This place is not very good. They would not let either of my friends look at my nails because they were not getting their nails done. They were very rude and charged me 60 dollars for red French tips. Not to mention my artist didn’t even know how to do coffin shape or designs. Save your money and go somewhere better.

I love Diva Nails. It’s my go to choice for getting nails done in Franklin. Friendly staff, always trying to do their best. Fairly priced and they always do a great job. I couldn’t speak more highly of this place!

By far one of the worst nail jobs Ive ever gotten done. My best friend and I went to get our nails done for her mothers wedding. We both got one of the guys. They were both rough and did not do what we asked. We both left with torn up hands and glue stuck to our fingers. While they were doing our nails they were on their phones and texting people. Overall Nail polish is spotty, nails are crooked, hands are in pain, and they were not paying attention. Now we have to pay someone to fix them.Never going again.

Sat there for 40 minutes after I was told on the phone that there was no wait. Several people came in after us and was seated and started before us. Lady was rude. Ive never had a problem with my daughter sitting on my lap at any salon and she told me she wasnt allowed and that of she didnt sit in chair Id have to leave. Will not be returning.

Seemed nice at first, they got me in super fast. The guy that did my nails was very rough and hurt me three or four times because he wasn’t paying attention (which I am understanding) I usually don’t leave bad reviews even if I receive bad service but all I got was coffin shaped acrylic nails with black gel polish, it ended up being $50, $60 with a tip and just in a matter of 5 hours the gel on two of my nails have already started peeling off. I have never had that happen ever. I don’t have time to go out of my way anytime soon to go back and have it fixed so now I will have to pay someone else to fix my nails.

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had while getting my nails done but espically while getting my nails removed. The most painful, unforgiving removal to date. The nail artists are so unbelievably careless and do not concern themselves with good designs, good looking nails, or good customer service. All they want is your money. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. Also, Im pretty sure Im looked at differently than everyone else because i come in on my days off, wearing comfortable clothing so Im not the most attractive customer. Then again most times going into a nail salon, typically you dont dress to impress, you dress to sit in a chair for however long it takes to get your nails done. But believe me when I say this, I would much rather do my own nails at home than to ever step foot into this awful place again.

Do your feet hurt ? Ive learned it sure is nice to stop in for a pedicure and take advantage of the massage chair. Oh what a difference an hr. will make!

I was charged $55 to have my toe nails and fingernails painted, no manicure or pedicure just paint. The gentleman was very rough and it seriously looks like a kindergartner done my nails, I wish I could upload a picture.I have never done a review I usually just shut my mouth and never return but this is ridiculous.

Just make sure you dont go in at lunch time when proms are going on LOL

Very pleased with my mani/pedi today! ive been here several times, but today the owner took her time adding little louis vuitton accents to my ring fingers, and the gentlemen who did my pedicure did an excellent job with the french tips on my toes and dealt with my super ticklish feet! lol i always feel welcome in this salon, and if you are friendly with them they will be friendly with you and carry on nice conversation.

I didnt have to wait to get a pedicure, and the service was fine. However the shop is extremely messy. Half the pedicure area is used for storage. They also have a very poor selection of polish colors. While the prices are low, I would still prefer a more professional salon.

Went in on a Thursday, around 2:30 ish. They were able to start my gel manicure quickly. Manicurist was very nice, sparked up a conversation! I didnt like the lack of use of cuticle remover gel. I told her the shape for the nail, and it was well executed for all but two fingers. Price was good for a gel manicure.

When i walk in there i ask for jackie one of the owners she does the best nails and whatever you want your nails to be shell do her best and they look great.

Not worth it. Took over an hour to do an acrylic fill. Tools were dirty. My fingers are actually bleeding from the guy being so rough and careless with my fingers. The nail Polish burned my fingers because they were cut and bleeding. My friend asked for almond and she got oval and they argued with how the almond shape should look. Hopefully no infection.

The two techs who worked on my nails seemed very rushed. One nail is missing a small piece of acrylic, not sure if it was due to the lady who shaped them or the guy who was filing them with the machine. The thumb nails are not even considered round in my opinion, they’re both crooked looking. I had a much better experience at Expert nails, the techs were friendly at that particular salon and they took their time to do a good job, and I actually walked out of that salon with nails that were evenly shaped. I won’t return back to Diva nails again. If you want to get a good job and feel welcomed rather than an inconvenience, then go check out expert nails. See Tim, he’s a natural at nail work.

