These folks were great. I had am appointment and was taken on time. They diagnosed the issue with my car, showed me what was going on snd suggested appropriate actions. Very knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.

I was traveling around MA/RI area last weekend and got a nail in my tire at around 10 p.m. on Saturday. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment online for 9:00 a.m. on Sunday to fix the tire and for the oil change, which was also due. Since the tire turned out to be unfixable and they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock and I needed to return home to New Jersey that day, Kathie went far and beyond and arranged an appointment for me at a tire shop where I could get my tire changed. They installed a donut and I was able to make it safely to the shop. Great service overall, and Kathie is very attentive to the customers’ needs. I highly recommend the location.

I started to lose tire pressure on 495 on Sunday afternoon. Goodyear was the closest open place. I had run over a razor blade. I was planning to get a new set of tires in May, so I went ahead and got it done at the price I had hoped to pay. The assistant manager was great to deal with. She answered all of my questions and concerns, and provided me with what I needed. She informed me about oil changes and tire rotations, and it was a better price than where I had been going. I put a lot of miles on my car, so this is incredibly important to me. I told her she had earned a good customer.

Don’t book your appointment online. I reserved a spot online for the afternoon saying I would drop off my car. When I arrived, I was told that I should have dropped off in the morning, and they may or may not be able to do my tires. They claimed that selecting drop off removed my time selection and presumed for their schedule I would arrive in the morning. However, all my email confirmation states very clearly the appointment time. Luckily the tires did get put on.

I get all service work done here. & buy my tires here. Everyone is personable & professional. The waiting area is comfortable.

Driving through this area with two leaking/flat tires. The situation was sort of desperate because we were with a 4-month old baby. Came to Goodyear for help and they let me to jump in the waiting queue. And they allow my family to rest in their lobby while I went to replace the rental car with a new one. Warm, kind, and great people!

I needed new tires for my vehicle. I have been going to Goodyear for many years, and have always been very satisfied. No surprises or hidden fees on the invoice, they always do exactly what they say they will do. They also do services beyond tires, such as oil changes, A/C tune-ups, etc.

Always have great service here! The guys are so nice. Last night we had a nail in our tire, before we even got home they were calling telling us the car was all set and they didnt even charge us. Wonderful and much appreciated surprise, considering my husband had just started a job after a year on unemployment.

So I went there today fully prepared to dish out over $200 for a new tire for my truck and a much needed oil change. The service rep called me and said that they could plug the tire ( I thought the bolt was too big the plug), which they did free of charge . The oil change was also $20 cheaper than my usual place. Which will now be changing to Goodyear auto in Franklin mass

Took us in last minute 30 minutes prior to closing and replaced my blown tire and saved my anniversary weekend. Amazing customer service especially when its almost time to go home for the day!

My husband & I traveled to Boston this weekend & we got a flat tire the night before needing to drive home to Pennsylvania. Everywhere we looked was closed on Sundays but then thankfully we found this Goodyear & they were open.The guys working there were amazing & fixed our tire as soon as they opened their doors that morning. The most amazing part - they didn’t even charge us! We were extremely thankful for their kindness & hard work to get us back on the road!

Had a flat due to a nail and brought it in for their free flat repair. The service guy was very nice and they patched it up, free of charge, within 45 minutes. Originally I gave 5 stars, but after driving home to RI it went completely flat again within 2 hours. Took it to my mechanic and was told they used the wrong kind of patch (they should have used a rubber patch on the inside of the tire, but it looks like they just plugged it with glue). After driving on it, the wall of the tire ended up bubbling out a bit and I had to completely replace the tire. I guess I got what I paid for...

Ive gone here for over 9 years to get my tires. They will inform you of any other issues going on with your vehicle but are never ever pushy about getting it fixed now, unlike many other places. They can always get you in even if they squeeze you in. I would recommend them to anyone

Awesome staff, friendly upfront. Honest, I went in with a slow leak. Thought I was going to have to buy a new tire, staff was great made an appointment. Great waiting area, when they called me up fixed the flat at n/c. Will definitely recommend going too this shop. Thanked them for all the service, will definitely go back in the future.

Ive been bringing my vehicle here for a few years and I really cant say a bad thing. I drive up and down New England for work. Sometimes my mornings are really tight for time since I could be driving a few hours to see a customer. Every time Ive had a critical problem with my car they have got me in and out in time to make my appointment.

Great staff. I stopped by without appointment on Sunday afternoon to fix a flat tire. They fixed a tire and installed it back, put a spare tire back under trunk, checked pressure in all other tires, and didnt charge me anyting at all. Thanks guys!

Hit or miss here...sometimes awesome service, sometimes hard upsell, sometimes knowledgeable, sometimes not. Been going here for years for convenience. They lose tire caps often...its not a big deal and will replace if asked or they have in stock. I workaround by removing them before handing over keys but I forget sometimes. Would not be aggravating if all my tires had the same air/gas. Green for nitrogen. I tried explaining but got looked at like I had 2 heads...and being told, thats what the tech said. Thats just laziness. Id recommend taking accountability if youre in charge. This could be a 5 star place with more awareness, consistency and accountability.

Kept my car all-day and never figured what the problems were. And fixed nothing at the end of the day. And no call to let me know nothing was done I had to walk over to see myself.

