You want to know, the real deal? Go in & ask ALL the stylists before moving in. Watch their body language after you ask.Since it is a franchise Phenix corporate will not help you. You are at the hands of ruthless leaders. Any franchise owned by Kevin Davis BEWARE! Do yourself a favor & research first.Unprofessional is an understatement

My hairdresser is within this suite.

The beautician, Sabine Nauman, at this Frederick salon is very inexperienced. She did not know how to layer cut hair. She really messed it up. She stated I needed to go to a barber to do this. She stated she is a texturizing person. ??? What is that?? To do what she did, I could have just put a bowl on my head and cut around it.
