This place is GREAT!! Ive been a regular at the Brookfield location for years and this new location in Franklin is top notch! Everything is brand new and clean and its located in a convenient area. Vivian is by far the best! She is friendly, professional and accommodating. I always look forward to visiting every other week. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could :)

Amazing experience. I came in from out of town. Alissa was funny and professional. Very conversational. Vivian is a very good singer. We sang karaoke together when our song came on. The workers here are a big ball of fun

This was my first time getting my nails done here and I will definitely be going back! Not only is the service amazing and everyone is so friendly, they are very attentive to detail and make sure you love your nails. Thomas did my nails and they were absolutely gorgeous, not thick and chunky at all, and were the perfect shape. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone!

I treated myself to a gel manicure and a chic Deluxe pedicure today because it has been over a year since I have any nail services and I’m going on a trip. I saw good reviews for this spa online so I went over there as they are near my house. This place is new, and beautiful and Let me tell you...the pedicure by Vivian was the best I EVER had!!! My feet and hands look the best they ever have and the 3 leg and foot massages I got in my service just made my day! Vivian was super sweet and kind and really did a great job! I will DEFINITELY be going back!

Came in to get a pedicure and the staff here is very nice. They took their time on me instead of making me feel rushed unlike most other places. Another plus is this place is big and very clean. I definitely will be back when my feet needs some TLC.

This review is long overdue. I cannot say enough about Vivian, however my second appointment exceeded my expectations. Not many places can master a french pedi, however Vivian did! Already booked my follow-up appointment.

Vivian is amazing at pedicures she gives the best foot rubs i think ever. Melissa is literally so fun and always does my nails so well! come to her if you need dio i’ve never had a dip manicure last like hers! And Nate is such good company whether he’s doing your nails or just chatting with you he’s a riot. 10/10 recommend trying here you won’t be sorry.

I’ve been visiting Vivian for my monthly deluxe pedicure for years now! I started at their Brookfield location. After moving to Franklin I was SO excited when they opened this 2nd location right down the road from our new home!! Vivian is always so sweet, professional, AMAZING at her job - she genuinely loves to make sure you’re relaxed and happy ❤️ Forever customer ❤️

I am not sure what to complement first. This salon is brand new on the inside and gorgeous. All of the tables and pedicure chairs are brand new and absolutely gorgeous. The staff was so welcoming and the services were top notch. My nails have never looked better and I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received. They actually make you feel like royalty while you’re there. Best manicure And pedicure I think I’ve ever gotten. I seriously can’t wait to tell all my friends about this place!!! My experience was so good! Prices are great too!

I loved my experience on 6/15/21. Made a same day appointment for the deluxe mani/pedi. Vivian really went above and beyond with an exceptional pedicure. No more callouses! Tim treated me to a great manicure...just what I was hoping for. This location is far from my Bat View home, but I will be back. They are worth the drive!!

Called ahead to confirm they could do two pedicures before coming ... they start on one and I have my feet soaked for 40 mins before a nail technician was even available to start on mine nail tech continued to chat and take shots with customer like she didn’t have another client
