We love Li at Lilove Nails!I had a wonderful experience here! Li was friendly, professional, and did a great job on my SNS powder manicure ($40). The SNS powder is a little thicker than the shellac gel, is supposed to last weeks longer, and she said it is better/less harsh on your natural nails. I posted a picture of how healthy my nails were after having the powder on for 4 weeks. She had many different colors to choose from.I just came back to see Li today to get my nails done again. They lasted 4 whole weeks! I couldve waited longer even but my nails had grown out.*Please make sure to bring cash for your tip. You cannot tip on the credit card total.

Been going to Li to get my nails done for a long while now, and she never fails to impress! Moved out of the area, and I still make the drive whenever I get the chance because she always achieves my desired shape and length! Amazing customer service, amazing results, amazing nail spa. 100% satisfied after every visit! Highly recommend!

Amazing! I’m so happy I stumbled across this salon. They just opened up this month and I’m so happy that they did. I went in for a fill and pedicure and it was seriously the best experience I’ve had at a salon. The customer service was incredible. Great selection of colors and the prices can’t be beat. This place is a gem. Staff is extremely friendly, and offered me a drink while getting my nails filled. Van really took his time and paid so much attention to detail. Will definitely be returning. And the name is actually T&Van Nails next to Plato’s closet in case you have trouble finding it.

Van and Tina or experts at their job along with their other brothers. I followed being and Tina from Walmart to their own place that they just opened up. I will not go to anyone else. They are fantastic, they take their time and theyre very pleasant and ask all kinds of questions to make sure youre getting what you want. My daughter and I both go there

I had to pick up my daughter here. Being a Male, and an American, I did feel a little out of place here. They do a great job but they liked playing their African country music and speaking in their native tounge. It also took a long time for the service to be performed, but thats normal. Id definitely take my wife and kids here though. They may want to speak with the people siting around though. It might make them feel more welcome...

Best pedicure Ive ever had !!!! ☺ Scheduled a appt for next weekend to get my nails done before my Vacation . Tony did an amazing job on my pedicure . He took his time and did a fabulous job .

Li took me in as a walk in even though I was really late for my appointment and did an incredible job on my pink and white acrylics! Her sister did my toes and eyebrows too, all for under $100! Plus, I loved talking to Cat, Lis nice. Everyone was so nice and professional and I am overjoyed with the results! Definitely 5 star service!

My mother in law and I went ... the entire experience of their pedicure was amazing. Clean friendly beautiful atmosphere... will only go there from now on ... only downside is they don’t let you place tip on your card and I don’t carry cash ... other than that they are perfect

Great service! I went here and got the SNS dip nails for the first time. The ladies were nice and walked me through the whole process. I went back a few weeks later to get the SNS removed and again great painless service! This isnt a fancy nail salon with all the works, but this is a good, clean, and friendly salon. They only accept tips in cash though!

Highly upset with my nails. Went in last Sunday, had shellac done on my nails. Woman took an hour and a half to do my nails.. (customer service was great btw)it has now been a week, but Friday I noticed my nails peeling up and chips happening from all different sides on my nails. The quality was completely not there. The time and effort, but quality was completely not worth my time or money. I usually have shellac last up to three weeks. Not 5 days. It’s upsetting that I wasted my money and will have to get them done again this week.

It was clean. Every employee was so nice. Vo did a great job on my mani-pedi. And best of all it is a family owned business!!

Li was so sweet from the moment I walked in. She made sure I had water and that the shape and length and color I was happy with. Ive been to lots of nail salons and have never been more impressed. She talked with me and the little hand massage and hot towel at the end was a wonderful touch!

Lil always does a fabulous job on my nails! The colors she picks for me always look amazing. She introduced me to SNS nails with no UV light. When I first went to Lil my nails were short and unhealthy. Now I can’t keep up with my nails because they grow so fast! I can’t believe they are actually my nails. The service is great and they make you feel like you are part of the family. I highly recommend LiLove Nail Spa! You won’t be disappointed!!

It was dirty. The nail station had not been wiped down and they weren’t even going to use a towel under my hands. This made me wonder about other practices. When there had been a miscommunication about me going in front of someone else who had an appointment and they realized she had an appt., I was able to make a quick exit saying I didn’t have time to wait.

Had a broken toe nail & they fixed it perfect. The service was excellent. Ill be back for sure.

