I love Pansy Nails Spa!!! It is the only place I will go to and I always get compliments on my nails and lashes done! They are always so friendly and make me feel welcomed. I have been going here regularly for almost two years and have never had a bad experience. I havent been disappointed by anyone at Pansy to date.

I stopped in yesterday morning for a manicure with Layla! She was so polite, accommodating and easy to get along with. We had a lovely conversation the entire time and she did exactly what I wanted!Can’t wait to come back again! 😊

I love this salon, been coming here since they opened a couple years ago. I go back and forth but honestly, all the other adjacent nail places just dont compare. They pay such angelic attention to each client. All of their nail techs are great though

By far one of the kindest and most helpful people ever. I’ve come in a total of four times to get my eyebrows, eyelashes, and nails done. Each time I have been left satisfied with beautiful results. The service is great and the employees are beyond caring and welcoming. I enjoy my time chatting with the employees every time I visit and build great personal connections. Not only are all the employees insanely hardworking and welcoming, each one is able to provide gorgeous results at the end of any service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a salon run by people that work both efficiently and effectively. I just moved to this area and I will make it a point to be a regular here.

I’ve been to a few nail salons in Frederick and Pansy is by far the best. The salon is clean, has a good atmosphere and the ladies are friendly and professional. I especially like how they know you by name, and greet you when you come in. I get dip powder on my nails and a pedicure. Always great results. I always get compliments. Would highly recommend!

I have been here before. Today, was the absolute best experience I ever have had! Jennie did my pedicure. For the first time in the history of ever, there was no uncomfortable sensations during this pedicure! Sometimes professionals will be more rough than whats needed, and Jennie was gentle and did an amazing job! I truly had a wonderfully pleasant experience. Thank you for such a relaxing pedicure!

Place is clean, relaxing and the ladies provided excellent service. I got eyelash extensions for the first time and the lady was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and created exactly what I asked for. The lady took her time and it was very relaxing to get done. They didn’t cost a ton either and the quality of the work and lashes are amazing. Definitely coming back to get a fill on my lashes!!! 5/5! She made me feel right at home ❤️ The prices are great and the quality will make you want to tip big 😍😍 My nails are freaking gorgeous. She really pays attention to detail and wants to ensure that they are absolutely perfect and I love that. Ive been to so many places where either the quality is bad, its unclean, theyre rushing or just down right rude. You wont find any of that here. Thanks ladies! I absolutely love them! They always make you feel so welcomed. I get everything done here eyelash extensions, waxing, pedicures and manicure. Sofia hands down is the best eyelash extension tech, you tell her what do and will always make it happen. 10/10 recommend for everything!

Never write review but i love my lashes. Ive been their customer for 2yrs. They do my lashes and nails. They always take their time to make sure each lash is perfect and it turn out AMAZING every single time. I feel even more secure to know that their lash artists have been taking many lash courses which means they know what they do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if u want to get your eyelash extension done! I have tried MANY places but none of them took care of my lashes the way pansy ladies did. They are really knowledgeable about lashes. I had my appointment at 11am and was attended right away. I was amazed at the customer service here at Pansy. I did my pedicure first. Jennie did something that no other nail tech could do for me. She took her time and took out my hang nails!! I know it might not be a big deal to some but for those who have hang nails know how painful it is to have them. She got them out and I was so happy! I finally found a nail tech that can do this for me! She was so professional. I next did my manicure and got SNS (dipping powder) for the first time and she did an amazing job! Definitely will be back and am so happy I found my go-to place. It is a little pricy but you get your moneys worth for sure.

2nd or third time here for set this time w a friend (first time 4 pedi) I am allergic to gel/ acrylic due to monomer ingredients in the formula so dip sets have saved my nails aesthetics🤓 i did gel pedi and dip set all for $102 My nail tech was Hannah she was friendly and professional. I love my nails and hubby as well as soon as he saw them🥰 Oh and very very covid19 regulated and maintained which made me feel safe.def recommend!

This place is very professional! Everyone there treats you respectful and what ever design you wish for they will do. You will not leave out without being happy with what you got. My daughters got their nails done here for the very first time with Sofia and Hannah. Ladies, let me tell you this shop is the BEST OF THE BEST we have ever tried in town. The girls here are super fun, friendly, attentive and professional. The price is reasonable. My girls LOVE their nails sooooooo much. I believe this is the only place in Frederick that make you feel like you are at home. Well done girls. I would give more than five stars if i could!

