Alan showed up before I thought possible and got my car on his truck quickly and easily. He offered to tow it to a really convenient place for me and throughout the process was extremely nice and cool. Absolutely awesome service.

We called Matrix after it was apparent that 2 roadside assistance companies (thru insurance and motorcycle company) were not really sending anyone to tow our bike that left us stranded in the middle of nowhere on a dark two-lane road with no shoulder. Many kind local people who passed by and stopped to make sure we were ok told us that getting a tow company out there takes a long time. After 5 hours of waiting it was more than apparent that no one was coming, so we started our own search for a 24 hour tow company who could accommodate motorcycles. We called Matrix because they were about 15 miles away, could tow a bike and reviews were excellent. The dispatcher assured us they could not only help but would tow the bike 2 1/2 hours to a repair shop near our home if we wanted. After being lied to by the other companies the dispatcher’s voice lent hope to a disparaging situation and we knew Matrix would take care of us. The helpful dispatcher then sent Kevin to our rescue. Kevin called within a few minutes to say he was on his way and within 30 was right there. His first priority was to make sure we were safe. Kevin is an excellent tow operator and walked us through the process of loading and securing the bike. He handled the bike carefully as if it was his own and loaded it on to the monster flatbed strapping it in with precision. We had no worries the bike would move a muscle during transport and it remained secure for the entire trip. Kevin delivered us safely well after midnight and we were grateful. Kevin was kind and accommodating and we trusted him. We can’t thank Kevin and Matrix enough for going over and above to help us. The 5-star reviews really are true.

The driver who came to help us is a hero. A very sweet man, I wish I got his name. He wore a green beanie and came to get us on 95 at night. He was professional, helped with finding the right tire place to tow to, and was kind and careful the whole night. Went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! INCREDIBLE SERVICE.

The driver who picked me up was extremely professional! I had no spare plus it was the 5 o’clock rush hour on Harrison Road. He did not get upset about anything. He just calmly ask the line of cars to wait while he put my car on his truck and took the car to the tire shop. I don’t know his name(very strange accent and heavy set) but I wanted u to know that I have never been treated better. He needs a bonus for his actions!

I got my truck stuck into a ditch at 4am in the morning, called multiple towing services- even the Fredericksburg police and all told me they could not help. Not Matrix Towing. Todd answered the call, said he would be there in 45 minutes and he was right on time. Got my truck out of the ditch and I was on my way! Incredible service, professional, kind. Never ever did I think a towing service would be awake at 4am and would come to help me. I am so thankful for Matrix Towing for being an incredible service! Highly, highly recommended. Man look here these people made sure I was good on a labor day holiday. Hooked up my car in less than 5 minutes and got to me so I can get my burst tire changed before the company closed. Professional, authentic in their care, and amazing quality. Not to mention the tow truck was really dope.

We were staying by a lakeside wilderness resort and during our late night arrival the cars passenger side tires slipped off the bank but not into the lake itself. Due to the cars placement, neither the resort nor two other towing services would help. Not only did they agree to tow it back into solid ground they were able to do so without the car falling into the water from a very precarious and difficult to access position. 100% worth the time and money.

They openied my car door for me after I accidentally locked my keys im, but ended up screwing up my door, now my door doesnt close properly.

Had hit a curb and flattened a tire. Lug nuts were torqued on tight from the autoshop and couldnt get the lugs off. Called them and had a guy come out in 20 minutes and took less than 5 to get the lugs off and replace the tire! Highly recommended.

Last night I locked my keys in the car. After calling AAA and waiting for two hours, they send someone NOT from this company. Worked on my car for 10 minutes, gave up and left me stranded. I called AAA back and voiced my concerns, they then sent Abe from Matrix towing. Let me just say, Abe when above and beyond. He could tell I was frustrated (I am also in a boot) so he brought humor and personality to the scene. He tried about 10 different things, got my trunk open. Unfortunately I have a scooter in my car so we couldnt get in through the trunk. Abe still tried, he literally climbed inmy trunk, tried to reach through the small space. Then he got out, and said thats ok, we got this, goes back around the window puts a couple extra wedges in, gets the hook onto my key lanyard and calmly raised them from the ground, pulled them out and I was IN!!!!! If Abe sees this, thank you sir! If his boss sees this, he deserves a bonus! His response both as a person and from his skills took away much of my stress from the evening.

This towing service was awesome! Found them just by searching tow trucks near me. I was very pleased to learn they were AAA contractors. I initially called AAA dispatcher during my roadside emergency, but the response time was very slow and when they found me a tow truck, the operator called me back to say that it would take him 2 hours to get to me because he was coming from Dulles. That made no sense at all when I simply needed a truck either from King George or Fredericksburg. After performing a google search for tow trucks near me, I found Matrix Towing. It took Matrix Towing less than an hour to get to my location way out on a very dark Rte.3 at 1130 pm between King George and Fredericksburg. If I ever need another towing service in the Fredericksburg and/or surrounding areas, I know to call Matrix Towing. They are fast and professional and calling them first is way faster than waiting on a AAA dispatcher to route a tow truck to my location. I highly recommend Matrix Towing, LLC for anyone needing help with their roadside emergency in this area!

