I have used Colemans several times over the years with several different vehicles my family owns. They have excellent and knowledgeable drivers who have always in my experience been able to solve my problems with no issues. Every time Ive had one of my vehicles towed theyve taken extreme care with making sure its secure and keeping me calm while theyre loading up my vehicle to be towed. The office staff was very helpful in setting up the tow call and gave me a 15-minute call in advance to let me know that their driver was almost there. I would highly recommend Colemans for any of your on the road vehicle needs.

Colemans was very professional and courteous with towing my wifes vehicle. There was an issue with the transmission and they went the extra mile to make sure that no further damage was done to her vehicle. Even with all the local traffic they got to us in a reasonable amount of time. The rates charged were extremely reasonable, the driver extremely polite, and the office staff very helpful

I contacted this company because my mothers tire blew out. They arrived towed the truck but left her and her friend. The driver told them that he could not give them a ride. I called the company back to ask why i wasnt given that information. The first excuse was because of covid, the second was because there were 2 people. I explained that if that was the case i should have been informed and that as a professional providing a service than i should have been asked those questions. I was told by them that people usually just give them that information when they call. Not happy at all about this service today.

Told me 60 minutes for a tow when the place is a mile away from where i broke down then never showed up. had to call and when i did they said i wasnt with my vehicle. probably just a last call a worker didnt want to do. left me stranded and closed down by the time i was trying to get another person to be sent out to me. If you want fast and efficient service dont go with these jack asses.

I had such a pleasant experience with Coleman towing .My morning started off pretty rough I woke up to a flat tire and needed my vehicle towed to Walmart to get my tire replaced. I requested ERS with my insurance company Geico .Wade the driver was earlier then the ETA which was great because I was freezing, and he was so nice and made great conversation. I work for Geico and I know A+ service when I see it and Coleman towing and Wade sure exceeded my expectations and some! Thank you so much !

Coleman motor company has been the most helpful roadside service company I have ever used. They are always earlier then expected.

Ive dealt with three towing companies in Fredericksburg because Ive lived in Fredericksburg for 13 years. I have had some ok towing companies, but Coleman Motor Company was the best towing company Ive ever had. I had multiple problems with my car and they helped me move it to a mechanic shop. Their driver was great and the trucks were cool, so thanks Colemans for your help!

Came right away. They also gave us a good fee everybody else was very expensive.
