I love going to this place for manicures, pedicures. The staff is really friendly and accommodating! They pay attention to detail and make sure they get it right. Definitely recommend!!

The most jagged, uneven French style manicure I’ve ever had in my life. The person who did my nails was so sweet and nice but I’m not paying them to be my friend! I feel horrible leaving this review because they were sweet, but if I had seen a photo like this I never in a million years would have gone. Check the pictures, they speak for themselves.

Poor experience. Tech asked what pedi I wanted. I asked for jelly, my fav at another place, she said I don’t want that I want the pearl pedi (more $). She watched the other tech, she didn’t know how to do a pedi at all and this jelly pedi was definitely not a jelly pedi. It was super strange. I told her the water was way too hot (scolding hot, I couldn’t even put my foot in). She told me, “I know” and didn’t change the water temperature. It was so uncomfortable (far from relaxing). I had opted for a mani also. I was not happy that my pedi tech who was quite rude was also doing my mani. My mani was beautiful, but she was insulting the entire time. Also the techs were making fun of another woman of color (in another language) and laughing at her. I don’t recommend this place.

The nail tech doing my pedicure was rough and made my toenails actually bleed. He accidentally stabbed my toe pads with his tools multiple times. This is what my nails looked like after he literally scraped off the previous gel pedicure without soaking my nails at all. Will not be going back here and do not recommend it to anyone.

I have been going to get my nails. She is very professional and super friendly. It doesnt matter if they are really busy, she always does an amazing job and takes the time to make each client feel important.

The people that work here are very generous and did a decent job on my nails and pedicure. I made an appointment and when I showed up, I still ended up waiting a good 20 minutes to get started. Although, I felt the whole experience was rushed because they were more focused on accepting everyone that walked in the door as a dollar sign instead of focusing on the current client they had in their chair which resulted in them having to get up and help others while leaving you unfinished several times to accommodate the ones who are also waiting to be finished and just walked in. Not good business practice, should never take in more than what you can handle. Always finish what you started before starting another project.

Wonderful experience. Great for little kids and adults. They have a small butterfly chair for younger kids pedicures. My 5 and 8 year old loved it. They took us as a walk in. Very clean.

They were able to accommodate us, as walk-ins. Theyre prices were slightly higher, than the other nail spas within the same vicinity. However, they did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Id definitely return to this location, when Im in need of pedicure services, again!

Its so hard to find good location doing their job with love and understanding your needs. Always a treat to get my nails done here! The location is beautiful and well laid out so you have plenty of space.

I was in search of a new nail salon and decided to check out this place since I live relatively close by. This is the first time that Ive ever been blown away by the customer service and quality of work at a nail salon! Love!!

I presented my tech a photo of my inspiration and she literally MADE IT HAPPEN!! My nails turned out prettier than expected. Everyone was friendly and everything felt clean.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a smiling and friendly a girl! She was very kind and engaging, she introduced herself and sat me down immediately. I got dip powder and they worked on my nails and did a great job.

The person who did my nails was distracted tho whole time. It made me feel like me being there was a burden on her. She was very rough when trimming and shaping my nails. It hurt! She also upcharged me $3 for getting my nails trimmed/shortened... but isn’t that kind of the point of getting your acrylics filled in? I’ve never had a salon charge me extra for this. I’ve also never felt so stressed or anxious in a nail salon. I really just wanted to leave the whole time, but felt like I couldn’t just walk out with my nails half-way done. This was not a relaxing experience and I don’t recommend this place!

They put time into their work and you can tell its something they are proud of therefore they they put the work into your service. Staff was extremely friendly. Everything was so aesthetically pleasing to look it.

I have found my new nail aplace! This place is a amazing and has been my go-to for many time. They are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

My tech, I really enjoyed her perfectionist! She takes her time and will do a really good job on both your nails and toes, perfectionist to the fullest, and also specialize in nail art.

My friend and I went to 4ever nail spa, and was welcomed In immediately, taken to our pedicure chairs and sat down. My friend had her toes soaked and clipped, while they ignored me, and when time went on we got impatient and noticed the lady who was helping her started a manicure for another lady, completely disregarding my friend. They hadn’t even acknowledged me at all, I didn’t even get my feet soaked. It had been 45 minutes... very unprofessional. We asked politely if we could pay for what my friend had already gotten and leave. We immediately went straight to my personal go-to, Serenity. We walked in and had wonderful customer service, and had no wait time. The nail techs were amazing and never fail to give me exactly what I want and are so polite and conversational. They truly appreciate you as a customer. Not to mention, the prices are great!! I will not take my business anywhere else!

