I received a great manicure and spa pedicure today! This was only the 2nd time I had dipped nails & I love them! They are so shiny & last 3 weeks (I am hard on my nails). The technician Margaret is wonderful! Very friendly, helpful with color selection & professional! I have been going there for years & see that they always have used clean sterilized tools & clean spa pedicure as well. I also love the spa massaging chairs & the massages....very relaxing & calming after a busy day!

I LOVE spring spa. Everyone here is amazing! No matter what new design I bring them, they always do an incredible job. On my last visit I had ombre w/ dipping powder done and it turned out wonderfully. They even used glow in the dark polish. I recommend Spring Spa to everyone!!!

Had a basic pedicure with Margaret and was very happy with the cleanliness, the procedure and the service. I especially appreciated the use of a disposable liner in the spa and to provide a hygienic method for each appointment. I will return for a “spa pedicure” so I can compare with the basic pedicure.

Very fast service and very good value. I got acrylic nails with a reservation, so I didnt have to wait at all. I will be returning to this salon.

They do great work when they actually do your nails but most of the time cancel your appointment when you are already there and leave you with rough half buffed nails.

Great customer service! I’m from Dallas, TX and broke a nail on the way here. Vu helped pick a color that was similar to mine, reshaped my nails, and they looked MUCH better than they did before! He was so nice and quick - I’d been here previously for a pedicure and now I’ll always come back when I’m in town 👍🏻

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me after seeing my review. He was very nice and offered to redo my nails on him. Love it that he made sure I was a happy customer. So, here I am in his chair AND I LOVE IT!! I think I have a forever nail tech!!!!RUDE NAIL TECH!! She was in a hurry because they were closing. I told her to not do something and she did it anyway. Did only 2 coats on nails, you can see right thru and see my real nails. Only went to save my nails because my regular place is still closed from COVID-19. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

I had an appt at 5pm, the manager asked me change the date of my first appt come in later and but I wasnt seem until 6pm, left out Spa after it supposed be closed around 7:30. The manager very nice but he is trying to teach his personnel customer service skills.

I recently moved to the area and was excited to try this spa out based on the great reviews. When I got there there was a wait but I wasn’t told how long but I understand Sunday’s are a busy day so no issue there. As I was waiting a male technician was painting a little girls nails and I guess she moved and messed them up. Rather than ask her nicely to sit still he yelled at her and told her if she moved again she wouldn’t fix her nails and being young was no excuse. I couldn’t believe how he treated her and I was disgusted by how unprofessional he was and decided to leave. This place will not get my business.

1st time ever getting a pedicure (really needed one). I can highly recommend the place an Dao, she was fantastic did an awesome job. Cant thank her enough. I will definitely be returning as long as Dao can wait on me. Thank you very much! Tony

I’ve been here a few times and absolutely love it. I get someone different each time, but have never been disappointed. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. The only downside is that it’s pretty expensive, however, I’ve rated them 5 stars because of their amazing services.

Very nice salon,I have been to a few nail tech’s here and they all do a wonderful job, if something ever goes wrong they will fix it right away with no problem!-I got a spa pedicure and she (don’t know name) really took her time and didn’t rush it, then Jimmy (?) did my nails and he did exactly what I wanted, they look amazing!Highly recommend.

Was hoping to try out a new place with good reviews near me so that I can regularly visit, because I just moved into the new apartments 5 mins down the street. But after today’s visit. No thanks. Regardless of making an appointment online, never received a confirmation text, so I showed up at 1:30, the time I scheduled the appointment and was told to pick a color. And then just because a regular showed up I was rushed. Was told I should have waited for a confirmation text, despite my online appointment being at 1:30 and showing him I never received the confirmation text. Maybe don’t allow online appointments ? My old color wasn’t fully taken off the of my nails, dude was going to leave my thumb nail uneven till I said something. Dude makes you feel like you’re a burden and then asks if you’re okay because you don’t seem okay? Well no wonder you make it seem like if you aren’t a regular than your a burden. Online price says $25 for a gel fill in. I got charged $40. Paid it regardless because I was just ready to leave. Didn’t even want to stay an wash my hands. Maybe change your online prices? Also was told they don’t allow tips to be added to cards. But he was going to “make an exception”. Honestly the attitude and customer service and regular services are subpar. I’ll try finding a different place. They also don’t use new tools on each person. They reuse the same old tools and doesn’t look like they sanitize either.

Went there yesterday and will not go back ever!! Was cut twice due to his lack of paying attention. when I complained about my pain the nail tech became very rude and caught a attitude. Then I was overcharged for a simple gel fill in. $60?! For a fill in, actually got my nails cut shorter than what I had when I came in and basic color without any designs. When I questioned him about pricing he changed it multiple times...just making up numbers. I do not recommend!