I recently visited this salon a little less than a week ago and had a good experience with SNS nails until the end. I also had a toe polish change done which appears Li changed my color from a pink red to a blue red which I did NOT request. I guess she did not like the color I picked out! After she finished my nails she says she forgot to clean up the old nail polish underneath my nails which looks like I have metallic glittery yellowish/red nails. I had to ask her to clean them off which she could not get off. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would return to this salon. I cannot take the risk of this same scenario happening again. Also I noticed afterwards that my nails were not shaped to match my natural curvy nails.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The owner is super nice. The person that did my nails was so meticulous and nice! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The environment is very peaceful and clean. I got a gel pedicure and spent less than I paid in Woodbridge where I live. I would recommend you go to lilove you wont regret it! :-)

I went in wanting gel but then she talked to me about the benefits of sns and gel then explained to me why I should get sns I decided to get it and loved it. She did an awesome job really love it there.

I was a walk in and am now a regular. Everyone there is genuinely personable and does great job. I use to do Gel and recently switched to the newer trend of SNS powder and I love it. Pedi/Mani is always a very relaxing experience and they take their time - excellent customer service!

Horrible customer service. The environment wasnt very welcoming. We walked in and immediately were told they dont have a lot of people working and to come back in an hour. There were two employees visible and one customer being helped.

We set up an appointment but walk-ins that came in after were served before us. Also, I got SNS and the man cut my cuticles so much that my fingers are sore and the skin is broken. He also didnt ask what shape I wanted and made them very square, which I do not like. The place is nice and the people were nice but they just didnt do well enough for me to go back. Ill be looking for other solons who do SNS instead...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I went in for a manicure and pedicure and after the fast and sloppy service I received on my manicure I opted not to get the pedicure! I rather throw my money away then to give it to this nail shop! The technician soaked my hands in cold water, rushed to clean my cuticles and polished my nails with 2 thick coats of polish. I had polish on my cuticles and I had to ask her to clean it off. She did it with an attitude and walked away. Not even a thank you when she was done! I recommend any hard working person who gets mani and pedis for relaxation and actually want their nails to look good, DONT go to LiLove nail shop! Waste of my time and money!!!! Wish there was an option for no stars because that’s what this shop deserves!!!!

I did not want to leave a review like this but since the owner does not come back from Vacation for another 2 weeks, this is my only way to resolve this issue immediately. (Also, the employees wont give me an e-mail address for the owner).My issues are as follows:* I called and booked my appointment 7 days ago and asked for Li (the owner) to do my nails since she is the one who initially introduced me to SNS and did a wonderful job.Whoever the lady that booked the appointment assured me the time, date and the nail tech was Li.I called back the day before to confirm the appointment since I was driving all the way from Baltimore MD (114 Miles). The Gentalman that answered the phone informs me while Im on the way to Fredricksburg VA that Li is on vacation and has been on vacation for 2 1/2 weeks. I was confused because I was just advised a few days ago that she was there and would be my nail tech for the scheduled day of service.The gentalman goes on to tell me he doesnt know when I can come in and then says oh here speak to my wife. (All of this just to confirm my original appointment for 3 pedicures and 2 full sets)I proceeded to speak to the wife and she tells me that no Li is not there and she appologized for telling me that but, she could do my nails as she has done SNS for the last 2 years. I go on to explain to her that it is very important that this appointment is on time and correct because my 10 year old niece is getting her nails done for the 1st time w/ tips for the 1st day of school and my sister is 9 months pregnant and due at any moment so the tech completing her pedicure would need to be on time so she is not sitting there waiting.* We finally get there and they start to rush us, I told the nail tech that was doing my nieces nails NOT to make any final decisions about her nails until we looked at them first because she is a child. I went into further detail and explained to the tech ( dont cut the nails down until we approve the length, dont shape or color all nails until we approved. We wanted them almond shaped, and a unicorn color nail polish)This guy did the the complete opposite, he gave my niece squared nails that were not even and Christmas colors for nail polish. We tried to tell the guy multiple times that we did not like the colors and we did not like the shape and he continued to do what he wanted to do with an attitude he even refused to use the nail polish that we picked out because he wanted us to pay for gel nail polish which was more money.* The nail tech that completed my sisters nails cut them too short after she told him she did not want her toe nails cut low.* I chipped my toe nail and needed acrylic over it and the nail tech did not file or shape the to nail so it looks like my big toe nail is pregnant! We kept telling them that we did not like it but they kept on doing what they wanted to do.They later explained that Li was their Sister/sister in law and they were happy she was out of town because she talks alot and always wants everything to be so clean.After all this I was super disappointed and should have never paid $172.00 for the BS sevice that we received.This job was so bad that we are going to another nail salon today to get everything done over again because it literally looks like a 5 year old did our nails. I was going to refuse to pay but I didnt want to cause a scene and involve the cops since my 10 year old niece and pregnant sister was there but this is beyond unacceptable!I have pictures but I will not post them unless the owner does not refund all of my money immediately. Also if this is not handled in a timely manner I will file a complaint with the BBB and Health department.Im also willing to remove this review once my funds a refunded as this was handedled from start to finish very poorly and until the owners come back I would not recommend going to this salon.
