Great place to live. Management is great always willing to listen to you and take care of matters.

Love it but there is always room for improvement. Such as cameras and security and neighborhood watch.

Horrible place to live. Rent is extremely high and they never come to fix anything. Oh and be ready to move whenever they feel like kicking you out. They pick their favorites and allow them to break the rules. Also look forward to being sued for no reason. I moved out in May 2016 and was charged for working and not paying rent for a whole year afterwards.