Owners wife wanted to argue with my mother when she called about her toes being uneven and messed up mine were also smudged and screwed up very unprofessional place do not recommend

Trouble and Jackie are amazing!! Stayed late to fix my mistake of going to Expert Nails and made me feel welcome even when it was past closing when they finished with my nails. I will continue to be a return customer and not look for short cuts!! Love Alexie and Diva nails!! 5 star PLUS!!!

Diva nails does an awful job. I’ve tried them time and again because they are the nearest nail job to me. I just walked out of there after a mani pedi and you would never be able to tell that I just had a pedicure.

Worst experience EVER! I have not had my nails done in 15 years. I decided to treat myself especially since my wedding is coming up, I wanted to see how I would like my nails prior to my wedding day. I walk in and someone greats me but I had no idea who it was. They were very pushy on what I wanted but actually since it has been so long I had no idea what was what so I wanted to just speak to someone. I sit down after looking at the prices still baffled on what some of the lingo meant. The lady asked me again what I wanted (she was with someone so it was awkward to keep asking her questions). Finally someone comes over to me and asks me what I want. I had decided to go with a french tip but was interested in what the pink and white on their price menu was. She almost didnt have a clue what I was asking regarding their menu. She refused to go as short as I wanted. She told me the wrong price but when I questioned it at the end she said you wanted gel but I said NOTHING about gel. I asked her again if she did a certain design (I was asking because of my wedding) and started to pull it up on my phone to show her and she said you show me later. Later. Show me next time. um, what?! I noticed as I was getting into my car I noticed I still had polish on the side of my nails from my previous nail polish that she didnt take off. I had BIG clumps of acrylic underneath my nails that she had failed to remove before it hardened. I also have a few nails that look like they have grown out and I just got them done. Worst experience ever. Besides one already feels like it is going to come off. I would never recommend anyone to go here EVER.UPDATE: I did go back and ask if they could fix them. I had to wait an hour and the lady was somewhat hesitant but did fix them. The lady who fixed them was not the one who initially did them. The younger lady with long hair was the one who fixed them and seemed to be pretty helpful. They look like they have grown out and that I have had them for a week since the first older lady messed them up but at least I am not embarrassed to walk around with them on anymore.

Had to wait almost 3 hours just to be seen. People who got there after me were being seen first. When i finally did get seen the lady was so rough yanking my hand and squeezing my fingers. My nails look great but could use more friendly staff

They do good work but I feel this is uncalled for..Man is sleeping on the couch while I am there to relax and get a pedicure..look closely and you will see him.. As professional myself Im not for sure how state board allows this..

Appointments evidently do not mAtter mine was at 1:30 and at 2:30 I walked out. They started several pedis during this time.only after I got up did they say it ead my turn. I guess they dont want new customersWent right a cross street and got great service and a familiar face At NAIL 1.

This salon was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Went here with a friend of mine last week for a pedicure because my regular nail salon was packed. I will NEVER go here again. They used dirty tools on me and then used the exact same tools on my friend, the lotions and scrubs were accessed with dirty gloves, and the whole place needed a good wipe down with bleach! They dug into my toes and now I have what I think is an infection. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Stay clear and you’ll be doing yourself a service!

I took my granddaughter in there yesterday to have a manicure and I had a fill-in and had the most wonderful experience. Trouble which he is called is a wonderful technician and friendly person😀

I have gotten my nails done here every week to two weeks for the last few months and wont go anywhere else now! Trouble, his wife, and the rest of the staff there is great!!!!!! Today they even fixed the corner of my toenail for me without even having to ask!

She was on the phone the entire time. She didn’t even bother to ask what shape that I wanted. She rushed through it and cut my cuticle to where it bled for awhile. I told her the color that I was looking for and she picked one out and I specifically asked if it would be an up charge and she said no... ended being $40. I won’t be returning.

Dirty, dirty place. Fridge full of employee food is what you are greeted with when you first walk in. Gross, messy break room in plain sight at back of salon, and holes in the walls in wax room. I had to leave. Man waiting for his wife pointed out the same piece of trash on floor that had been there 3 weeks prior.Not sure why people go here, nor how they havent been shut down yet.

Tiffany took her time and spent 45 minutes on me even though I just got the basic $25 pedi. However, my pedi polish began chipping significantly in under two weeks. Maybe I didnt get a top coat and didnt realize it? I dont know but my polish from other places has always lasted much longer.

Horrible! I got there at 645.. they closed at 730 so I was The last one in there. When I got to my car my nails were all jagged and rough. I had to refile them myself after spending $40 on my nails . I will never go back!
