The quality of the nails were not at all good quality compared to other services. Portion of my nails not covered in acrylic. The pedicure was nice experience but the manicure was not what i was expecting. Felt rushed, final product looked NOTHING like the reference picture. Overall not the best experience.

This is the worst place to be for full set. I was told but some of the reviews put me off. I went in for a full set and what i got was a nightmare I am never going back there. All they care about is the money. There is this guy there. He is worst. DO NOT let him torch ur nails. I had this done yesterday.🤢🤢🤢

Only good thing about the salon is the selection of nail color. My mom and I recently went here and received gel manicures and pedicures. The pedicures we received were decent, however to say that I received a gel manicure is a bit of an exaggeration. It appears as though I only received a single coat of regular nail polish and I left the salon with my nails feeling tacky and dull, rather than smooth and shiny. When I asked my mom to review her nails she said hers, although appearing to be done slightly better than mine, had bumps on the tips where her nail tech applied to polish too thick when sealing the tips. Will NOT be returning. I will wait for my regular salon to have available appointments. Even if it means waiting a week.

I walked in because i was at Value City next door and decided i would just go ahead and get my nails done while Im right there. Before i even sat in the guys (did not get his name, since he had no license up at his station, nor did he introduced himself) chair i realized how rude he was; he never spoke the entire time i was sitting there, instead he just pushed my hands each time he was finished with one n needed to switch. When it was time for me to wash my hands he just pointed behind him; i had to ask someone else where the sink was; and throughout all this time i kept my cool. After coloring my nails he did not take my purse to the dryer like all other salons technicians do, instead he told me to leave it on the chair. After i got dried n went to get my purse i realized my purse was on the floor, so i asked why; he had the nerve to tell me i should have taken it to the dryer area with me. I reminded him that he told me to leave it there. I got furious, because i realized now, he is not only rude, but he is also a liar. I would never return there, my first n last time. I could never subject myself to such rudeness again from that scum and any of his kinds. That big head boy was so rude, its pathetic. I would never recommend this place....customer service stinks....customers obviously not appreciated ( or at least, not all customers appreciated/welcomed there).I gave them a one star because there is no option for 0. They are the worst of the worst.

This is a fabulous nail spa, great technicians, strategic location and amazing prices. It is nice and clean, they take and honor appointments. I highly recommend for you or your loved ones. I took my wife and her mother, they could not stop talking about the experience, they were super delighted. Ask for Richard, he is awesome!

The place is absolutely stupendous! Unequivocally the finest nail place in the Frederick area. The staff are very affable and compassionate and the owner is simply a pleasure to talk to. Selection is diverse. All around Five stars.

I went on Friday night with two other adults and two children to get manicures. My step daughter asked for black polish and was told no because she was “too young.” I didn’t hear that or we’d have left immediately. The actual manicures were awful. $30 for a 20 minute rush job on the adults and $30 for polish and lotion for the kids. Absolutely unacceptable. My nails look like they’re weeks old, not days. For the cost I expect better service. They’re advertising everywhere for new clients because once someone comes once, they don’t come back. Awful.

If I could rate this place with negative stars I absolutely would. I just left and have never been more disappointed. I have been using dip on my natural nails for years. I have used this location many times of the years. The ladies that were there today were faces I didnt recognize. Long story short- it looks like my 5 year old put playdoh on my nails. Lumps, waves. Terrible. I had coffin shaped nails and walked out with every other shape except coffin. Round, oval, square. She did the top coat wrong the first time and tried to fix it. It looks like there are craters on my nails. They offered to fix them again- after already being there over 2 hours AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME $45. Now I have to go spend 50 somewhere else to get them fixed. I work 60+ hours a week. My nails are the one and only thing I do for myself. How incredibly disappointing. I will never come here again and you shouldnt either.

Worst place I ever been too. Took my daughter for the first time. The lady who did them was nice but the rest was so rude. They talked about everyone and never once smiled. Mine and my daughters nails are crooked bumpy and missing gel and polish. I should have realized it was going to be bad by the no refund sign hanging up. I will never go back to the place again.

I love this place, its clean, great customer service, kind and just nice to customers. They have great technicians, you cant go wrong! This is simply the best nail shop in town, one of the best that I have ever visited.

