Rose is amazing. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating! Wouldn’t go anywhere else I’ve been a customer here for 15 years!

I got a dip manicure here, guy was rude, did poor quality work. Before I even made it out of the parking lot, I had to go back in and have 4 nails redone. I told the guy he had accidentally gotten the wrong top coat which is why it was peeling off. He argued with me. Now the rest of my nails are cracking and peeling. Manager refused to do anything. Said I would need to pay for a new manicure. He even said he remembered me coming back in that day. I have been coming here for the past year and a half. I will find a new place since you refuse to take care of the poor quality work your employee did.

So I drive an hour to come here. I’ve never particularly cared for the attitudes of the people however I love that my nails hold up when I get them done here. I’ve scheduled my appointments online in the past without an issue or anyone telling me that it’s better to call and schedule an appointment. Today, I show up for my appointment and they can’t see me because they’re too busy and the owner is out of town so they can’t do online appointments. Seriously?!? Why offer the option then??? This is poor customer service in my opinion. Also, be aware, the time it took for a dip manicure and a pedicure was over 3 hours the last time I was there. It was ridiculous.

Everyone was so kind and professional. I had limited time and Mike did an amazing job on my mani-pedi!!! I’ll definitely go back!!!

5 of my friends and I went here and not only did they take and accommodate all of us, but they were so friendly and talented!!! we loved Danny and Mike!!!

I had such a great experience with a dip and tip manicure. Reasonably priced and so kind and professional. My nails were done so quick, but so well! I got exactly the look I was wanting and the perfect shape. This is definitely my new go-to salon. Dont keep looking, just come to Sahara.

I came to on May 22nd to get a full set. The full set I asked for (including designs) was something they told me they could do. When I sat down in the chair i was then told that this is something they could NOT do ! Despite the let down i continued with my plain full set. Let’s fast forward to today ...I call this morning to let them know that one of my nails broke. They told me to come in and they will fix it. I get to the shop and I explain that i am here for them to fix the nail and i think it makes sense if they put a slightly thicker acrylic on the nails. I was then told I would need to PAY for this . Oh let’s not forget I was FOLDING CLOTHES when my nail broke . He tells me “long nails break “ . Sir I was folding clothes, my nail should not break doing this! I once again try to explain how this isn’t okay. I asked him if another breaks then what ? He says “you’ll have to pay” I tell him there’s no way, just fix the one nail. I pick out a pink color similar to my current color and he asks me “if i don’t remember the color i had” I replied no, the last thing i expected was to have to come here for a broken nail. Nail was repaired thicker than my current nail so there’s one odd nail now. Also, the color on the repaired nail is not the same color and the shape is different. All he had to do is paint all the nails the same color. That’s the VERY least he could do! I WILL NOT BE BACK. HORRIBLE SERVICE . Especially as a 1st time customer.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years and never had an issue until this past time for a pedicure. The lady was becoming extremely frustrated with me because I wasn’t responding to her ( I am deaf in both ears) and at one point told me to not text/ be on my phone while she was doing my toes. With the pandemic going on and mask wearing already being hard for people like me to not be able to read lips due to the covering, I found her to be extremely rude without knowing my condition. I still tipped her as I would’ve anyone but I hope she understands that people go there to be treated and relax, and not have conversations. I don’t Expect to be treated as such to benefit themselves. Next time be cautious of someone before assuming a person is ignoring you.

I visited Sahara while visiting Nashville last week. The shop takes extraordinary health precautions, my manicurist was friendly and funny and my nail polish lasted nearly a week, which is amazing given how much I do with my hands. I’d definitely be back if I lived in the area and may visit on another trip. Thank you!

Danny is very professional and excellent at pedicures. His attention to detail is exceptional!!!!The cleanliness of Sahara Nails is superior compared to other salons and spas. This salon/spa was always clean even prior to the COVID pandemic. They definitely are 💯 plus these days. :)I can tell you every nail technician I have had the opportunity to sit with is very good, even as a walk in client without an appointment. Danny, Tracey, Bee, Tony, Hugh, and Lynn set the industry standard and raise the bar in their profession.I have been utilizing this salon for over 4 years. I will be here for many years to come.I AM ALWAYS A SATISFIED customer :)

I made an appointment and they were 30 minutes behind. I sat in the pedicure chair with no water in the tub. My nail tech never even greeted me. Did not say a word the entire service. No “thank you” at the end. Absolutely nothing! Worst pedicure I’ve had. Paid for a higher pedicure ($55). Worst massages. So rough!Terrible experience. Will not be back.

It was my first time here and I was greeted at the door and instructed how to check in and sanitize. I felt like I was thoroughly taken care of and very pleased with my service. I was given undivided attention and care. My nails are also amazing!

This was the worst manicure Ive ever had. Dip and Gel chip the next day. The area wasnt clean, and the files were reused

The facility was clean and appointments on time. I do not however think they are limiting Appointments as the place was packed a half hour after opening. I paid $45 for a full set of solar nails. I’m pretty sure the acrylic powder was not solar brand and therefore you will pay extra for nothing. I find that to be expensive. I’ve never been here before so perhaps it was just my technician but, my nails do not look good at all. I will not be returning. They are crooked, short and stubby and extremely thick. They do not look like they were professionally done. They look a little embarrassing to be honest. I don’t know why this place has such good reviews, I’m hoping it was just my tech but I’m not willing to pay that much to try again. I plan on giving them a week and getting them redone elsewhere they look silly.

