I have used this salon twice now. The first time was last year for a dip manicure. It had to be redone at another salon 4 days later. I gave them a try again a few weeks ago for a gel pedicure. Within 5 minutes of leaving the salon, the nails were already chipping off. And this was gel! I called right away and spoke with Lena who said she would remember me and that I could come back the next week to have them redone. I told her it would be the week after, when I was back in the area working again. So I called today and she said she can’t re do them anymore because it’s been too long (still less than 2 weeks). I even told her I took photos of the nails within a few days. So two very very negative and costly (both time and money) experiences with this salon. This may be my first negative review of a business but I felt like I gave them ample opportunity to right their wrong and they chose not to.

I wont recommend this salon... I lady who did my nails was nice but she did a terrible job. The nail polish didn’t even look good compared to the salon I usually go to and it said wet along time.the dryers they have for your toes don’t even blow. It looks like they just made a station out of wood. I won’t return

Fixed my big toe nail that previously was damaged after being caught in a door. It grew back with hang nAils. They fixed it and all the pain was immediately relieved

First of all, very bad costumer service. The person I talked to on the phone was rude and gave me an attitude like I was asking service for free. Also, the quality is bad.

Nice local place to get mani/pedi! Trang is awesome! She is professional, nice, talented, and makes my short natural nails look like a million bucks even though I am super tough on them! I hike and backpack, and they still look great. :)

Lyna gives a brief deep tissue hand massage that releases pressure from your pressure points in your hand that had me tear up! A wonderful Manicure experience that Ive never had before. They do great nails too.

The owner of this salon is extremely rude and immature. Vu is unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed to talk to customers like he does. I’ve been going to this salon for years because of the convenience, but after multiple negative encounters with Vu, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I encourage all people considering this salon to do the same.

Went just to get my eyebrows waxed and when i walked in no one greeted me & was told i had to wait an HOUR! They only had two customers i could have been done fast but no. 1st impression did not go so well.

I’ve been going to Spring Nails in Frederick, MD, since I was a girl. My mom would take me there to get pedicures, full sets, manicures, my eye brows waxed. You name it: Spring Nails does it. They are very wonderful people who do superb jobs each time.

The first time I went here, the girl who did my nails and was was amazing. She was polite and made sure I was happy with everything she did.The second time, she wasnt there. The guy that I was stuck with was absolutely the worst nail technician Ive ever experienced. He didnt speak hardly any English, and had multiple other people translating for him. Every time I asked him to deviate from square nails in a single color, he would get annoyed at my request. I showed him pictures, and he ignored them. While he was shaping my nails, he even had the audacity to point and laugh at the scars on my right hand. He left nails lopsided after the shaping, and when I asked him to make them even, the man translating for him told me that it was my fingers that were crooked and the nails themselves were fine. He nicked my fingers with the drill multiple times, left nail glue residue on the sides of my fingers, and was sloppy with the gel top coat. Have you ever gotten gel coat on your skin and had it cured under the lamp? Its not the most pleasant experience.

Love this place!! Amazing experience and would definitely go again! Everything was beautiful and was such a blast. Very relaxing! Don’t miss out on amazing doing nails.

They do great work on nails! Wish they had the paraffin dip for after.

Going to Spring Nails was an excellent expierience. I enjoyed the way they massaged my legs and feet. The workers there met my high expectations, and it is in a convenient area that is close by my house. I loved each and every aspect, for a low price.

Im from out of town and needed to get my nails done, and came across this place. They were extremely nice and got me in right away and my nails look great. Ill definitely come back when I visit again 😊

From far away my nails look great, but when I looked closer I realized that the lady did a really piss poor job ! Ill never come back. I got a gel manicure and the gel, as well as the nail polish, didnt even cover some parts of my nails. Almost forgot to mention the air bubbles that I found in almost every nail. Very disappointed.

Well I was hoping to have a good experience in this place especially been so close to my house but actually got out from there all disappointed and angry at the end, First I just went there for a fill in on my gel set, and choose two color for my set, the tech was nice and friendly I waited like probably 5 mi for her so I was happy about that, noticed that she used covers of magazines to put under while she was working on my hands, thats a first but didnt mind.Second she did the work fast, but sloppy and clearly on their establishment board says fill in cost is $25 well she charged me $30, third, finished job I was like okay whatever, paid and left, when to buy groceries and went back home when I noticed one of the two gel colors that I picked started coming off from both hands, I was like but how? This is gel POLISH!! Mad and annoyed went back and showed them, first thing the lady says, oh you went home to filed them, I was like No! Why, I just got them done? They are gel why would I do that and she was like, oh this is never happened before and I said just fix them, but dont want that color again just do all of them same different color and her response wa, oh so u dont want that color anymore and started talking in her language to her coworkers( very unprofessional)Any way just for fixing them and changing color they still had the nerve to charged me $15.00 more!!! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN, THANKS! Be aware of getting extra charged for sloppy and unprofessional service!
