Welcome to one of the Milwaukee areas hidden treasures! This place is a real gem, and I will be going here from now on! I came in at 1130 on a Thursday afternoon, hoping to get my nails cleaned up. I was promptly greeted and seen to. The facility was clean, and abides by the highest standard of hygienic practices (such as basin liners and fresh pumice stones for every client). My beautician gave me a beautiful gel manicure in just the right color. She had steady hands, a gentle technique, and my polish was applied evenly. I would have expected to pay $40 or more for this level of service. Instead I paid $35, had a great time, and left feeling beautiful. I had an epic experience here, and highly recommend this salon to anyone who needs their nails done. Theyre just stellar. Make sure you call ahead to make an appointment.

I had such a positive experience here! I was visiting from out of town for a wedding and was able to get an appointment just a few days before. My manicure and my pedicure were so relaxing. My gel manicure has lasted almost 3 weeks with only two minor chips. Everything was clean and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be back if I need my nails done in the area!

Nina did an amazing job on my nails. I love my nails. However, an inexperienced lady was doing my mom’s nails and didn’t do a good job. My mom didn’t like her nail artist at all and stopped getting her nails done.

Epic nail spa is absolutely fantastic. I wish I could give them 10 stars! The staff is always so kind, courteous, and always offer something to drink when you are seated. Their nail work is exceptional and I recommend them to everyone I know. They are pretty busy so I recommend always making an appointment.When I had moved to Wisconsin I was afraid to try just any shop and I did my research. A lot of closer salons had bad reviews but Epic Nail Spa had great reviews and decided to give them a try, despite having a bit of a farther drive and I have been coming here for about 2 years now and refuse to go anywhere else! I brought my mother in law here for a pedicure and we are so happy with the service. All staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming and they are following all recommended COVID protocol! Our nails look beautiful and our technicians were very gentle. I highly suggest coming here for your nails!

This place is amazing! Courteous, friendly and they always successfully do there best to work you in if you havent made an appt. Dala is the one who does my nails but any one of them are great! The prices are very reasonable.

Dala is talented and very nice. I go to her for dip powder nails and they are flawless every time and last for weeks with virtually no wear and tear.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!I got dip nails done there like 15 minutes ago. Although the staff was nice, my nails look horrendous. The lady who did my nails had to re-fix them twice and they still look awful. I had nails that were white/colored (like the powder didn’t stick to the nail), and there are so many bumps and bubbles. She didn’t even smooth down the “fixed ones”. So now I’m here $45 later with an awful dip manicure than if I were to do it myself. Oh and she clipped me twice so I bled too.I’m headed home to file off the top coat/bubbles and try to fix them myself. I honestly should have stopped her the first time - had it all taken off and just went home with plain nails. At least I would be happy.Don’t go here!! Friendly staff isn’t bad but I want to get what a paid for. I will never return here and I encourage others to do the same.

I got a pedicure and the lady literally stuck my feet into boiling hot water & when I pulled my feet out quick they were super red for the rest of the pedicure and she literally laughed at it .. while I was in pain . It was not professional at all!! She didn’t even ask if I was okay she was just laughing. Definitely don’t recommend this nail salon if you want a good professional/ Enjoyable/relaxing experience.

Did a pedicure and manicure. I go with my GF and actually hate manicures. This is the first one where I didnt cringe. The tech was that good. Pedicures mean its one less time I have to cut my own toenails, but I do like the foot bath and massage. Again, tech was great. From a guys point of view, if you need to get a mani or pedi done, this is a great place because the techs are excellent and the price is fair. Not sure if Im prettier, but my girlfriends nails looked great and felt better later. They do by appointment only as they are taking the pandemic very seriously. Set an appointment for yourselves guys or a couples appointment. Theres restaurants, Starbucks, Home Depot nearby, make a day of it, ha.

Wonderful experience and staff! Sue was exceptional. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my fingers and toes are quite deformed. She was gentle and worked with the deformities and did a beautiful job on both. I didnt know what I wanted for my sons wedding. She had me show her pictures of my rehearsal and wedding outfits to give me the best look! Thank you so much Sue and Epic staff.

Its a hit or miss with this place, as to what youll end up with ( regarding nail extensions of any type). They either do exactly what you want, or they completely ignore you and do exactly what THEY feel like doing. Its a gamble. I recommend them for manicures/pedicures, but NOT for nail extensions.

I had been here in the past and the service was always pretty good. I visited today for a pedicure and manicure and eyebrow wax.The man at the front desk signed me in and after about 5 minutes said Oh your chair is ready. The water was cool and not really circulating. The girl that did my pedicure was nice and paid a lot of attention to the toes but little or none to the bottoms of my feet. No dried skin removal. The manicure was okay but I can now see a lot of clipped cuticle. When I asked about the wax she walked over and asked someone else and the reply was a rude I dont have time. There were 5 girls working and 3 customers beside me. One girl was just sitting at her station on the phone. Pretty poor customer service which shocked me a little from past visits. Probably my last visit.

VERY NICE and CLEAN on the inside, unlike some salon in the metro area. Great owners + quality workers = awesome time! Greeted the very moment I stepped inside-was even offered a beverage (choice of bottled water/Sprite/diet or reg coke). Though the great quality of work, sometimes last minute stops could take a tad bit longer, especially if its a busy day (Fri, sat, sun)! I would recommend any and everyone to get your Mani and pedis here! Just set an appointment and youre good to go!

Took my last minute appointment two hours before they were closing. I got a mani & pedi! Was given a price over the phone and another price in the salon that’s my only complaint. Everything was clean and I’m happy with how it turned out. Everybody seemed very friendly.

The employees or owners I’m not sure who they are are so rude. My nails chipped in the first couple of days and was the afraid to go back because how degrading they treated me and my mother in law.They do have a huge selection of colors but other then that I will not going back and don’t understand how they have such good reviews. I’m in the customer service industry and to treat people like there stupid is unacceptable to me. There are so many other great and cheaper nails salons.

Prior to me coming in I called to get information on how much a pedicure would be. I decided to go in to follow through with the service. As soon as I walked in the receptionist balled up his face as if I didn’t belong in the establishment. He was very rude in explaining that they only take appointments. I felt as if he could have explained that when I initially called instead of making a scene when I got there. I totally understand that they only take appointments. On the other hand how he went about it was poor. All money spends the same no matter who it comes from no one should feel as if they are being discriminated against.

I had my first visit today for a regular manicure & pedicure. A very lovely, funny woman by the name of Pong, took care of me. Lets just say that Ill DEFINITELY be back to see her! Plus the other employees that I came across while there, were very nice. I havent ever raved this much about a Mani/pedi experience before but Pong deserves the recognition. I feel fully satisfied with the job that she did and their prices as well. Theyll be getting more of my business, thats for sure!

The people there were so kind and accommodating! My flight was delayed for three hours at MKE and this place was a ten minute uber ride away. The place was clean and festive for Christmas and once again, the people were so nice. And my nails look fantastic! I would definitely recommend it!

I have went in about 5 times. Everytime I go the mail receptionist has been very rude and makes this scowly face like I am a leper with sores. Makes me feel less than and that I dont belong there. I have spoken with Mae and older woman about this and she told me to ask for her. The gals working there act as if they are on thrones and judge customers. I feel very uneasy in this establishment. I know bad vibes when I feel them
