My 1st time coming here. One of the best cuts I ever got in my life. The barber was very sanitary and thorough. He was very pleasant, professional and attentive. He took his time and and at the end allowed me to see my head from front to back. I will make all my appts at this barber shop from now on. Very satisfied!!

As a first time customer, I scheduled an appointment with J. He was not only professional, but very friendly and personable. The results of my haircut was everything that I asked for (as well as what I needed). Overall, my experience with J was exceptional.

The atmosphere there was pretty chill. Tony did a great job with my hair. Looking forward to coming back.

Waited and waited and waited then left. Suggest you book an appointment!! AND before you do that, I suggest you go by first and see if its for you: Cuts take 45 to an hour. I think they specialize in a type of cut and client that they do well, and not so much non-regulars that are looking for a quick 15 min cut

Larry is an amazing barber and One and Only Barbershop is great! I had never come in before and I stopped in with my son to get his haircut. Larry was our barber, and he is amazing! He pays extreme attention to detail & his cuts are extremely precise. Not only is this barber amazing at his trade, but he is very personable and made us feel comfortable. He spent time with us to gain an understanding of what we wanted, and we got exactly what we asked for. I highly recommend this barbershop, and Larry as the person that you go to. I am a very happy customer.

As I walked in they took my temperature which I believe was necessary. I was asked if I had an appointment and I told a man I was a walk in. They werent practicing proper social distancing for the shop was packed and standing room.. John introduced himself and I sat . He asked me how I wanted .my hair. I asked for a high fade and leave the top alone. My hair was not faded properly but choppy toward the top. I had to ask to have the excessive hair to be removed from my clothing. They charged $30 for a hair cut which Im sure was due to being a first time customer. Im sure they charge different prices for locals. Lastly, he asked me my age for a senior discount. Im 50. Save your money. I pay $20 where I live.

I was visiting family members and my son needed a hair cut. Jeffery was very professional in fact that the the best cut he ever had. He took pride in his work. The only down fall was I felt the barbers were to close together. They told their customers to take off their masks. My sons regular barber have all his clients wear masks. Once this COVID get out the way I would definitely come back when I’m in the area. The sign on the door says wear a mask. When you sit in the chair they tell you to take if off. My sons regular barber has all clients wear a mask. Doesn’t make sense to me.

Easily one of the better spots in the area not to throw shade on nobody else. Good vibes!

Heard good things about Tony and I was glad I had him as my first barber at this shop. He was professional and gave me the exact hairstyle I showed him. Place is nice and barbers are also very nice. I am surely going back. The direction will take you to the front of the build by highway 40, the entrance is on the back.

My hubby said he felt bad for leaving quietly because he was worried I wouldn’t like his new haircut but... Hap (I believe Thats what she said his name was, sorry my phone was spotty!) gave him one of THE best haircuts he’s ever had! Worth every penny and he said that everyone was extremely friendly which makes it even better! He has never looked better and even though it was a huge change from his usual cut we will make the drive from WV every time because he just looks THAT good!! Thank you thank you! Tony did my sons hair very humble personality and during this time he had his mask on the entire time, really appreciate that.But, I wish the other workers would wear their mask especially since they are constantly talking.

I have finally found a perfect barbershop close to home. Yet they delivered excellent service to me and my kids who also loved their hair cuts. The experience just aint there. Dont spray a line up on someone who doesnt ask for it. It felt like someone was just there to come in to work. Not much passion or skill. The shop is in shambles. Im not downing anyone specific but just wish that upper management is taking the time to coach the less experience barbers. Best of luck.

Service was good but they did not know how to cut my hair. Guy that was cutting my hair was nice, but he had no idea how to cut it. I went to this place because I saw the rating, but I am not not going back again. I am disappointed with my hair now, that I’ll have to go to another hair salon to get it fixed.

Got a cut by Monk and everything was on point. Took his time and is very personable and professional.Also got a cut by JR the Barber and the professional and atmosphere is good to be in. The attention to detail was amazing and prices are better than most barbershops of the same quality. You will see many trophies they have earned and you will see that everyone of the trophies is deserved.

Overpriced. 30 bucks for my sons haircut. When did a childs haircut cost this much. Actually was a shape up. Temple fade and a low fade in the back. Nothing off the top. And the line wasnt clean at all. Had to come home to fix it myself. Where they do that at. This shop must be hurting. Plus the dude put some type of make-up eyeliner on his edge up. By the time we got home it was melting off or rubbed off. Feel like i got hustled. Charge it to the game.

I used to get my haircuts at One & Only Barber Shop. Until today (2-17-16), I made an appointment with One & Only Barber Shop for 330 PM but I was tied up at the doctors office that took longer than expected. So I got there a little late. Never did I think I would have to sit and wait for two hours before I give up and left the premise. There were people that comes in long time after I got there and they got called in to get their haircuts in less than 30 minutes. But me? Two hours and still no haircut. Never did I feel so insulted by that. As Deaf person, I know the communication would be difficult to deal with from time to time and Im very reasonable but with what happened as of today? Ill never come back to that place. They just lost a loyal customer.R-

Took a look inside and looked like a long wait. So was gonna try somewhere else. Was asked to stay and told it wouldnt be long. 30 mins later after watching 4 walk ins get a cut before me. I finally decided to patronize another establishment. But damn these dudes can cut hair from my observation. If they stream line their process. Post visible information regarding walkins they could increase profits.

It was a bad and there was major let downs .The barber started on my sideburns without asking me what I wanted he made my sideburns thin but I wanted then squared off that was a big let down. And I looked at my cut in the store my hair looked pretty even big then I went home and took a shower and my hair was uneven literally looks like someone cut my hair with a knife.
