First time at the salon and the staff was so nice and inviting! Of course I had a design in mind (Mickey)and they were so patient in making sure it was everything I wanted! The nail tech was so gentle with my cuticles and the price was great for all I got!

This salon provided me with the services I hoped for and they went above and beyond in my experience. I got dip with gel color and trendy designs on top and they did not disappoint. It was everything I asked for and my spa pedicure was luxurious and relaxing as well. This is the only place I will ever go to, 100% recommend. Their technicians are so welcoming and kind and the salon is clean and well put together.

This place makes up there prices depending on how they feel that definitely. I received a dip manicure one day and it was $55. I came two weeks later and got the same exact style and it was $70. I also had an appointment at 430pm but sat with aluminum foil on my nails until 540pm. I don’t want to jump to conclusions especially if I’m the only one to have been treated this way, but I don’t believe they treat their white customers this way.

My first experience here has been great!! I got a gel pedicure with Trang (sorry if that is mispelled) and she was lovely! We had a great conversation and my toes looks amazing :)

The best only place I go to for nails

I went to Lush nails for the first time yesterday & now I wont go anywhere ever again! First and foremost, the facility is beautiful & clean. I felt safe coming there during covid especially because they made things appointment only. Kelly did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She really took her time & I really appreciated that. My toes looked perfect & feet felt so soft. Tran did my nails after a previous salon had botched my full set. She took everything off so we could start from scratch & they looked BEAUTIFUL! The shape was perfect & I am so happy. To top it all off, they were so kind and patient with my son who i drug with me :) I am so happy with their services, will definitely be back & will recommend them to anyone i can. If you are thinking of coming here, DO IT!!! You will not regret it :)

Wanted to book an appointment for a full set was told unless i already had my idead they wouldnt book me that i didnt have a choice to look at there nail design so forget it ill definitely take my business else where ive never been told have your ideas or were not booking you before

I scheduled an appointment for couple pedicures. We were seated at our appointment time and serviced right away. They are following COVID guidelines and making sure everyone is safe. Their customer service was excellent. Everyone was really nice. Price was reasonable and we enjoyed the spa pedicures. Massage chairs were a plus. This was my first time here and I definitely plan to go back. Keep up the good work Lush!

I got my nails done on 5/1/19 and these pictures from 5/6/19. They started cracking and peeling on day 3 and didn’t even last a full week before the gel polish looked like they did in these pictures. I’m not rough with my nails and they have always lasted 2-3 weeks before they ever start chipping at other salons here in Frederick. I was in this salon for 2 and half hours...an hour longer than anywhere else I have been to in Frederick and abroad. Now on to the experience itself.Pedi:I felt like the woman who painted my toes wanted me to do all the work as far as picking up and holding my legs up for her to do various things as well as move my chair forwards and backwards while she stayed in the same spot the entire service. i asked about the difference in service from their base pedi service ($28) and the next one ($38). After the explanation I told her I wanted the $38 service. I later found out she did a $48 service...one I never asked her about! It was more work than relaxing and a bit pricey for what I got.Gel fill-in( pictured): The man who worked on my nails was dead silent the whole time. Not a word was said until he asked if the color another associate brought over was correct. I ended up being cut during this service twice which he did stop and readjust what he was doing after each time. The nail shape was just okay.When it came time to pay I was informed that the amount was $75. When I asked why I was informed that I had 2 nail repairs (I had one nail that had broken and was shorter than the others so I needed a tip added on. Not the 2 they mentioned.) I was also informed that they charge a price for gel fill-in (which they use the same acrylic powder and not gel for both gel and acrylic services) and then also charge a price for the gel polish itself. Every nail salon I have frequented here in Frederick includes the gel polish in the gel fill-in price. Being both over priced and the nails not lasting me a week just solidified why I will not be visiting this salon again.

I will be coming back to have my routine nails done and in preparation for my wedding! I love how much they paid attention to cleanliness and the precautions they took during the pandemic. I feel safe here and am happy with the outcome!

