They handled everything really well and they fixed our car that had gotten side swiped. It looks like New again! My only criticism is the lack of updates from them between the time I dropped it off and they called to say it was ready. It was there for a while because body work can take sometime and although it was not a big deal I would have liked an update or two along the way. They gave us a packet of papers with many details about the whole job which was very nice to know.
I took my brand new 2021 Mercedes-Benz to this shop after I got rear ended in an accident. Mr. David Gariglio the Rep at this Collision shop handled my no fault collision case exceptionally beyond my expectations. He carefully negotiated on my behalf every single detail with the Insurance company to make sure everything would be covered and the car would have that showroom sparkle again. I felt as if though I had negotiated myself. The end result was amazing. The car looked exactly as it did the day I picked it up from the dealer. Absolutely flawless workmanship. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. They provide outstanding service and exceptional outstanding work, period.
When I walked in I was greeted right away by David Gariglio and he listened to what I had to say about my Mercedes SL550. We both went outside to inspect the damage, David then explained what had to be done in order to fix the car properly, he did inform me that he would do everything possible to locate all the parts needed ( my model had some factory upgrades ) David saw to it that everything was done right and as fast as possible. The car looked as if it was new 👍😎

Worst experience ever! They hit my back bumper, and arguing with me about it. I show them pictures showing my car arrived there with the back bumper in good conditions and then they show me pictures that are totally unclear, saying the car arrived with the damage bumper. The supervisor named Tom is totally unprofessional, after confronting him, he didn’t even want to show me the pictures again, and sent me out of his office. This collision center is the worst ever. Some people working there are totally unprofessional .

I went in to have my front bumper replaced on my 2010 BMW 328i this morning. I waited for my car. I arrived at 8:00 am and the technician took my keys at 8:01 and returned my car looking brand new at 9:05!!!!!! The manager was great, the staff at the center was great and the technician was amazing. I hope to never have to bring my car back for a collision repair, but if I did I would come to BMW collision in Freeport first.Their price was the same as all the other NYC area BMW dealers (cheaper than BMW in Manhattan), and the experience was great. I would recommend to anyone.

I got into a car accident, front right side of my car looked horrible. The hood and fender were dented, the headlight was smashed into pieces, and the slot for the tow hook was a mess. I brought my car down to the Collision Center. They were very helpful in explaining exactly what the damages were and what parts needed to be ordered. I was called when the parts arrived and when the work had begun on my car. I came to pick up my car once they advised it was ready and it looked just as it did the day I drove it off the lot ! Would definitely return and recommend.

One of the most covenient services that allowed me to continue with my daily routine was the prompt availability of a loaner car. Additionally, I’m very satisfy with the high quality of their work. David Gariglio is a Moron ! He doesnt know basic business skills . Like calling a customer when they cant fix something right. Returning a car with big ass scratch and crooked hood!Extremely poor customer service and theres more but i dont have time ! Worst experience not happy in any way!!!!!!