I have been going to Spring Spa for years, like since they first opened. I went there yesterday for a gel manicure and a pedicure, they were not busy at all and they made me wait for 30 mins before starting a pedicure on me.My pedicure took maybe 20 mins and I felt she rushed the job and didnt care about anything but gossiping with her coworker. About half way through my pedicure, a customer came in and spoke to the woman giving me my pedicure and handed her money. The employee took the money and walked over to her station and put the money away and then came back and proceeded to continue my pedicure. SHE WAS NOT WEARING GLOVES NOR DID SHE WASH HER HANDS AFTER TOUCHING MONEY.I was then moved over to her manicure station and proceeded to sit there for 90 mins and receive one of the worst manicures I have ever received. She cut me, she didn’t properly give a manicure and she had no idea what she was doing with gel paint. I have attached a picture of what my manicure looked like as I was leaving the shop. I’m beyond upset with the service and quality of this place and I will never be returning.

Staff is always friendly, professional and the salon is super clean. Conveniently located between Frederick and New Market off route 144. At my visit today I observed the salon owner taking extra precautions due to Covid 19 with thoroughly cleaning between each client and offering hand sanitizer.

Not happy with the service I received. I was overcharged for a manicure that I didnt even want. I tried to explain to the manager that the technician misunderstood although she was being nice about it. I ended up paying for a manicure that I didnt even want when I wanted a set of nails instead. I asked the technician about the set before she was about to put polish on my nails and she said that the gel polish does not work with a manicure. Yet, another customer was getting the same exact polish of her nails. Terrible customer service and tried little to make up for it besides offering me a small discount for my next visit which is never going to happen because of the poor service I received. I would not recommend this place as there are better and more friendly alternative salons with better customer service!

I’ve been going to Vue at Spring Spa for about a year now and have been very pleased with the service! Everyone is always in a great mood and the atmosphere is welcoming. Can’t forget to mention the quality of their work is fantastic. If you haven’t been, definitely give them a shot.

Clean, bright, and comfortable. This place is everything I was looking for! The staff is friendly and kind. The pedicure spa treatment was really relaxing and effective in completely rejuvenating my tired feet. Im very pleased with the services and pricing. I will be back again next time Im in the area.

I have been a satisfied customer at Spring Spa since it opened 17 years ago. Prior to that I was a customer of Vu’s for three years, following him to a different location as necessary.The service and quality of work have always been top notch. The staff is professional, pleasant and accommodating. Problems and emergency services are handled promptly.I would, and have many times, highly recommend giving Spring Spa a try.

We had an appointment for 4pm. The technician sat my daughter down and then went in the back and ate pizza while she sat and waited for 15 minutes. Their product is thinned out. Both of our colors did not look as they did on the display so we had to get 3 coats which resulted in a bubbly finish. The shape of my daughter’s nails was horrible. I complained so another technician had to come fix them. When I tried to explain what was wrong with them I was told to “go away”, which he played off as a joke when I challenged him on his attitude. We only went there because the guy from our other salon we normally go to quit. I will not go back. Not sure how they have an average of 4+ stars. If u have time and money to waste and you have low expectations, this is your spot.

This place has the best customer service I have ever had at any nail place. They take their time with you and care to make sure you are happy. Anne does my get dip and I love them everytime. Also get my eyebrows waxed here and they come out perfectly. All in all Im never disappoint with my service I receive.

Amazing staff & owner. Got my nails (full set of acrylics) done the night before thanksgiving and by Saturday two of them had already popped off. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t very upset, I went back to the salon and Vu gave me a whole new set of acrylics at no charge. Always polite & welcoming. Have been going here for years.

I have received manicures and pedicures at Spring Spa several times. The quality of work has always been good, but after my experience today, I will not be back. I called and made an appointment for a gel manicure at 4:30pm. I arrived a couple of minutes early and was asked to take a seat in the waiting area and select my color. 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I was still waiting. Only one time did someone acknowledge that I was even there - and that was at 4:45pm to tell me it would only be a couple more minutes. I value my time, and it was clear to me that Spring Spa did not. I left without receiving any service. The convenience of geography does not outweigh the inconvenience of not upholding appointment times. I will be going elsewhere for nail services in the future.

I come here every now and then and get my pedi done by Christina, she does a good job, if I can give only her a review it would be a 5 🌟 but after reading reviews about this place and heard how the owner treated an older lady and belittling another unsatisfied customer...I dont think I will be coming here anymore. Great customer service and respect goes a long way. Unless the owner changes his ways and Im sure he is able to because God is good, I will not be back til then.

I am utterly disappointed with the recent manicure I received, as the polish is lumpy with smudges and bubbles. The sides of my nails were also not painted, and my cuticles were not properly trimmed, as they are still showing and in need of maintenance. The sanitation of the shop is also insufficient, as the bowl I placed my hands in had rust around the upper trim. The manicurist also did not open a new pack of utensils, instead he used an old set he used on other clients, which is outright atrocious. He also messed up my nails while painting them but did not do anything to fix it. He extremely rushed through my manicure and didn’t care to execute sufficient work.

