The sales team overall was welcoming and polite. My only negative is that the price ended up being much higher than the posted price on car gurus once all those fees were added in. I understand there are going to be some fees here and there as well as taxes. But when you end up paying almost $2,000 extra after taxes it makes you wonder how the prices are calculated. I was excited to purchase the vehicle and offered to pay in cash but was told that I would only receive the deal price if I financed the vehicle. Lets just say that I felt like I was trying to be convinced that 2+2 = 7 when I know that it shouldve been 4.Other than that however, I was happy with my primary sales consultant Eric. He tried his best to cover all angles with me, reached out to say happy birthday after I purchased the vehicle and I would recommend working with him to anyone looking to buy something from this dealership.When it came down to crunching numbers it was not my sales consultant but various other associates I was working with. They were friendly and professional as well I just didnt appreciate the feeling of realizing the day after the excitement of buying a new vehicle wearing off that the numbers didnt quite make sense.It also was a bit frustrating when bringing this up to the financial department. I had to do the math all on my own on paper in order for them to even acknowledge my concerns. However eventually they did credit me almost $1500 once they realized that there was a miscalculation somewhere in the documentation. And for that I am grateful 🙏

What a tough few weeks my wife and I have had. We recently were victims of the Ida flood and lost our truck, most of our personal belongings and had severe damages to our apartment. Ethan was/is extremely helpful. He kept in constant contact with me about the status of my service (oil change). He was able to clean some spots off the windshield and mirror which were the results of WD40 usage (my error). Furthermore, he gave me a car wash coupon which I availed myself of. Moreover, when I mentioned to him that I did not want the tire pressure adjusted (which Ethan stated was part of the oil change service procedure), he was ready, willing and able to take my car back inside and redo the pressure. I bought my car back in January this is the 4th car I’ve gotten from this location. I finally needed an oil change and decided to bring in my car to the service area despite living in Brooklyn. I bring in my car and the guy named Ethan in the service area calls me in and tells me there’s a problem issue with my registration on the car. The registration matches my old car I traded in and not my current car. I tell him I did absolutely nothing. He calls this woman Christine over and she starts railing into me telling me it’s my fault I put the wrong registration. Telling her I did absolutely nothing for this car everything was done here. I don’t even remember putting the registration sticker on the car. Both Ethan and Christine were rude and unprofessional the absolutely worst customer service I’ve seen in years. My entire career I’ve worked in sales and would never say and act the way. I never even like to leave bad reviews, but these pushed me over the edge. I will never get a car again from this location.

The car was hit before I purchased it and was brought to my attention by my insurance carrier when pictures were taken and East Hills Chevy refused to repair the $2500 worth of damage to the rear passenger side. I was so angry that the dealership didnt do the right thing for me. As far as service it took a week or more to fix but then it got hit on the front drivers side by one of your employees at the dealership. The nice thing out of this was East Hills Chevy had it repaired.. Just wish they fixed the other problem I experienced.

Seems like they way overcharged as labor by itself was $340 for having the car for 1.5h so they got me for $227/ h.

We brought back the car recently with the same problem and were told our warranty was up and had to pay out of pocket. When we called back to ask about our extended warranty I was told it was covered up to 100k miles, next thing I know they told me it wasn’t. The rating is for service. I have no experience with sales at this location. Brought the truck in for a service message on the computer screen. Charged me $200 to diagnose the problem that they were unable to diagnose. The best they could come up with was to offer me a $1200 repair job which might clear the way for finding out what the problem was, but no guaranty on that. It just seems to me like if you don’t do a job, why should you be paid for it. Every time I think about paying a $217 bill, I am baffled. They had my keys and they had my truck. I felt like I had to give them the money. But I am no better off now than when I drove in the front door except I’m lighter $217.
