Went here for the first time and just sloppy! Had a full set and feel that if he would of taken his time they would be better! From far away they look ok but Im the one that looks at them all day. Color is uneven, he didnt even remove the Polish all the way before he put acrilics on! I didnt say anything at the time thinking it would get filed but needless to say I didnt want to repair through it. We will not be back.

I got serviced by Henry but all the staff were great, very friendly, very patient I love my nails I definitely recommend this place to others !

I just got my nails done and I love them

After being left to wait in the pedicure chair for an hour while my nail tech walked back and fourth and went outside smoking. He finally came back to start filing my nails. He then left me waiting AGAIN and began screaming at another tech. She was sobbing and begging him to stop. I paid for what the tech had done - which was hardly nothing and went to another salon. I will never return here.

Henry is the best he is a very caring and genuinely kind business owner! Not many nail salons have owners who care and take the time to speak to customers but here thats what you get. Friendly welcoming environment 💜 Prices are affordable so us ladies can keep our nails looking great. I highly recommend coming to Jennie nails in four mile fork

Henry is the man to go to for your nails! He does amazing work and the prices cant be beat! I love going down to Jennies on my lunch break and having a little pampering. Best nail salon by far!

Best place in town!

Customer service is great which is why i decided to give one star! However, the quality of nail service is poor. I paid for a callous removal that did not get fully removed. I paid for a basic manicure and my cuticles were butchered so bad my nail would not stop bleeding I had to ask the technician for bandaid. My pedicure was awful! I have nail polish on the sides of my toes and my toe nails were not shaped evenly. If you decide to go here I only recommend the gentlemen in the first chair located next to the front desk.

I had a wonderful experience here. Both times Ive came here I have been greeted in a very friendly manner. The place is very nice since they made the changes to the store. The walls, pedicure chairs, and new tables are very welcoming and nice. I highly recommend him going there.

Im only giving 2 stars because the nail technician was nice and apologetic. However he was rough and he tore my cubicles up. I wanted a gel fill in and it was absolutely horrible its bumpy and not smooth at all. Not to mention it cost me $40 for a fill... I will never return.

Fabulous service. Even though I arrived 40 minutes before they closed I recieved one of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten. I didnt feel rushed, I didnt feel like a burden and I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for taking the time and making my experience fantastic.

Great family owned business that knows the value of its customers. Leave the mall. These free hand designs are beautiful and the environment is definitely more relaxing.

Always friendly, always affordable!! Great new redone inside, beautiful and comfortable chairs. Been coming here for years whenever I can. I always feel welcome and my nails are always amazing! Ive gone to the other nail shops and have usually regretted it! I go out of my way to come here to get mani/pedis and always will. My whole family comes here! I was impressed with the chairs for my pedicure however even tho my friend and I were the only 2 customers I paid $35 and was rushed out by the guy that did mine. He was nice however he was all over the place and didnt sit still long enough to remember where he left off. The person I was with was a guy who had a woman that never left her seat. Being that he was a guy his should have been done way before mine especially since the guy doing mine was up and down, guess what? He finished mine a minute after and sadly I can feel the rough skin I was hoping to leave behind is still with me. I am very disappointed and would definitely say dont let him be the one doing your pedicure! My friend was pleased with his but we will not use this place again since I threw my money down the drain :(

Did a really good job, quick, efficient, friendly.

Smells horrible. We have been to so many nail places that dont smell like acetone. Killer RAP playing at a station. My wife had to wait for the nail tech to get off her phone before getting her supplies. No bueno

Horrible!!!!! I went there and got a gel fill it was awful the polish peeled a week later! It was thick! I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe try him again went last week he did my help full set in about 10 mins! Its awful 2 nails is broke! I had arylic all down on my skin!! He barley filled them! The arylic is thick! The polish is peeling again! Im literally never going to them again!

I went there today terrible nail shop they over priced me $85 for full short length nails and not so nice design I didnt want any flowers and they didnt do them how I want them so keep your money the guy was nice but he didnt give me what I want and I dont like my nails I will never go there again

Ok service, but charges too high for service. They need to upgrade facility.

My experience was horrible. The customer service there was like there wasn’t any. I went in to get a fill-in and was disappointed when asked to have them re-done the man had an attitude and told me I can go somewhere else. I will never go back.