I have been a customer of Spring Spa for over 10 years. The staff are extremely professional and friendly! I like to bring my daughters in for a girls day when we are together! When we come, we are always treated like princesses! They have recently started a customer loyalty program that is very easy to use, and offers great rewards for Customers. The choices of nail color and nail services are innovative (gel, dip powder, etc). Coming in the the shop is like visiting with family (that you like!) The pedicures are top notch, and now they offer new spa pedi’s that smell and look amazing, with delicious scents (chocolate, lavender, green tea, jasmine, and mango)! They also have a detox with charcoal! My favorite is the eucalyptus energy boost! The artisan pedis are very cool too-they put a mask on your feet that bubbles!!

Margaret did a great gel mani/pedi, my nails and cuticles were a mess when I walked in and she took her time to make them pretty again!

They fit me in without notice and were very friendly. My nails look great.

This was my first time visiting Spring Spa, and it was a very pleasant experience. I move from Boston, MA, and I’m relatively new to this area, so I’m still figuring out and discovering my favorite places to go for beauty related services, i.e. manicure, pedicure, and brow waxing. So, I was really happy to find a place that offered these services with such great reviews.First and foremost, I loved that I was able to make an appointment online. My appointment was for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:58 AM, and there was a gentleman outside talking on the phone. So, I just sat in my car, until the business opened. A few short minutes later two women arrived around 11:01 AM. The two ladies and the man (that was on the phone) entered the building through the back door, and one of the ladies opened the front door. There was another customer that entered before I did. I was immediately taken in and asked, if I wanted regular or gel nails, and then myself and the other customer that arrived when I did was seated for our pedicures. As I was getting my pedicure the owner, came in. He was very friendly. Very nice personality! He checked with me to see if I’d made my appointment online. I told him, “yes”. He confirmed my name from the online appointment, and later thanked me for my understanding while he make sure everything was organized and checked. I told him, “no problem!”The young lady that completed my pedicure did an awesome job! I will say, only in the Maryland have I paid separately for callous remover. It’s always been a part of my pedicure service at other nail salons. So, I find it interesting that it’s a separate service here, but it’s something that always get so, I guess, I’ll have to get used to paying extra for it here. It’s considered the “Sport Pedicure” at Spring Spa.Finally, Vu, did my nails and he was outstanding! He had to stop a few times to help customers as they finished up. He was so polite and apologized for having me wait, but I didn’t mind because he was so nice. He also did a wonderful job on my eye brow waxing as, as well!Oh, by the way, they have a heated toilet seat. Now, I admit I never sit on public toilets unless there’s a cover, but I did notice this toilet seat was heated.Overall, this is a excellent spa. I highly recommend them! They are friendly, fast, and efficient. I completely agree with the other reviews! The only suggestion I have is to create an option for “eye brow waxing only” on the online appointment page.😃 I was very pleased and will return! Please go somewhere else but here. When I walked into the shop I specifically asked for a manicure and pedicure to the owner. The pedicure went fine until i got to the manicure part I wanted a manicure with acrylic nails i kept asking her when she was touch up my cuticle and she kept saying she will. Well she never did it and I was so unhappy about that. The manager was so rude about my concern he had the nerve to tell her to cut my nails off and take my color away. He stated that a manicure was extra and not included with the nail set which didnt make sense to me seeing how you pay 35 dollars to get that done. When I told him that I wanted the manicure and pedicure he said to me no I didnt hear you and tried to make me feel stupid the entire time. Then another lady got involved and told me I had to cut my own nails off they werent doing it. This business tried to embarrass me in front of their peers and clients there. When I asked for a refund she told me they would not give me one and even told the other technicians that I was crazy and to leave me alone. Please if you have not gone here do not go. It took almost two hours to finish my nails.

This salon lost me as a customer today. I was overcharged for a service that I didnt want and the quality service I received today was very poor. If you want to get ripped off and receive a poorly done manicure then this is the place to go but I am taking my business and my money elsewhere.

I have been coming to spring spa for the past two years. Driving over 30 min just for Genovi products. They are the most natural looking, always hold up and don’t hurt my natural nails. Would always recommend to anyone.

The #1 and the only place can do Genovi in town, it is absolutely beautiful .My natural nails are soft, and no matter what Ive tried, gel manicure to dip powder .. acrylic eww, is not working .So my neighbor told me to try Spring Spa and that is it, done .I love it, i love my nails and love the salon .The staffs are nice, friendly and professional . Highly recommended !Thank you Spring Spa, will see you soon !

Nice place, conveniently located and friendly staff. Worst wax Ive ever experienced. The wax was too hot for my sensitive skin and continued to be after I mentioned it to my technician multiple times. Sadly she seemed to be rushed. I left sticky& poorly waxed. Did I mention I went in for a Brazilian???? Hopefully this was a fluke as Ive been waxed there before and had a pleasant experience to bad I wont be back to find out.

She was asking for the service that he will perform on her, of course old people will forget and ask again a couple times, but he belittle her and raise his voice i already told you why you keep asking about itI dont think that is professional in his position as an owner of the shop. And he only greet to people he likes not everyone come to his shop. He seem very moody most of the time. I dont think id like to come back here again.