I got my nails done here and the shape wasn’t really what I asked for and it ruined my actual nails for a while. They can’t grow without chipping due to the poor acrylic and solution used. But they were nice and professional.

Wowowow! Hannah was literally so nice and did a great job. My nails were a hot mess due to a different nail salon really messing up my real nails but Hannah seemed concerned and really wanted to help so she took her time and get my nails back in order! My nails never looked so good!!

Pansy Nails employees took their time to come to Country Meadows Retirement Home to do the nails for the residents free of charge to spread joy for the Holidays. I am at Country Meadows now with my mother and the residents are just thrilled with the wonderful job they did. One resident said this is only the second time in her life she had her nails done. How thoughtful of Pansy Nails to think of others this time of year!!

I went today as a first time customer to get a fill. My appointment was at 12:00 pm and I was not seated for my appointment until 12:25-12:30 pm. I originally requested to have a fill when I scheduled my appointment, but then I decided to change my mind and ask for ombre nails. The manager Vassa stated that I would not be able to get the ombre because she wouldnt have enough time to complete. I was irritated, but decided to settle on a color I really didnt want. After I sat in her chair, Vassa said she could do an ombre with color instead. Me thinking she knew what she was doing I proceeded to let her. I had light pink acrylic powder on my nails, and she proceeded to add regular clear acrylic powder that didnt even match, or let me rephrase, she didnt even try to match the acrylic to the color that was on my nails for my fill. She asked me to pick out a color and I ended up picking out something similar to what I originally requested, because she said she could do it...She proceeded to paint my nails a pink gel and put glitter on top. By the time my nails were done, it looked like an amateur did them. My cuticles were not 100% cleaned up as well. As I waiting for my nails to dry, I felt like I was being rushed, because Vassa had another client waiting. I proceeded to go and pay, and Vassa stated that my total was $47.00. I said $47.00 for what??? She said that she was charging me for the ombre. I said you didnt do an ombre, all you did was place glitter on top of my pink nails. It sucks because I was so excited to try a new place, that had such great reviews. But I refuse to support bad behavior or someone being a crook and being sneaky. And the crazy thing is she mentioned not having enough time, but my appointment was a 1/2 an hour late and she spent about an hour on my nails...Add that together and that is an hour and a half right there, and you didnt have enough time to do what I originally asked for??? I will NEVER go back to this shop. My advice if you are looking for a new nail salon, KEEP LOOKING!!!

The ladies were very sweet and polite. They offer us something to drink and made us feel super comfortable. My daughter had so much fun with the chairs that give massages. What a great nail salon! They were friendly and personal, and made every attempt to use my name during conversation. My nails were done with excellent quality. The only negative aspect was the fact that I had an appointment for 5:30 which did not start on time. I was there for 2 hours for a polish change and a pedicure. Those two services should have only taken 1 hour.

This is the cleanest, most organized nail salon ever! All of the staff are very sweet! Every visit has been great. Now that Ive found them, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

Another great visit! I work as a teller so customer always see my hands-for better or worse-and I try to take care of my hands and my nails. Pansy has been great to work with, and was more than accommodating for me for this visit. I was originally scheduled for next Wednesday but was unable to make it due to an unforeseen schedule change. I called and they changed my appointment and got some awesome nails done!

I never write reviews but my experience here was not a good one. The 2 of ladies in the salon were being Rude. The manager walked away from my mom when she was asking a question. Then I called less than 24 hrs to let her know that my moms gel polish chipped and her nails were bendable and not hard as they should be. She told me that she wanted me to text her a picture, which I did and tried to debate me about fixing it and told me that I didn’t have to come back to their shop. I loved the environment and atmosphere and never said anything about not coming back. But please do not try to play me. I am about business and what’s right. The lady keeps giving me the run around about getting my nail fix! I will never do business with Pansy Nails again or give them any referrals.

