I like this place, its one of the better stand alone nail places in the area. Prices are average - I had a spa pedicure & manicure (with gel polish on the mani) for $60. My nails look good to me! I even asked for a spa pedicure w/ callous treatment - the tech looked at my feet & said I didnt need it & didnt charge me! That means something to me bc I feel like they are doing an honest, quality job, not trying to take me for everything I got. Good place, nice people - give it a try!

LOVE this place! They always get my shape right and give me what I ask for! Prices are comparable to the area. They are my regular go to! The only thing I would suggest is they play music to cater to the customer, but thats just me. Other than that the place is great!

Never a dull moment! Quality service and highly-skilled Technicians! I feel respected and am treated well by all of the team members here. A little expensive, but the time and precision is well worth it.

Awesome Greathouse

Ive lived in the area for 7 years and Ive been to a few salons with only a handful of them being good! Freestyle Nails however, never disappoints me. All of the technicians at Freestyle are nice and welcoming. Tom has done my nails many times; he takes his time to explain to me what is doing BEFORE doing it. There have been other nail technicians here that have done a polish change and the job was done well. Eyebrow waxing is superb! I am very protective of my brows, so I dont allow just anyone to wax them. As far as the price, yes, it can be a little more expensive then the other salons in the area, but I personally believe its worth it. Once (the ONLY problem that Ive ever had) the polish bubbled and wrinkled on my nails only after 3 days of having them done. When I returned, there were no questions asked. My nails were buffed, gel was applied where needed and polish was reapplied at NO CHARGE. I do believe if this had been any other salon, I would have had to prove that the initial service was done at the location, and Im sure I would have had to come out of pocket a little. The polish that was used initially was even removed from the shelf and replaced with a new bottle to ensure that no other customer had the same issue as I did with the polish! If you want your nails to look flawless, polish last longer than a week... go to Freestyle Nails and Spa... ask for Tom!

Ive been going there for a few years now off and on but last year I came across Tony and now I get so many compliments on my nails! He does a terrific job every single time! Ill never go anywhere but there! ❤️💅🏻

Ive gone here a few times to get my eyebrows waxed because I usually do my own nails. They are fine for eyebrows, but since Im 7 months pregnant and self pedicures have become increasingly difficult I decided to get a pedicure here and was highly disappointed. Under my toenails werent cleaned, bottom of feet werent scraped or smoothed, and the polish wasnt even done halfway decent. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for any service in the future. The only reason I didnt give 1 star was because they are fine if you just want your eyebrows waxed.

Worst nail salon I have ever went to! Got my nails done saturday & one cracked on Sunday. Another one broke in half while talking laundry out of the dryer.. while I was in the salon they were talking Im their language about my daughter crying and even talked to my friend about me. Making obnoxious noises & sighing because my daughter was crying. Got polish all over my toes while painting them & he left it there. I was told a full set was $25 then toes were $10. When it was time to pay it came to $38, I guess they added in their tip because they have bad customer service. By far the worst place I have ever went to & I will not return.

My daughter and I went there to get a pedicure and the girl was making rude comments and all. And the guy who came to do my toes, they both were talking to one another and it just made us feel very uncomfortable. The girl was talking about this other girl standing in tbe door way while she was waiting for her friend. Very rude people. I wont never go back here at all.

Horrible experience the young girl that did my nails.. I only wanted a gel fill and 2 nails repaired. It took 2 hours and 45 min for this, at first I figured it was due to her making them perfect, turned out after she was finally done and I got home to check them my nails were shaped all uneven and the polish was clumpy and thick. Prior to her starting she didn’t know how to remove one of my broken nails so she just drilled it into my nail bed and kept saying it would come off and then it was stuck! I will never return..

I barley ever get my nails done but I did for my birthday today. The guy that did my nails was so rough and had a attitude almost the whole time. He hit my cuticles with the drill I would have to say about 5 times. And acted like it was my fault. I would never recommend this place to No one.

The staff is friendly. However, they overcharge all the time! Ive gone there the past year, and never has my total been the same for my nails, it gradually increases. I only put up with it because the work is good, and its local. Today was the last straw, $25 dollars just for gel polish on acrylic nails that Im already paying $25 for ? Ridiculous!

It wasnt the best spa massage Ive had, but it hit all the steps: scrub, hot towel, massage. It was quick, though, which I appreciated since I had somewhere else to be.

Disappointed with my last visit. I was visiting from out of town and decided to get my eyelashes done for my baby shower and literally didn’t even have them for 24 hours... even though the lady said they would last 2 weeks. I woke up the next day with them falling off. So annoying

Not the cleanest and staff of guys are very creepy and one of them got water all over me cleaning one of the pedicure bowls and didn’t even offer to compensate so safe to say I’ll never be back

Ive made an appointment every time and almost every time I havent got in until thirty minuets to an hour after the appointment. Ive even had a walk in get taken in before me.

I am very picky with getting nails done, they are little pricey but was very happy with my nails, will be returning!
