an amazing experience with LI Party rides. We had the range rover and it was spacious and well equipped for a good time. The driver named Luke was very professional and arrived 15 minutes prior to our booking time and drove very safely. We had an overall great experience with LI party rides and would definitely use them again in the future.

Had the best experience with Long Island party rides. Booked them for a day at the wineries ! From beginning to end we were treated like family. The girl that books the jobs was super helpful and led us to the right type of car for our party !! The party bus was just perfect!! Clean as could be, stocked with everything we wanted and the driver was on time, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend this company and wouldn’t use anyone else going forward!!!

This is a great company that I highly recommend. I used their service for my sons prom.Pam (owner ) was so sweet and helpful. Andrew (driver) was so professional and all the kids loved him.The limo was clean and well maintained and the price was well worth the experience. We rented 26 passenger party bus. All the parents were completely satisfied.I was referred from a friend that used them for a wine tour out East . They do tours to city as well. I look forward to using LI Party ride again in the near future.

Had the worst experience ever, Pam gave me and my friend terrible customer service and disappeared after. gave us the wrong bus, couldn’t fit the whole party and made us waste time going from a small bus to a smaller one. Do not book this company they will not answer your phone calls after messing everything up. Simply terrible!!!!!!

The service with this company was unacceptable. Had to be to a show on time to perform and the bus arrived late. We didn’t not order a bus but a limo due to aesthetics for a video we needed a particular look and were unaware that we would not be getting one. Not only was the form of transportation not what we booked but the ride wasn’t a good one it was very bumpy and the driver stopped in the middle of the parkway with kids in the car and was counting money on the road while driving. Would not use this car service again.

Horrible experience! Everything was so unprofessional ! They have horrible customer service! After the fact that everything was not what I asked for and Pam just stringing me along and changing everything last minute! Pam literally didn’t not help after ruining everything! So disappointed.

I booked through pam and I wish I hadn’t because I’ve never had such a bad experience with someone ! I Payed for a bus that had a pole and would fit at least 30 people, the bus that they put us didn’t have that ! Never again ! Too many promises that weren’t kept after she screwed everything up !

We were promised an Escalade limo: we specifically rented a limo for aesthetic purposes as well as transportation. Without alerting us, a janky and falling apart party bus arrived (late, and to the wrong address).We had children with us and the party bus didn’t seem safe. Why would we need a stripper pole to transport children to their performance? There were tacky air fresheners hanging from the ceiling, the inside was just as ugly as the outside, and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t stay shut.THEN the driver PULLED OVER while we were already running late to our performance. He was COUNTING CASH as he was driving our children, pulled over because we had paid the deposit, and refused to continue driving us to our destination unless the rest of the money was paid (usually you pay the final amount after the service is rendered).It was the most unprofessional and unsafe experience. Do not use this company unless you don’t really care about your safety or getting what you paid for.

I was completely blown away with L. I Party Rides, for a birthday bash, this past weekend! The experience was lavish and left me impressed.My family and friends felt like the talk of the town, being chauffeured in a rather spacious limo.Its a fantastic service and would certainly recommend.

TRIGGER -WARNING INVOLVED KIDSThe experience I had was unfortunately unbelievableI had originally ordered a 20 passenger Cadillac Escalade limo with a contract and everything.My students and I had a performance at the Barclays centerTo show up the day of with the party bus and say we had been upgraded we did not wish to be upgraded we wanted the limo. He was supposed to pick us up at 10 o’clock sharp he picked us up at 10:15 because you guys had given them the wrong address the address.Then after being so disappointed that we did not get what we ordered when we got in the bus it was such a bumpy ride things were falling apart there was a pole in the middle of a party bus and I had 10 kids with me I did not want a stripper pole for our transportation.We had to get to the Barclays Center in a timely fashion we were already 15 minutes late because of the wrong address.In the middle of our tripThe driver stops pulls over and demands to get paid before he continues. It was his responsibility to collect the money before the trip but because I told the coordinator I wasnt satisfied so she made him stop in the middle of our ride to get paid. Which made us even more LATE!!!!!!!!.After I had given him the cash he then proceeds to start counting it WHILE HES DRIVING !!! He yells in the back and says you’re short. I could not believe he was counting money while he was driving 10 small children on the middle of the expressway . I then proceeded to give him the rest of the money but he still has his hands on the steering well counting cash. It was unsafe dangerous and just completely unprofessional and unacceptable.And he never gave me a paper receiptI did not pay $1350 for that experience. It was the worst thing ever.From the wrong vehicleThe late timeThe dangerous safety actions . It’s just not the right thing to do.The kids and the families were so disappointed and so heartbroken it was not what we wanted for our performance a lot of parents didn’t even get to see the kids perform and your company has to take some accountability for your lack of professionalism.I request a partial refund not even the whole thing because I know that is not how business works the lady said she could give us $200 credit off out next limo. I said I will NEVER be using this company again not only for the lack of professionalism but the safety of my studentsBut we had the wrong carIt was lateHe was counting money while driving kidsPlease please do not spend money with this company .What was suppose to be an amazing experience could have been really unfortunate.

Best limo services in Long Island!! Their prices are the best and can’t be beat. We recently rented an 18 passenger car for a party of teenagers to be dropped off at their destination for that day. Driver arrived early for reasons he knew these teens wanted to take lots of pictures!! The limo was clean and shining like a diamond. Also Driver was very respectful and patient! Yesterday March 14, 2020 was my wedding and the limo was 20 minutes before in the place, it was an unforgettable experience, good job of the driver, good service inside the Cadillac for 20 people, thank you very much Marc for making our wedding a great event in the limo!

We were really disappointed with the LI party Rides service.We were excited they were on time.... but then it started.1.No open bar as they had promoted to us during our phone call and how they have it in their website. Not even water. Our bridal party had to stop at a local store to purchase beverages2. Driver got lost.... apparently doesn’t know his routes as a commercial car3. Driver was not a safe driver. We were close to causing accidents 3 times, one of which my bridal was all pushed to back of the car spilling their self bough waters onto their gowns and tuxes.

This is the deceitful limo company that everyone dreads dealing with! They told us a price over the phone and sent something completely different in the contract. They repeatedly lied over the phone and when we told them we werent signing the contract they tried to charge our credit card anyway. Such a horrible experience.Go with SGB limo instead. We had a wonderful experience.

I had booked a Rolls limo for 2PM to take us to the church.It is apparent that this company does not have any regard for a paying customers satisfaction. The limo did NOT show up. In fact, I had to call at least 3 to 4 times still without any clear indication of when the limo would arrive. Excuse was given of traffic and miscommunication, but not even an apology.Thankfully, we were able to get an alternative ride to get us to the church. Please comment if you would like more specific information from me. Definitely do not use this company.