WOW, I LOVE MY LASHES. I had a wonderful experience at Pansy Nails. I had lash extensions applied at another place and unfortunately they were very uncomfortable and did not look great. I came to Pansy Nails and the lady removed the uncomfortable lashes and then applied new natural set. The new lashes are so comfortable and they look great. She understood the look I wanted and picked the right lashes for me.Thanks for a wonderful job.This is the place to go if you want lash extensions.So bad that i forgot to ask her name but DEFINITELY  be back to see her in  next 3 weeks. She did such a great job !

First time coming here and I will definitely be back. I was not smart enough to catch my nail techs name! Shame on me. She was absolutely the most polite and patient nail artist Ive ever dealt with. I came in with super thick badly done gel nails. She did not complain once as she was trying to pry the death traps off my nails. Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable. She made me feel right at home. I picked out a regular polish even though I asked for gel, she went out and picked the EXACT same color in actual gel. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and let me tell you she went above and beyond. Sculpted my nails to actually fit my small horrible nail beds. Great atmosphere!! The dont take tips on the card which is fine with me, just remember to bring cash along! See you all in 3 weeks, maybe longer because these are some solid nails!!

My first time at the salon my experience went well... i get SNS on my nails and have been for the past two years. I had two nails that were shorter and the manager kept offering to put a tip on the shorter nails free of charge. Which i thought was nice. I declined because I’d rather my natural nail grow out healthy. 2 days later the color chips off of my nail and because it happened on a Sunday i couldn’t get it fixed right away. Today i called 4 days after initially getting my nails done and asked the manager if i could get it fixed. She said yes and it would be free of charge. I get there she begins to file my nail and says, oh this will be $5 To fix because the nail is broken. At that point i reminded her that the color chipped off on Sunday which in turn caused my nail to chip a little as well. And reminded her of our conversation earlier about her doing it for free. At that point I’m irritated because i didn’t bring in my wallet or purse in Because i was told IT WAS GOING TO BE FREE OF CHARGE. (Just 4 days ago she was Gung ho on putting on tips free of charge following work that was from a previous salon) 🤔It’s not that i couldn’t afford the $5 it’s the principal behind it.. i left and i will not be going back and i will never recommend this salon to anyone. I will gladly pay $5 at another salon to have my nail fixed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (once i figure out how to add a pic i will share ) what’s disappointing is i really enjoyed my experience there thus far and had planned to return up until today.

Amazing! Their customer service is wonderful. The place is SUPER clean and has the BEST selections of powder. I popped in for a full set and sns dip powder and i couldnt be happier with what i left with. I have never seen so many color options. Plus, who doesnt love a mimosa while getting your nails done? 100/100. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been here twice now and I’ve loved my experience each time. As soon as I walked in everyone greeted me and remembered me from the last time I came in and remembered things that we talked about and it made me feel very welcomed there. I’ve also had two different technicians and both ladies did amazing. They really listen to the designs I like and make sure that they shape my nails correctly and take their time to make sure my nails are perfect. I live in Hagerstown and have no problem driving 30 mins out to see them even when there are plenty of nail salons in Hagerstown. These ladies are amazing and I 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to get their nails or toe nails done. You will be very happy :)

Great establishment!! Beautifully set up and all of the staff was kind and extremely talented. Sofia and Hannah did delux pedicures for my boyfriend and I; the pedicure stations are clean and sterile with liner bags used in all tubs and newly sterile tools for each client. The pedicure lasted about 45 mins and included 3 different scrubs and lotions. Amazing leg and foot massage! The staff offered beverages and snacks to make our time more enjoyable. Will definitely be back again!

I saw this new nail place advertised in my area on Facebook so I decided to check it out. The place is very clean, there was no wait and they have a huge selection of dip powder and gel colors! I came in for a mani and pedi. The pedi was really good, great leg massage! I did the dip polish for my manicure, it was my first time trying it and I am very unhappy with the result. I didnt even feel like I got a proper manicure. The place that I usually go to does a full manicure where they would soak my fingers in water with cuticle lotion, push back my cuticles and cut them, buff my nails shape them and give a hand massage afterwards. Today my manicure consisted of getting my nails buffed with the electric buffer, filled for shape and then the dip process began. When it was completed I asked why my nails looked so thick and the 2 ladies at the register said it was because my nails were short. I didnt think anything of it until I got home and took a closer look, it looks like I have more layers than what was needed to the point where it looks like I have on acrylics. I am not happy with my experience at pansy nails spa today.
