Taxi driver wasn’t even the problem this time. The office is no help. Don’t call “taxi America” if your life depended on it. They are garbage. They are irresponsible and it’s not even the cab driver most of the time. It’s the base and how they do there job. I recommend every single cab driver there to get a job at Uber or something.

The office help was rude as hell. the taxi driver was high on something. never gave me my change ... said he had no small bills. so for a $15 ride and i was going to tip him $3 he got $5. he told me if i wanted change he would charge me to go to the store. he said this is public transportation. i would never use them again. they should drug test the drivers.

ZERO stars!!!!!!! Their Customer service is terrible and the drivers are rude and deceiving. I called for a cab and informed the dispatcher that I needed to make a stop. The driver first complained about me having to stop (the stop was to get cash from the atm to tip him). He then kept questioning how long the stop would be, being extremely impatient. He then took me to my stop and demanded that I pay him a round trip fee because we were near my final location. How does that work? He then kicked me out of the cab, refusing to take me home, at night in the cold. I paid him more than I should have (the fare was 7, i gave him 10) and he refused to return my change. I will make it my mission not to support this company anymore and the same for my friends, relatives and coworkers who work and reside in Long Island (and frequent taxi services). Someone should sue this company.

Almost all the drivers are jerks, on the rare occasion that I do try to call for a cab, no one answers the phone, or they say they have no cabs available, and the most infuriating of all, they often block the handicapped spaces at the train station while waiting around doing nothing. Pretty sure that’s a violation, and I’m going to be calling and making a formal complaint.

Called last night for a cab to pick my mother up at the airport. They said fine but there was no cab or a call in the morning when she was waiting at the airport. After we called they said sry they had no cabs. Not even a f*****g call. Always extremely late. Why tell you a time then show up 10-15min late making my son late for school and almost late for work. The past 2 years they have gotten gradually worse.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Called for a taxi and was told 15 mins. It was over an hour before it finally showed up and the driver picked-up and dropped off someone else first. I called to complain to a supervisor and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me that the driver is innocent--I told him the customer is innocent too. Its the company and their disregard for their customers thats guilty. This company will not get another dime from me and I suggest everyone think about where you spend your money. Dont spend with companies that dont value and respect their customers.

Very untimely, we took over 40mins to get the cab then! the cab was unknowningly shared with 4 other riders! For a 15min journey, we took an hour to get to the destination! My taxi driver dropped me off at my location, and he claimed I didn’t pay, even though I payed him when I got into the cab. He was very disrespectful & I highly recommend you DONT use this taxi service.

They never pick up the phone. And they drivers have no consideration, it was only me and the driver and he was driving me home then he picked up two drunk guys. Like seriously Im a 19 year old girl and you pick up two drunk guys, he was asking for something bad to happen. Honestly that was the most stupid thing I have ever seen anyone do.

Normally I have good service from this company. Something as changed tonight was the final straw not only was the driver trying to double the fare he was very rude and unprofessional and what made it worse when I called back the dispatcher to relay what had happened and asked for a supervisor I was hang up on.Scenario: Drive arrives to pick me up ask where I am going I told him. He keeps adding an s to my destination I corrected him and spell it. I said use your GPS he indicated he did not have one I said use google maps he said no I said okay drive like your going to x place while I start my GPS. At this time he tells me the cost (mine you he claims he does not know where he is going but I get a fare) I said no my have is half and less than that this is a regular destination with your company for me, he radios in and get the price then runs a joke to play off the price gouging. Okay all this time my gps is on and remind him to listen as he is distracted talking on the phone and my gps is doing overtime rerouting. So I start telling him where to turn and he proceeded full speed, my gps is rerouting like no other because he obviously knows where he is going now. Can I tell you when you missed I major turn I asked him drive where are you going you should have beforw I could finished he put me out of his car. Serves me right I should have called an uber. For one I would not have to use my GPS, hell I would not have to talk and the driver would not be doubling the fare plus if I had a complain it would be handled professionally.

Call for a cab and they left me waiting for more them 1h .. I call a taxi I never arrive in the time they design or they leave me waiting for more than an hour when I call they told me to keep waiting I then do not copy the phone

Now I was in the taxi inside when I tell the driver that if he takes me he told me that if I got in. Once he was inside the man told me that he was going to wait for other people and I told him its fine, after spending a few minutes, nobody arrived then the man communicated through the radio and the one in the office answered him then the man told him that only I was going then the boy from the office gave him another route and told him that it will lower me that only I do not. I dont find it right because the one in the office is a very disrespectful person with the clients and apart from that one hears what he says. Sometimes drivers are very good people and those in urine are bad

The one who is going to drive the taxi 16 that was at the base could not do the chauffeur service because I had to wait 10 minutes for the food to be revamped and the other taxi driver who was at the base wanted me to take the things I had in la londry to the base

I can not believe that after so much time I still could not correct those bruises I was looking at bad reviews I asked a taxy from Freeport to Corona Queens to pick up two passengers who were there in Freeport and a very arrogant driver arrived the first thing he did after 5 minutes is that they will pay without even arriving at the destination at the time they did not bring cash but they told us that we could stop at an ATM or that I would pay it to the destination because just the destination address is still very bank bad service and took advantage of the passengers I was picking up I spoke English well and I put it down and left lying in a place that the passengers did not know because if I had been there I would bring it to the place of destination and not paid as did that passenger Bad service