I’ve been going here for 10 years and it’s always a pleasurable experience. The staff is always friendly and very meticulous in their work. When I take my daughters they always treat them as if they are the paying client as well regardless of what weird request they make.

Love all the color options and always happy with my nails no matter who does them. Lynn has done them the last two times and they have been amazing!!

Overbooked - 25 mins they finally started after my apt. They never offered water or anything to drink. They rushed and didn’t even ask what type of pedicure I wanted. Very disappointed.

This was my very first visit..Mary done my pedicure and manicure..It was such a relaxing and calming experience, my favorite was the hot towels place on my feet and nails, but also the shoulder and neck massage which was what I needed after a long weekend of work. Mary was very professional and helpful in helping me select the manicure and pedicure packages..I will be returning in 3 weeks..

My daughter and I have been coming here for over a year now, every 2 weeks. I love the vibe...sweet people with lots of laughter, too. My favorite nail artists are Rose and Lin. They always take excellent care of us. We get the powder coat on nails...much less drilling and healthier nails. We also get regular pedis. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience here! It was busy and I spent a while there but not because I was waiting a long time, the girl took her time on my nails and did a phenomenal job. She was happy to answer any questions I had regarding gel, acrylics, or dip gel. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone!

I have been coming here for years and I love it! I remember when it was one room in the front! They have done a nice job on the update and I love how they do my nails!

I was looking forward to coming here but so disappointed by the terrible service. My friend and I made a reservation and when we arrived were told to wait. When we headed back, we were not helped for quite some time. After receiving color choices (which were practically thrown at us), we waited another 5-10 minutes with no word from anyone. Finally, someone sat down and started doing my friends nails. He was VERY helpful, kind, and did a great job with her nails. He is the reason this business even gets 1 star and I would give him 5. However, I waited for 10-15 minutes with no nail technician or even mention that I would have to wait. When someone sat down and hurriedly buffered my nails she quickly walked away and I waited more. Finally, someone sat down to help me and hurried through the manicure to finish at the same time as my friend. My nails looked objectively decent but in comparison to my friends, terrible. I had had half the work done!! When I called back to inquire about policies, the company was unhelpful. Since I am leaving town, I cannot come in to fix the nails or see about a refund. Would NOT recommend, very overpriced and the manager Adam is very rude.

I walked in to get a pedicure and was able to get right in. Everything about my experience was wonderful!!! The people were all very friendly. The pedicure was fabulous!! Great massage, relaxing and very enjoyable. I will definitely make Sahara nails my go to nail salon.

Normally have a good experience here. Maybe its going downhill. Went in today and waited forever. No one said a time frame just sat me in a chair and kept on saying someone coming Toes were fine, nails was terrible. The girl was just rushing to get I done. When I went to wash my hands another employee stepped on my toes messing them up. Very annoying. Then nail girl messed up one of my nails and blamed me. Also the cut and file was terrible, I had to ask her to fix it twice. Not sure if I will head back to this place. Just nice its open on a Sunday

Horrible customer service. Got a pedicure there today along with my daughter and absolutely horrible service. They rushed us through in under 30 minutes. Absolutely not relaxing and a horrible job. They only put one coat on my daughter’s toes which has already wrecked even though they charged me $26 and didn’t once offer quality service. With all the choices I’d absolutely never go back here.

Ok service but a distracted and slow. I found their prices high for the a salon that needs to be updated. The customers that received service where not all happy with their finished results. Unfortunately, I’ll keep looking. Franklin TN Has a real problem with top quality nail salons. This is my 4th to visit since moving to the area.

This is the 3rd nail salon I have been to since moving to franklin- I moved from up north- the prices are 40% higher than I paid up north and they rush thru you and are rude at every turn- sadly they pick on ppl- pointing out scars on face to one lady ( omg she had been in a fire in a car )- how rude- she walked out crying & i was leaving anyhow I told her they are idiots tp even mention such a thing! Also they rush- they tell you relax your hand like you should feel blessed & comfy and they r yanking at you- second they chat in their language and thats fine but since I had 2 friends up north that taught me the language i know what they are saying- once the girl called a sweet young girl stupid and ugly- I pulled my hand away and said thats not nice would you like me to leave now? in her tongue- the rest of my visit NO ONE spoke except english- where do these ppl get off ??? and their services are fair at best--- how would they like it if i called them names and shouted at them to relax

While the staff was friendly, the services were not great. A few months ago they charged me $20 for my childs pedicure and this time the full $30. There was hardly any paint on the nails and missing spots. My manicure was done sitting in the pedicure chair with the bowl and supplies on my lap. Not worth an additional $17. $80 in total. think the ladies were in a hurry to get to lunch. Dont see myself returning.

Was rushed thru a pedicure and the technician was rough. Won’t let him do my nails again.

This place is way better than any of the other nail salons in Franklin. We will be back!