I called my towing service this week and they dispatched (I will leave unnamed) tow service. They showed up in a minivan with no tools so I sent them away. I called my towing service back and expressed my dissatisfaction. They then dispatched Matrix towing. The ETA for Matrix told to me was 40 minutes. They were there in less than 20! Kevin the tow operator was friendly, quick and professional. What a great experience! Matrix and Kevin left me a very satisfied customer! 5 Stars!!

There we were stranded at the Welcome Center in Southern Virginia at 1 am on a Sunday morning waiting for a tow when our angel Todd from Matrix Towing pulled in.Turns out his was not the company dispatched to assist ( which was still an hour away) but he was on site and willing to assist. He hooked us up and towed us to the AAA repair facility which would have mechanics on duty when it opened at 10 on Sunday morning. Turns out our oil pan needed replacement. The AAA facility had us back on the road 3 hrs. later.Todd did not have to do anything he did to help us out but he went above and beyond and we can never express our gratitude sufficiently.

Yesterday was a very hot day and I was about to pull out of a parking space when my car wouldnt start. I was shocked since it had been working fine. My mom and I both dont do well in hi heat and I got worried she would get sick. I called AAA and they said it was probably a dead battery. They told me it would take 90 minutes for someone to arrive. I was not happy to hear that, but it was a saturday afternoon. at least my mom & I were at a shopping center where we could sit in the shade or go into a store to cool off. AAA sent out Matrix towing, and I received a call within less than 1 hour. I was really happy I didnt have to wait the full 90 min. The gentlemen got to work fast and it turned out it was my battery. He replaced my old battery with a new one really fast! He was very courteous and everything was over quickly. Its never good for your car to stop working, but my mom & I were very lucky that day. Great experience this morning! I called AAA to request help with a (very dead) battery and Matrix Towing showed up within 30 minutes and had the battery replaced 20 minutes after that! We really appreciated the quick and friendly service!

While towing our travel trailer to FL our upper transmission hose became unsecured...transmission fluid everywhere on I-95. Bill was timely, professional and friendly. My car was stranded on I-95, I caught ride home so I could call AAA. Left card at home. I called the rep was EXTREMELY helpful. Was told that the driver would be there in 30 or less and or less was right. Billy the tow truck operator shows up 12 minutes after I hangup with rep. Seeing how I had to get back to car I was in a panic rush. Billy called to verify location and say he would wait for me to get there. Enroute to location he calls to let me know interstate was backed up northbound and get off an exit early. I get to car and he is ready to hookup I had forgotten correct key so steering wheel was locked. Billy used some additional equipment to get car on roll back without damaging a thing. He hooked car up locked it down and was off. I would like to commend Billy on his phenomenal operating skills and his professionalism. Thanks MATRIX for having Billy on your team.

Became stranded in Fredericksburg due to a defective oil filter and needed to be towed back to Richmond. Kevin showed up in a reasonable amount of time, didnt complain or try to convince me to find a local garage and was extremely polite. The tow truck was extremely clean and the whole towing experience was one of the most positive ones that I have ever experienced!

Matrix Towing did a fantastic job towing my boyfriends dad after his suv broke down on 95. Todd the dispatcher was professional and gave a fair price. Kevin the driver was professional as well and responded very quickly. Kevin even called to tell that he was on his way. In 10 minutes of arrival, his dad was on his way back to Richmond (about 50 miles away!). If I ever need to betowed, Im going to call Matrix Towing again!

Broke down on 95 while towing my camper. GoodSam roadside sent these guys. Billy, the guy who came out was there in 30 minutes!! Very polite and helpful. Tire went bad on camper, he could have just changed it and sent is on our way. However he saw the real cause of problem and helped to correct that so we could get home safely.My son, who had just got his permit was with me, he also carefully explained process and challenges of changing tire on camper, taught him how.His extra time he spent, looking further to find real problem, genuine concern to make sure we were safe and taken care of to make rest of trip home was outstanding and very reassuring.

I would give no stars if it was an option.I called AAA to get help with a tire. They sent out a Matrix Towing Truck. The guy was very unprofessional. He said I didnt need to take the tire off and proceeded to screw the lugnuts as tight as he could make them. Which in turn cross threaded the nuts. I had to pay almost $170 to get it fixed. AAA took two months to deal with it. Just to tell me Matrix Towing doesnt want to take responsibility for their irresponsibility. So now I missed 4 hours of work because of the tow truck drivers negligence and had to pay for the tire to be fixed.. He even did circles in the parking lot of the hotel at a high rate of speed. Which probably made things worse in its self. Do not recommend this company for any towing needs.

I was traveling from Philadelphia to Williamsburg, VA with my cousin to visit our Aunt. 4 hrs into our journey my car decided to let me down. We were in Fredricksburg,VA at this point we were an 1 1/2 away from our destination. We called AAA they were able to contact Matrix towing in that area. We were advised that they would be out to get us in 20 min. The driver was Billy. Who was informative, kind, caring & courteous We couldn’t of had any better service. We had 99 miles to go he advised us that he could take us straight to WilliamsburgBecause I had the mileage with the AAA plan that I had. He was so considerate to us for the rest of our trip. When we reached Williamsburg he waited with us until our ride arrived. Once again the best service & driver ever.

Having two kids ages 4 and 8 in the car made things even more worrisome in this situation.Thankfully, Todd was there within seconds after being called by Amex Roadside Assistance (also to be commended) and immediately got to work changing the tire.
