Absolute joke. Never going back here again and you shouldnt either. My vehicle had a relatively common issue and I took it to Hefflins. I called to ask about my car 3 times and each time a different person answered the phone and none could give me any information. It was really frustrating so I went in person to ask and was told that the car would be checked that very day and I would get a call back. No call 3 days later so I went again but this time to tow it somewhere else. I was told they checked it and they didnt find out whats wrong. The car was exactly where I had parked it, and like I said the issue is kinda obvious, so they obviously DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK IT. It is beyond me why they wouldnt even check it and then lie to my face multiple times. I took my car somewhere else and was told what the problem was within 2 hours.

Timely repairs done when or before they say. Excellent tow services.

Had the pleasure of being rescued by Keith and his helper Caleb due to my commercial truck not having a spare on board.Well, let me say, these young men were polite, professional, and surprising for their age, VERY attentive to details.They got me fixed up and on the way with no issues whatsoever.I would definitely use this company again if I find myself in need.

I stopped at a chain to ask them to look over a vehicle I was considering purchasing. They were rude and wanted $150. I went to Heflins and they were very nice and reasonable. If you are looking for a honest mechanic, this is your place. Family owed, small business. Highly recommend!

Had a blow out on a Budget Rental truck. Called the 800# and they gave me Heflins. Thad showed up when he said he would and had the tire fixed in no time. Very polite. I had the roadside assistance paid for so it cost me nothing out of pocket but in the future if I needed someone in the area, his professionalism got me to choose them.

Our Budget rental truck broke down on 95 south. We limped into their shop. Mr Heflin Senior was absolutely great and had us in a new rental truck and on our way in no time.Job well done.

I had a reservation for a truck rental with an existing quote for a 1 day rental for $130. When I arrived she told me it was for 545 for a 2 day rental an my quote was an estimate. The lady at the window was rude an nasty. When I asked her to speak with budget she refused, when I asked for her quote print out she refused, an when I asked to confirm the confirmation number that’s when she got nasty. This place deserves no business with service like this. Budget was very understanding an did try to resolve this horrible experience.

Pulled over on the exit by 17 warrenton r less than a mile I was towed.. I was taken to hospital and didnt get asked if I had a person or tow company.. 375 plus admin fee 50 plus 50 storage.. Im on a fixed income and pay all bills for me and my daughter.. I pulled over and I got damage on both sides of my vehicle mirror missing.. Flat tire.. Undercarriage damage.. They gave me a little.. Little discount for not even having it 24hrs..i gotta fix my van before I can inspect it.. I would recommend interstate Texaco.. Ask for Darrell. .. Or call Eddies towing. .I recommend these 2 places...

On May 4th this year, my truck broke down on i95 at exit 130 on the north side..I called Micheals towing and I thought he was a little higher than what I should pay..I call another company and they said call Heflins..I told the lady on the phone that they were closed and she said call them anyway..When I called Heflins the owner answered the phone..as I explained my situation to him, he had good answers for me at a good fair price..He sent his son Thad to come and get me, my truck and my trailer..Thad bought me to the shop (late at night and raining) then drop me off at the hotel..He then came and picked me up in the morning offered me breakfast and took me and my truck to the dealer that morning..If you happen to break down in the Fredricksburg area and are in need of a light or heavy duty tow..call Heflins..you wont get better service at a fairer price anywhere..Thanks again Thad!!

Might want to teach your tow truck drivers to drive. Tailgating and driving aggressively in the rain is certainly no way to earn business.

WORSE COMPANY. i called this company for my towing truck dolly.first they didnt response, didnt confirm em they are coming or not & didnt explain me how much this cost me.so i was keep trying my self & then i got success & everything was good. then after 3 hours they show up. i told them everything is good. THEY EVEN DIDNt COME OUT FROM CAR & return back. After Few Months i got Invoice for $334.50. this include $102 Traveling Charges + $232.50 for work ( which never took place ). so accoring to that invoice they charged me more then $100 per hour ( may be sent me NASA scientist ). i called & said i can pay traveling charges around $102 but they even didnt listen me. its horrible company & horible people & just want to take your money.BEWARE & DO NOT CALL THEM for ANY WORK. i had BAD experience dont want they do anything wrong with any one else.