Very unpleased with my experience and the results of my nails. I got a mani pedi 2 days ago, my feet still had dead skin on them, my cuticles on my fingers are already a disaster and my nails are chipping off. Not to mention the lady cut my cuticle toooo shirt which caused it to bleed which was painful, she was very apologetic but still... very unsatisfied, do not recommend going here

I have frequented this nail spa often because of their always friendly staff and clean bright atmosphere, making it my favorite place for a pedicure. Tonight was the best experience I have ever had here, as I tried the Hot Stone massage with a pedicure. Tan was very friendly and did an excellent job on my nails. He even went above and beyond to fix a scratch on my polish that I accidentally made. Would definitely recommend.

I brought my grandmother in today, and we both got pedicures. La completed my pedicure and did a wonderful job and had great customer service. Unfortunately my grandmother had Leon complete her pedicure. Leon was rude and had poor customer service, literally rushing through the experience, as if we were an inconvenience to him. We walked into the nail salon at 11:50 for our 12:00 appointment. We got started a few minutes before 12:00. Leon was already painting my grandmothers toes by 12:08. When I asked if he was going to give her a longer massage, he argued with me that this was the basic, though my tech, La, was still completing the basic on me, and I got started BEFORE my grandmother! I’m not pleased with Leon’s attitude toward my grandmother or his customer service. Everyone should avoid Leon, because I could have given my grandmother a better experience myself. I left embarrassed that my grandmother was treated rudely without the same treatment/experience I had.

My pedicurist, a middle aged lady, didnt ask me what I wanted nor did she spend anytime on my feet. it was actually the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. BUT my best friend, right next to me at the same time, got the best pedicure shes ever had from a middle aged gentleman. go figure!I havr to say, 3 weeks later and the nail polish is still and and looks great. I just had a pad pedicurist. be weary! get a guy!

My mom and I went to Serenity Nail Spa yesterday for the first time. We walked in and they were so kind and accommodating!!! We both had pedicures from Daisy and Cris. They were so, so sweet!!! We loved getting to know them. Also, their services were outstanding. The nail spa was clean and comfortable. We will totally be back!! Thank you again Daisy and Cris!❤️

I was in tonight to get the nail dip. The young man did not do it right and tried to fix but my nails are bumpy and not smooth, my cuticle are cut from the manicure on 4 fingers. Was not impressed for first visit will call to see if they will fix the issue and if they do will give them one more try. Cost to much to not be right. Will follow up on results on if they fix the issue. Follow up: Went back on Friday they did my nails again and they are perfect!!! Will be a continued costumer. Thank you!

I stopped in here to get a plain manicure and asked to have my nails buffed. So very simple, easy manicure. $18 later and my nails weren’t buffed and she spent all of one minutes giving me a massage with a warm towel. The facility was clean and got me in within 20 minutes. But they lost the opportunity to earn a return client.

Ive never wrote a review in my life, but I absolutely do not care for this place. 10/10 dont recommend. First of all, when I got there I had to wait for awhile to get my nails done. I looked on the ground and there is dust and acrylics just laying under my feet, DIRTY. the girl who did my nails did not talk to me, and would stop to dial a number every 5-10 minutes and sat there and talked on the phone almost the whole time. She also cut my cuticle! I had a very unpleasant time and I dont think I want to go back. The only good thing is my acrylics look good..so far. I dont know how anyone says this place is clean.

Great pedicure. I had foot surgery a year and a half ago. This is the first pedicure I’ve had with no pain. She was gentle with my foot. Great experience. Definitely coming back.

Daisy was my nail tech. She did an amazing job. Took her time and paid attention to detail. A lot better than other shops I’ve been to.

I went to this salon at 2, lady told me to come back at 3. At 3:15 I called, and asked if they had time for my services in the next 10 minutes, they said yes, so I came in. But they had me sit down and wait 15 more minutes. Therefore, I had a lady do my toes and fill in. My toe nails, she didn’t ask to cut but she did, very short and square. Very unsatisfied with my pedicure. While she was doing my fill in on my acrylics, I asked to add another color, she refused. My mom then called me, my boyfriend was holding my phone to my ear, but the lady told me to get up so as I did I held my phone, and the lady raised her voice at me, freaking out that my nails were going to get ruin and to hang up the phone. My mom heard that over the phone and got very frustrated, someone doing a service on me, raised their voiced at me and talked to me very disrespectfully. I also had to tell her many times to correct the polish on my nails because she didn’t fully paint my whole nail correctly. I’m most certain, she skipped a few procedures.