I left the place with nail polish all over the back of my fingers. I also had more of the acrylic on my skin than on my nails. It’s only been two days since I got my nails done from here and they are already falling off. The customer service wasn’t good either, stoping once or twice while doing my nails is understandable but stoping 3-5 times is not. My best friend was also yelled at by an employee while she was trying to make a simple conversation. My best friend asked “so how long have you been working here”, the employee goes “worry about yourself, don’t worry about other people”. Honestly I don’t understand why you’d yell at a future customer but my experience here was by far the worst experience I have ever had in all nail salons I’ve been to.

Great salon, started coming with my girlfriend every two weeks to get manicures! 😆 they make me feel very comfortable and now I have great nails 😂🤷🏾‍♂️ I recommend creative nails & spa

I was a walk in pedicure and fill in. The lady that did my pedi took over an hour for a basic service and then could not understand how I wanted my toe nails polished. I am not happy with them. I, then, ask the gentleman (and I use that term out of respect) if he was the owner and he said no and asked if I had a problem. When I told him the issue he was very defensive and aggressive and said that it’s up to me to make my own self happy and that it is not their responsibility. I politely replied well when I am spending money for a service I want to walk out satisfied. He was rude and disrespectful and I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! The only good thing was their color selection. Customer service is not high on their list of priorities.

I have been coming to Creative Nails ever since they opened 15 years ago. I am very happy with the work that Tho does on my nails. I will continue to come here for the duration. I have referred many people there.

I was here 10 months ago and gave it a 1 star. I gave them a second chance and they did amazing and I’ve been going here for 10 months now and loved every time except the first and now last. The lady used a HUGE brush to put the acrylic on. And she kept piling it on so it was way too thick. She went to paint my nails and instead of asking me if I wanted the color changing version of the color I originally asked for she just did it anyway. She told me at the beginning of the visit that what I wanted would be $25 (I thought it was wrong because it’s never been that cheap). Anyway. She charged me $45 for what she said was $25. When asked why she says because they change colors. I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT. I DID NOT WANT THAT. not only are my nails the wrong color now but they are so bulky and uneven. My middle finger is thick on one side and super thin on the other. I have a problem with my left hand. It shakes. Not bad. Just slightly. Barely noticeable unless you are touching it. SHE SMACKED MY HAND AND TOLD ME TO STOP SHAKING. (Which made it shake worse) She smacked me. Never again will I ever go here. I brought my best friend because I thought so highly of this place. Now we will be going to her normal salon instead of mine. I get a new set every 2 weeks. $30-$40 every two weeks with a $10 tip. I never ever expected this.

Ive been here a few times sporadically when my usual salon is booked. Each time it was decent but this most recent time was the worse and I will never come back there as long as KELLY (WHATEVER HIS REAL NAME IS) still there. Two of my nails were crooked and when I brought it to his attention the first 2 times he ignored me, I assumed it was a language barrier as he doesnt speak much. I asked if he understood me and he said yes but when he went to fix it, it still was something off. Instead of trying to talk it out with me he stopped told me to go sit in the waiting area and someone will take over. First off, lets keep it professional sir you made a mistake and you should try to fix it more than one time. I wasnt rude nor abrupt, I was calm until he tried to shoo me off like a dog. He needs help, he was trembling and starring me down like I killed his bestfriend or something. We all have trying days but I didnt deserve that type of service. On the flip side the new owner is very nice and the guy who fixed my nails was very nice and professional. Too bad I wont be back but I wish them all the luck because not everyone will be as understanding as me.

Rude rude rude. I waited at entrance to be acknowledged and/or ask what service I wanted. Never spoken to by any of their staff. After 15 minutes of waiting, a young female walks in and instantly greeted and asked what she wanted done today. Am I invisible? I think not. Do they realize how many other nail salons are in the area?? Me and my business will go where they appreciate a customer.

It’s average of rating and great colorful nails for my mom. There is an nice massage and good work to keep feet clean. But sadly about hands that are actually okay or downvote. Because of worker is not actually great to do his job due not carefully and make sure every single nail is clean or not missing any that is not finish it.

First time ever getting a manicure and I could’ve stayed home and would’ve done a better job myself. Nails were cut crooked, I had to keep correcting her to do it right. Wasn’t worth my time.

When we got our nails done the one male artist was yelling at my mom because she didn’t understand what the nail dip thing was. Will mine I had to file the gel polish off because it couldn’t come off with acetone like they’d said...? What’s up with that?

I will not be returning to this place. I made 2 appointments for pedicures and asked if my mom could sit next to me and that she would be back in a minute, they said they would save the seat and not even 30 seconds later they put someone else next to me while there were 3 other open chairs.

