I came to tour a one bedroom apartment, and fell in love with the apartment. Tania and Hilda have been so nice, helpful and very professional. I cant wait for my current lease to expire to move here.

I came into the office to apply for an apartment and Sandra was very nice and helpful with all my questions. I like the fact that they have good specials and cant wait to move in! Thank you again Sandra and Kara!

My wife and I stayed there for 8years and I could tell you that the management team is overall the beat team I’ve ever were involved with!! I would recommend anyone who’s coming into town for business to come HERE😄!P.s All my maintenance requests were handled as soon as possible! The staff was professional and kind. Theyre good with pets, but there is pet rent. The property is pretty and quiet; I dont remember any noise issues. Great! I love these guys.

The ladies in the office are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to take my application back. So ready to make these apartments my new home.

Man you wouldn’t believe the service at the Remington Apartments hooked me up lol but my friends and I came to the property and it was very well kept and quiet . My. Friends apartment had new carpet new vinyl tiles new fridge plus a dishwasher and stove . Then The maintenance team set the bar for sure!!! Oh and When I needed directions to my friends apartment the office staff was very welcoming they offered me water as it was a very HOT day. Im Thinking it might be time to move it’s never to late and I can’t wait to make the Remington my new home most definitely a five star in my book!!!!!

Well where do i begin ..the managing staff are horrible especially maintenance at what they do they lie about fixing anything inside apartment ..they charge way too much a month.. parking horrible apartments units old needs alot of work inside and out ..be warn DO NOT rent here.

Absolutely loved living here. One of the nicest apartments in Freeport area. Office staff was incredible. Anytime I needed anything they were on it. I would recommend you check these apartments out before signing anywhere else. Also pet friendly and there’s a pool!! There is also plenty of dumbsters so never any overfill and trash laying on the ground!

Horrible roach infested dump!!! Dirty old carpets. Really need to update units from the 1980s. Managers are amateurs and constantly changing. Water bill extremely high. If they offered me a free month I would decline!! Be warned if your dishwasher breaks they will refuse to fix. Parking lot has holes everywhere and difficult to maneuver through. Pool is always dirty. Terrible plumbing issues. Staircases are rusty and dangerous. Roof looks like it needs to be replaced soon on multiple buildings and there is a tarp on one building. Laundry room is filthy all the time. Parking is always crowded. No pride in ownership anymore!!! If you decide to move in make sure you have a Tetanus shot!!

Phenomenal experience here, from start to finish. The front office dynamic duo of Kara and sandra were always attentive and helpful. The facilities is nice. This complex is pet friendly and my doggies love it here. The trash pickup service is very convenient. It’s nice and quiet here and most tenants are very respectful of each other. My only complaint is that I wish I had moved in sooner (lol).This is the best place to live in Freeport Texas . It’s close to everything with easy access to Surfside beach!! You cant go wrong with The Remington Apartments!!

Old Run down the owners no longer take an interest in making this look like a nice community. They lease probably over 90% of the units out to workers just in town for contracted chemical plant jobs. Take a walkAnd youll see the pool has been outOf service allSummer, there are often times visible sewer and water issue where it is backing upFromThe drains in the sidewalk. And the unoccupied units usually are left wide open stained carpet broken cabinets windows and no blinds are a mess. Storage doors are half torn off of the hinges. They are only in business for the automatic money fromThose workers theres no pride in this apartment complex.

The people are rude here. They dont do anything if there is a problem with your apartment or neighbors. They only care about being paid

Horrible place ! When i first moved in i was expecting my apartment to be nice and clean. WRONG ! I moved in .. and there were stains on carpet, blinds were broken and bent, closet in room had mold on ceiling and wall. It was horrible ! They are old apartments very bad service . Something broke or messed up it would take them about 2 to 3 weeks to check it out . I am glad i moved out of there ! They rarely opened pool first summer i lived there the pool looked like a pond literally! It was dirty and nasty water ! they did not open pool all summer long they never cleaned out the water until around september .. when kids had already started school again ! AVOID this place !

Lawns are kept up but good. They lack of illumination in their parking Lots wich is a big problem for so e people..

Just horrible!! Avoid this place unless your coming in from out of town and you can escape on The Weekends. First thing I asked before signing paperwork was if maintenance was on point but they are not are stove has been broken for over 6 month they just keep telling us that they will get on it. I dont recommend this place at all.

Lives here but needs a few adjustments... maintenance is a priority and needs a lot of improvement. Besides that my phamily and I reside here and its home.

Came down to work because I might be transferring in the new area and as I was approached by Kara and Sandra they made me feel as if I was home already☺️!!

Had no lease any more and was paying month to month so when I left they charged me up for 2000 dollars

They caused me two Flat tires because the parking lot is filthy, glass, screws, Hughes holes in parking lot, nothing is fixed on time, the laundry room is always dirty, wash machines are not always fixed, mail boxes are got doors missing frame is completely undone, machines are never wiped down, floors never mopped, the only good thing is, that is quite, the trash on the grounds are never picked up regularly.

Very slow on fixing things, went 2 summers without a.c....... finally moved!!