Lets talk about expectations vs. reality.I expected a clean facility. They had someone sweeping the floor and wiping the sink down, the place was nicely decorated and it smelled fresh.I expected to speak to someone who spoke little English, but enough to understand what I wanted. The lady who did my nails did not speak English. When I told her how I wanted my nails shaped, she didnt understand. When I told her my nails were crooked, she didnt understand. When I showed her the photo of what I wanted, and went to speak to her about colors, she didnt understand.I expected to get a professionally done nail design, especially something so simple like the picture I expected it to be done with no issue. The reality is that the lady was barely able to get the polish evenly on the bed of my nails. It is uneven and looks horrible. She had to get someone else to sit down and do the glitter ombre, which looks terrible. I have polish on my skin and she didnt polish the tip edge, so my nails are not only uneven, they are super scratchy.I expected to get white nails, I asked multiple times but they said the Grey would look better.Needless to say, I wont be coming back. I only came here because my salon was temporarily shut down due to Covid.Update:Looking over the nails today, there are bubbles in the paint on a good bit of my nails. So not quality.

Best place to get your nails done in Frederick!! Trang is amazing and is truly a master of her craft. Never once have I had a bad experience here. Love this place!!!

The best nail techs ever! The salon itself is gorgeous and the environment is very calm and relaxing. I’ve been getting long stilettos for over 4 years and this is by far the best nail spa that I have been to. They NEVER disappoint and ultimately leave me feeling fabulous! I definitely recommend! They can literally give you almost whatever you want, to short and simple nails to glammed out stilettos!

The atmosphere is the place you want to go and relax to get your nails and toes done for sure. Clean, vibrant, you get taken care of from start to finish! I love everyone. Mindy does magic on my toes and Trang is a master at my nails. You tell her your idea and she flies with it. I always feel pampered here.

First time getting a manicure and pedicure, and it was AWESOME! My girlfriend brought me here. Doesn’t matter if you’re a guy, nothing worse than showing ugly nails and toes in front of girls. Anyway, these people are super fun to talk to, very informative, and make you feel extremely comfortable!

Met Trang trough a mutual friend who is also her client. Once she did my nails I stop looking else where.....her hubby is good too!! Their new place is awesome!! Very clean, Very up to date awesome for a girls day of pampering!! I love it that they call me by my first name and I feel like they are my friends not just nail technicians. I feel like family when I go there! Their place and personality is just a PLUS to the AMAZING job they do on my nails. Love them!!! Would NEVER go anywhere else. Trang is amazing! Best spa pedicure ever. She worked on my injured toe nails and nurtured them back to health. It took months but all my nails are healthy and strong. Shes like a surgeon. My nails were damaged from too many years of ballet and getting stepped on by horses. I can wear sandals again!! Thank you Trang. Love your new spa.

Their customer service is excellent... we felt like the only people in the salon and they did a wonderful job on our toes! This is my new favorite nail salon. We will DEFINITELY return.

Got my nails done here a few days ago with BAD experiences. I was so disappointed about their customer services and also quality of the nails services. The technician who did my nails, he did not spent time to do the job at all, he did chop...chop job and I ended up with extremly thick dipping nails and it was not what I expected. I told him I want them on my way but he ignored what I said. He talked to another girl in their language all time and it was so loud. They had argument I guess and it was so annoying while I was there just want to relax. The other thing his got a bad breath. It gets worst when he talks non stop. Bad services I never had before.I WILL NOT come back.

I am so excited that my favorite nail tech has opened her own salon! I’ve been going to Trang for almost ten years now. She is amazing. Not only is she very thorough, detail oriented & a bit of a perfectionist, she’s very friendly and easy to talk to. She’s truly become a friend. Now for the salon, it’s beautiful, clean, calming & relaxing and cozy. Forgot the standard salon vibe! There’s even seating at a bar for the menfolk. Go see Trang (or her hubbub). I gave a 2 star review for the fact that the salon was very nice and relaxing, however my nails did not even last a week. I went in for a dip manicure. Usually when I get dip done at other salons they do not put a gel top coat over the dip. The tech that did my nails here applied a gel top coat and placed my nails under the light. 6 days later all the gel top coat had peeled off my nails leaving them looking like a dull matte finish. It was a waste of $40 leaving me to have to go to another salon and spend another $40 6 days later. I will not be coming back to lush!

I’ve been coming to Trang for years at her previous salon. So happy for Trang and Ty in this next exciting step. Love her new salon, the atmosphere and awesome customer service. I highly recommend coming to this salon. You won’t regret it.