Went in for a tire patch as i was leaking air... they did it for free... very nice of them was expecting to pay 10 to 20$ so had ti give them 5 stars

Fantastic service. Our tire hadnt gotten there yet, and the manager on duty offered us his personal vehicle. We didnt accept, but that was pretty cool. We made it back to North Carolina safely, thanks to this place.

Theyre a life saver! I want to thank them for seeing me as an emergency this early morning (after opening time). Out of their courtesy, they filled up all 4 of my tires (N/C). I told them the light was on while I was on my way to work (1st day of work too!) 😥 and I wasnt able to unscrew some of the caps because of the frigid cold. I freaked out and was hoping that it just need some air. I am so glad I found them and they are so close to my job. 👍Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Ive had a fair share of car troubles over the past three years, and this is the only place that explained all of my options to me and did not try to have me pay for more than I should. I wouldnt trust my car anywhere else. Very hard working and honest bunch.

I paid over $300 to have 2 tires replaced. While driving home I noticed the tire pressure warning light was on. After consulting my cars manual, I learned that the blinking of the light after starting the car indicated a malfunctioning or damaged sensor in the wheel. I brought the car back and was told that the sensor just happened to fail while in the shop and that they wouldnt be held accountable for a dead sensor battery, and that this happens all the time, and there was no way they could have done anything to the sensor. Well... googled that one... and TPMS sensors are VERY easily damaged during tire changes. So Im not buying that a 1 in 70,000 chance occurred and that a sensor just happened to die in the 1 hour it was in the shop, and Im not buying a $100 new sensor from them and more time off of work. If they had just fixed what they broke on my car, they would have more then made up for in repeat business, but now I wont be going back, and given that I was very clearly and blatantly lied to, you have to wonder how many other customers have been also lied to and deceived.

Very good experience, no pressure to purchase add ons like other tire companies. Good prices on the tires and services. In and out in less than two hours (4 tires and alignment).

Generally they have been very helpful and honest in their recommendations, however the only hand tightened the lug nuts on one wheel. I luckily was able to identify this and tighten them in aparking lot. If the improve their safety check before vehicles leave i would give them a higher rating.

Went here after horrible experience at a competitor. Got an offer from NASCAR for a great discount. Purchased the tires and had them installed within 90 minutes. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy with warranty upsell. Will definitely go here again 8k on the tires, no complaints.

I tenderly had a flat tired and called droppings to local tire repair places to get it fixedfixed. The tire had a nail in it. Other than that, the tire was in good shape. One place wanted $43. I found that to be outrageous, so I called a few more places. I then called Goodyear in Franklin. Not only could they get me in, but they had Saturday hours. When I arrived, the car was pulled into the garage in inner 5 minutes and finished in 25. Nail removed, your repaired and a delightful bill of $0.00! Needless to say, this is definitely a place I will look to when I need new tires. Great customer service and special kudos to Pati.

I had a slow leaking tire. Their website said free tire repair. I thought yea right....theyll be a charge. No charge, free was really free! Fast, checked truck all over, checked all tires, checked all fluids & free was actually free. Ill be loyal going forward to them.

Older women working there said they could not help because I used fix a flat on my tire. Huh? You’re a tire place. NTB fixed it no problem.

Told me they couldnt put the oil in my car because it wasnt what the manufacture recommended. I showed them that I had been there before and they had done as I asked. Told me they had no record of it and couldnt do it. Went down the street to Midas who had no trouble with my request. Suggest you do the same.

Disappointing Oil change.I used an coupon deal to have my oil changed and all my fluids topped off. The service at the location was good, and they have an excellent waiting area.However, they didnt top off my windshield washer fluid (it was still empty) and one other fluid was only partially filled.The worst part was that my car leaked oil after the oil change and I lost a full quart of oil in an 80 mile trip. They didnt tighten the oil filter all the way.Im giving them a 1/3 review because I think just one employee did a poor job this time and I had good service with them once before.

Premium service comes with a premium price. They stand by their products with an excellent warranty. Large waiting area with TV, and next door to a coffee shop.

We took our vehicle in because of a flat tire, and were presented with multiple repair options. We were then ridiculed by the staff when we did not choose the most expensive option. We would not recommend them to anyone.

One of the tires in my daughters car had a plug in it. With the cold weather here the plug must have shrunk because it started leaking air again. Goodyear put a patch in the tire and did it for FREE. No one does anything for free. Thank you Goodyear!

They did not have the right size socket for my slightly swollen lug nut, employee did not know how to drive a standard so I had to pull it up the hill. The women parked my car in the middle of the lot because it is loud and scared her. Finally had to go back a few days later because of a leaky valve stem that was brand new.

These guys have no idea what they are talking about. In addition, they use scare tactics to sell services and take advantage of the misinformed. After being told we had to replace all our tires because they were unsafe to drive on any further and that all four had to be replaced, we went and checked with the dealer (Nissan) that disagreed. Do not trust these guys, get your car serviced elsewhere - unless of course you want to spend extra money on unnecessary repairs....

They didnt tighten the lug nuts on one of my tires. Was all the way in RI with my family. Had to pay a tow truck $100 to bring it back to Franklin. Had to pick up another car and go all the way back to RI to pick up the rest of my family because the tow truck would only take 2 people. Very upset.
