If you have a European car and are tired of the manufacturer service, this place is your answer. Theyve always done quality work in a timely manner on my vehicles. Because they are so good, they are busy, it takes a while to get in. About the same as my BMW dealership, but the customer service is much better.

Worth the wait of 2 weeks to have my scheduled maintenance done on my BMW. Fast easy checkin-masked of course. Waited the hour for service to be completed in their clean waiting area, complimentary coffee and snacks avail. Car was serviced but also interior sanitized... I will be back.

Brought my car in for routine service and state inspection on my VW. My car ended up needing much more work than anticipated to pass inspection. They were professional and prompt in their communication and I did not feel like they were recommending service that was unnecessary. They even went as far as helping me register my car over the phone while I was driving so my inspection wasnt delayed. They were recommended from a friend and the price of service reflects the quality of work.

I have an electric vehicle that theyve now dealt with a couple of times, most recently to attach a trailer hitch (which is fairly complicated). Each time theyve been professional, clear up front about timeframes and costs, good at communicating, and the work quality appears to be excellent. I also think the prices are quite fair, and I plan to continue taking the car there whenever I need something they can help with.

I recently moved to the area and my C class needed work. I was told at other places it was a head gasket and I was so worried about the cost. Well, my daughter found this fabulous company and they delivered quality work at reasonable prices. Needless to say, it was not a head gasket and my repair work was only $300. Because of my work schedule I was able to handle everything over the phone and thru emails. I will recommend this business to anyone. They now have a new customer.

Jason, Voit and the team at Autowerkes Maine worked diligently to figure out a starting issue with my 33 year old BMW L6, they also repaired a stuck window very quickly. They diagnosed the issue off of the little information I had and the car was in and out faster than any other repair shop it’s been to. They walked me through everything that was being done via email, phone, and the service portal. It was very clear that they are passionate about the work that they do and customer satisfaction. They cared for the car as if it was their own which was very reassuring as the vehicle is very special to me. Autowerkes is fabulous. I was having 4 new rims / tires mounted and installed and they noticed that one of the rims had a thick spot on the edge. They said it could be balanced, but it looked like a manufacturing defect. They went way above and beyond to work with the vendor I bought the rims from to get a replacement.

Topnotch German Auto Service!I brought my 2011 Audi Q5 (my 5th Audi) with low torque there a few weeks ago. They quickly diagnosed that it was the timing chain, replaced it under estimate and now it is as peppy as a new car.Mike was very thorough in explaining the scope of work and what may or may not need replacing as they went along. There was great communication. They went over the entire car to let me know if there were any other condition issues.I will be their customer for the life of this Audi and the life of my future ones. I recently had Autowerkes perform a pre-purchase inspection on an Audi A6 avant. The gentleman who owned the car had taken it there for service. Naturally I was a little skeptical. I didnt know if they would favor him because he was a customer and the fact that I am 100 miles away in another state. Both Mike and Jason were professional, well spoken, knowledgeable and absolute pleasure to deal with. They provided a detailed description and pictures of what needed to be replaced immediately and what could wait. The fact that I am not a regular customer and they treated me as if I had be going there for years speaks volumes about them and the way they approach customer service.

These guys not only found the problem, a bad engine controller on my M6, but also determined what made it go bad and fixed that issue also. This was an ongoing problem since last summer. I’ll use this shop from now on.

But what stood out the most for me, and the reason why I would recommend any European Import owner to utilize their shop for mechanical repairs or service, is the fact that they treated my vehicle like it was one of my children. All my questions were answered without ever feeling like I was pestering; they were transparent and pragmatic with all their suggestions, concerns, and itemized tasks; and theyre in a league of their own when it comes to how they treat customers. I used to always go to a dealership whenever I needed repairs or service because they would specialize specifically in the make of my car (Audi), and I thought that was my only option when it came to working on/specializing in German-made automobiles. Little did I know, until now, that there has always been far better skilled technicians and exceptional customer service to choose from other than just the dealerships. lll do my best to never go back to a car dealership again for as long as Autorwerkes Maine is still around. Excellent Service. I went there to get my Audi brakes replaced as Morong Service said I need new ones. I do not trust Morong so I scheduled the repair at Autowerkes. I dropped the car off all ready for the replacement but Jason called and told me the brakes were fine and did not need replacement. Now thats honesty that you do not always see at auto repair facilities, saving me $750 quoted at Autowekes and $1200-1300 quoted at Morong.

After returning from a long trip to upstate NY over this past weekend, Im pleased to report the service the talented Autowerkes team performed on my 2011 Audi Q5 with over 114K miles was a success.