Loved this nail salon. Connie Yang, was my nail tech. She was very caring and gental when doing my pedicure, and soaking my fake nails off, then giving me a manicure. The Salon seemed very clean and fresh, decorated beautifully, and they had many varieties, and colors of nail polish, to choose from.

I highly recommend this nail salon. I have been going to Serenity exclusively for almost 2 years. Emmi, Huy, Thip, and Connie have all provided excellent service. They all pay attention to detail. I am very particular about my nails and do not go elsewhere. I would recommend calling ahead or making an appointment as they can get busy.

I went in to get my brows waxed and it was the worst experience. They look terrible. I thought I was clear that I didnt want too much taken off, but obviously not because she stripped half my damn brow off. At That point theres nothing to do but say thanks and leave.Ive honestly been crying all day. They look so bad. It took me years to love my thick brows and she stripped that away and now Im back to hating them again, and after how hard Ive worked to love that particular part of my self, its a really awful feel.If you need to get your eyebrows done, go anywhere but here.

Ive lived in Franklin my whole life and have tried just about every nail place there is around here. And Serenity is by far my favorite location. The staff is friendly, the facility is extremely clean and comfortable, and I hardly ever have to wait very long. Ive had several different people do my nails and Ive never had a less than wonderful experience.

Absolutely love the staff! Always get my mani and Pedis here! They do the best in making sure your nails are done right and if you arent happy they will gladly redo anything that you arent satisfied with.

I walked into their shop around 1:30 and all employees were with customers, good. Walked over to pick out a nail color for my pedicure, walked back to the check-in stand, no place to write a name so I sit. A woman walks up, doesnt acknowledge me so I speak up and ask if I should sign in. She looks at me and walks away. Okay. 10 mins go by and I hear them talking amongst themselves on what to order for lunch and the woman is taking everyones order. She walks up to the front, asks what Id like done and says it would be about a 20min wait and are you sure you want to wait? Yes, please. I sit down, she looks over some papers, checks someone out (with a credit card) they sign and leave. She looks at me and says we are only accepting cash and check today, our credit card machine isnt working.I appreciate honesty over anything and a simple, we are taking lunch break right now but I can get you first thing if you come back in 30mins, would have been appreciated.

The person who took care of me did an awful job with my dip and the owner was harassing her to finish up because there was another client waiting. If I’m paying over $50 for my nails to be done, I expect better service!!😤My nails were not filed properly, my cuticles were a mess. Never again I’m I coming to this place!!!

My sister and I went to this salon for manicures. Days after the manicure my sisters finger nails turned brown. I went back and asked the manager why this happened and she told me my sister must have stained something with her hands or got them dirty cooking (she wont even touch dirt left alone either of those).Im really disappointed with how the manager didnt handle a resolution (sister lives out of state and cant come back). This was my go- to nail salon but not anymore.

I went there to get a pedi and a guy named Haydan did my pedi.... I was so disappointed on how he did my pedi that I do not think he even has his license. Im thinking seriously about calling the state board on him. In fact I know I will be calling the state board on him. This salon has always been a really great Salon to go to until he got there ....that is all I have to say.

Two of my girls and I heard this place was so amazing. I received a shellac mani, and the other girls received full sets. Now, I never write reviews, but it was so bad that I think you should know. Ive had my nails done plenty of times, and I dont appreciate being told I dont know what Im talking about when I simply wanted a straight symmetrical file down. Also, I chose two different colors for certain fingers but apparently I didnt have to the to choose where Id like those colors to be. My friends full sets experience was horrible! The shapes they want apparently were impossible to do, which like Ive said before weve all had our nails done plenty of times. My cuticle was bleeding, and she continued to put alcohol on the cut. I tip $5 only because I know how it feels to not be but save your time and go somewhere else that charges the same amount. I would choose the nail bar over this place.

I had a pedicure by the girl name is Sarah before she is start I told her I’m diabetes but I still get cut from her and she put some green liquid stuff on me but not help any bleeding, in few days I toes nails still swollen really bad .... I have appt with my dr next week I hope I don’t get infection if it’s I will i take action and make her in charge for that . Not the best place to come so rushing

Location is great and convenient but Ive been very unhappy with my gel manicure and the service I got while I was there.

I went in for gel nails on a Monday. I was traveling through Nashville on my way to Illinois. Within 2 days, my nails started splitting and chipping. The gel coat was WAY TOO THIN! Worst fill Ive ever had.

Terrible pedicures they cut my husbands toe nails one short one long and jagged. My polish was smudged and not painted to the cuticle with old polish left on and you could still see the old polish. They rushed through the session when the salon wasnt busy? Will not go back!!