Walked in with no appointment. Was immediately taken in for pedicure and gel manicure. $60. Pretty good job

I have never had pain like I have today from an eyebrow wax! I’m literally missing skin! She totally changed the shape of my brows without asking. My eyebrows are half the thickness they were when I went in. Two of my nails look as though they have been ground down in the center and my nail beds are flooded with the gel polish to the point I’m having to use a cuticle trimmer to cut the skin away from the nails. I paid and went about my way, but I would never go back here even if someone gave me a gift certificate.

Hang or however you spell her name, screwed up my nails so bad. Made them so short, theyre even with my finger tips and are extremely uneven. She was doing my nails and touching my hands with an open cut on her finger and dirt under every single finger nail. This was also the MOST painful manicure i’ve ever gotten because she was filing my nails SO hard and did not have any care whatsoever. I do not recommend going here to anyone and i will not be returning.

Went there today and the only positive was the color selection. The nail technician was very rude when i was nothing but nice. She then told me multiple times i wasn’t aloud to text or use my phone “i could text after my nail appointment.” My nails look horrible and the nail polish is all messed up they charged me $5 for the length. Will not to here again and highly recommend everyone else to find a more professional salon. My shape i paid extra for and every nail is a different shape. Also had the google translator app on my phone and they were being extremely rude talking about everyone in the salon. Also cut me multiple times and burned my hand. DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible experience, the guy that works there didn’t do what was asked, when we told him it wasn’t right he lost his mind, stared at me rudely and yelled like an animal. Would never recommend this place or go back. They also disclose one price on their wall, but charge another for using gel paint when we didn’t ask for that, when asked about it, again.. the guy flipped out and was yelling. He needs help. This place is a total joke.

New guy i guess?The fill in service was about an hour and half long of just fixing HIS mistakes and myself noticing how weird my nails were looking..the paint job wasn’t great. My nails are shaped like huge ovals with no definition.... super chunky.... i mean .... they look awful lmao Im actually really mad they can’t notice this for themselves and just start over if you have to..... :/ wouldn’t recommend. Done with them.

I will NEVER return. I had a French manicure done on Saturday by Sunday afternoon my nails looks horrible. The white tips were chipped and top coat was coming off. Waste of money.... The only good thing was friendly staff.

Firstly I want to say that this place is a joke.The guy named Kelly or whatever his name is, was extremely rude to me.He did my manicure and kept hitting my hand when he wanted to switch my hands to do my manicure.While he was doing my nails, I had a cut on my finger and he kept hurting me.I asked him politely to stop and he kept doing it. He then proceeded to keep filing that finger and kept digging his repulsive hands into my skin and making the open wound even bigger on my finger.While he was doing my nails I texted my fiancée what he was doing and he told the manager.The manager then walked over and told me to just put alcohol on it. I had never been so disgusted.When he was finished I paid and left no tip. As I was walking out I showed my fiancée when he did and my fiancée went back and went off. We saw Kelly leave and when they saw us coming back to talk to the owner he came right back.I told the manager I wanted a refund or a discount and Kelly told me he wanted me to come sit back down that he’d fix it. My fiancée told him to not touch me and after talking to the manager Kelly kept staring me down like he could hurt me. I had originally paid $100 for a manicure and pedicure.they refunded me back $100 and then only charged me $55.00. I got $45.00 back. I was so upset I will never be back!

They did a terrible job! $30 for an uneven, mess of a gel manicure. Will not go back! Should have taken their “no refunds on nail services” posting as a sign to go somewhere else. I didnt have any issues with rude staff like others did, but my nail practitioner didnt do the best manicure. It was a basic manicure and my cuticles were left dry and cracked and the polish was uneven meaning it came closer to my cuticle on some parts and not other. Stinks because they have cheap prices. /:

Today was the first and last time I will get a regular pedicure from here. Poor customer service. The entire pedicure was only 13 minutes! Then, they charged me $40.00 and it was advertised as $30.00 but they explained to me it was because of the oil they used.

I asked them to shape up my toe nails with gel and the lady just filed my nails and put nail polish on it, hygiene is terrible, the filers and nail clippers were not sanitized before hand, re-used unclean tools

They did my nails and she didnt really shape them when they were done my nails and they just didnt look right and after a small amount of time the gloss layer just kept chipping off and my nails looked dingy and they were not staying on at all.

This is a horrible place, My friend and I got pedicures in 10 minutes, no lotion, no massage of the legs and No Thank you for coming In. Dont go here, choose another place.
