Michael is amazing! Takes great care in his work. I absolutely love my nails. Hes like the plastic surgeon for nails. Prices are great. Also had my eyebrows done but by one of the incredible women that work there. They all are amazing and take their time with any service you need done. Ive been using their business for over a year now and this review is way over due. I very much recommend them for anything you need done.

1st time going to this nail salon for a pedicure and Im sure they new I was a new customer to! So the lady/manager assigned an older lady to me. Although she was nice I had to inform her multiple times that she did not do any maintenance to the nail like cleaning the cuticle section around the toe then when it came to polishing she was not covering my whole toe nail in Polish and she was quite messy with the polish. On a good note they do take Covid-19 seriously you have to wash your hands as soon as you walk in and the have separators between/in front of the seats.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve been here. Today was the BEST! Honestly the best pedicure I’ve had ever! Such a nice staff and friendly environment with great prices!

This is my favorite nail salon in Frederick. 2000 Nails has the best manicures and pedicures by far. I’ve tried multiple salons in the area, but this is definitely the top choice. They take their time on your nails, and every detail matters to the techs here. I haven’t been anywhere else that even compares. The prices are great and the quality is even better. You will not regret going to this salon!

I moved to Frederick last year and was worried I wouldnt find a nail spot after going to one in Rockville for many years. However after my first time here I have not gone anywhere else and I will keep coming back!! The pedicures are amazing and gel manicures as well which is what I usually get. The last time I opted to get acrylics and this was the best full set I have gotten. Michael took his time and shaped them beautifully, I loved that he really made sure the tip was glued well under (I hate getting things stuck between the natural nail and tip.)

Ive been seeing the owner, Holly, for several years. She does an amazing job and really takes care of you. I wont go anywhere else. Her salon is clean and well stocked with regular and gel colors. She also does a perfect job with waxing. If youre looking for a quality nail salon that you can trust every time, this is it.

I’ve had so many bad experiences at other surrounding nail salons but this one really takes the cake. I’m a simple kind of girl and wasn’t really educated on nail care but the techs here are knowledgeable and care that you’re satisfied with what you leave with. Great staff 💕

I did not enjoy my experience at this salon AT ALL! I was visiting a friend who lives in the area and we decided to get our nails done! Poor costumer service! Owner is very rude! One thing I am big on is customer service and how you treat your clients. Very disappointed on how they treated people who where coming in as well as my service. The work they did on my nails and my friends nails were okay. The technique and style were average. I did not see a clear square shape on my nails they look somewhat round and I never asked for that. I have been to nail salons where there technique for shaping and styling is phenomenal. So to wrap it up it’s not worth the experience or the headache I couldn’t wait to leave. Rude and Non communicative! I won’t be back!

Definitely one of my go to nail salons in Frederick, Maryland. The nail technicians here are dedicated and very precise about their work you will never feel pressured into something that you don’t like. I promise, getting gel here will be the best nail purchase you have ever made!

Ha is my favorite, and she always pays attention to detail. The establishment is clean and friendly. Oh, and the paraffin always leaves my hands feeling silky soft❣

I love this place. The quality of there products are great. They do a great job on waxing my legs and for the first time in 7 years I trusted them with waxing my eyebrows. I had a bad experience at another salon and just couldnt trust anyone with my eyebrows. Today they did them and OMG!! Perfection!! I love them. And of course my nails and toes are always amazing. I get complicated on them all the time.

Honestly I would not recommend this place to anyone. I recently moved here from VA, my first time entering the place there were only three people, no one look like they cared for service that day. There was a lady laying down on the conch, unprofessionally. My first time getting my nails done a male did them, I was please so I decided to go back. The second time the lady laying down did my nails. When I say she did a horrible job, it was horrible. I asked for Coffin shaped nails, instead I got square, my right index nail was longer than all my other nails, including the left nails. Not only was it longer, it was very cricked to the point I asked her to redo it, when she redid it, she filed it and said done, I said it’s still cricked so she said, she’ll just take it off and redo the nail. She purposely was rough when redoing the nail, only for it to still be longer than the other index nail. The white coat was big an bulky, she saw no wrong in her work and effort. I was highly displeased, and her attitude was very disgusting, I did not want to argue, nor did I want to be in that establishment any longer. My nails were $49.20, and I’m truly upset I paid for service I was not pleased with. I just now got my nails redone at nailexpo, and the lady there did an amazing job. When I showed them my nails, they was in shocked just was much as myself. Sorry for the long message, but if you want an over priced place, that has poor customer service, and take a gamble on if your nails will be worth showing off or hiding, than I recommend 2000 nails, other wise it’s a waste of money and time.

Gone multiple times always had a good experience. Michael has done my nails a couple times & hes one of the best takes his time to make sure they look good.

They always do excellent work. Everyone is really nice and they remember a lot about previous clients. It’s the only place I will go for my nails. My neighbors and family both go here as well!

Lee is my favorite person here. She’s quick and efficient. She knows I don’t like extra stuff on my nails and doesn’t try to talk me into it. They all do good work here. I’be been coming here for a few years.

Nails were done in a hurry. The lady didn’t allow my nails to dry in time. She left them uneven and jagged. I picked out a color but she chose a different color. Also during the time she was doing my nails she decided to pick her nose. I will not be back here. She also didn’t bother to speak to me at all....RUDE AND DIRTY

Its an uncomfortable experience in here. They never smile and make you feel like they appreciate your business. They do a better job on nails than most other nail salons in Frederick, but compared to other areas, they are pretty unexceptional. The employees do most of the talking to each other, rather than with their clients. The fill-ins are uneven, tips are always crooked, and asking your tech to clean the cuticles or fingers/toes of any polish that may have gotten on you is like asking for a kidney.

I love the interactions with Sophie and Ha they both do excellent work they are definately the best and take there time at getting your nails done right.

The management was extremely rude to my friend. Basically making her out to look like a liar about having a free manicure when my friend eventually proved them wrong. Also the nails grow out faster than any other place Ive been.

This place is amazing perfect customer service

They remodeled the park somewhat. The climbing boulders should have some kind of slip resistance layer. Kids can slip right off and fall.

My first visit to 2000 Nails. Got a fullset with gel paint on top. Was $45.00. I had Lee, she was very miticulous about her work. You can tell she really cares about the finished product! Will be going again.

I would put no star if I could ! My sister and I went to get our nails done today and they did a terrible job . I kept showing the lady what was wrong and she still kept messing up .we just left out with no color. I will never go back and I don’t recommend this place to anything !!

As soon as I walked in, all the white clientele looked at me like where the black lady come from, then I was asked how can I help you. I gave her my nail requests and I receive the reply, were busy can you come back later. If you were busy why would you even ask about my service needs?Yup... I will not return.

This is the only place in frederick that i remain loyal to. The girls know what they are doing i deffinately recomend.
