Took our 2016 Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG, and we were very satisfied with their services. They repaired the rear suspension and they were very quick with the repairs. The price is very good and reasonable. They also cleaned up the vehicle and washed it for us. Very satisfied and will bring our other vehicles here in the future.

We had the best experience at the Nashville Mercedes-Benz dealership. Everyone there is just so nice and helpful. Salesmen help each other and are very knowledgeable not just about their cars, but other brands as well. When our dealer - Jim Ransom - was busy, others were ready to help, so we didnt have to wait so long. They all have a good sense of a customer and attention to detail.We had some very specific wishes for our new car and Jim Ransom helped us to make our decision finally. We were considering to get something that had to be ordered from Germany and we were back and forth quite a few times. He was so patient and creative with us and staged my drive off the dealership floor :)
MB of Nashville repaired the Distronic Plus control and replaced a damaged front grill. The all of the related functions again work perfectly. The loaner was clean, with gas, and performed well.
So disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a car from them in November with a list of promises that they have failed to live up to. I purchased all the extended warranties. Their service department is terrible. I was told they would provide a loaner for service. That is not true. I went in with a flat tire (under tire warranty) and was told I could make an appointment for the following week. I called Mercedes and Me roadside service with a flat (I have run flat tires). They needed me to park on a dark narrow road and exit the car to read the VIN number as they were unable to look up my information any other way. I filled out a survey asking for follow up. None came. This week I phoned my salesman Bert and shared all of this. He said he would have someone call. No one did. So very disappointed in this company.

I worked with Mike Francis for a second time purchasing a new Mercedes! Mike was great to work with, no pressure and pleasure to work with. The whole experience was so easy, I had an appoint at 12 noon, I was afraid it would be an all day event, like it has been with other dealerships, I arrived a little before 11:00 am and was out in 50 minutes! Bought a used Camry from them. Car was just turned in when we saw it because we had to buy fast. They did a great job cleaning it up and polishing outside. We had problems getting some minor issues fixed at first, but management really stepped in to resolve the issues.

Not one person acknowledged me and my wife. We patiently waited in the showroom as the woman at the front desk saw us and numerous sales reps passed by. I could’ve easily asked for help but what’s the point when they obviously had no interest in greeting us in the first place.

I dropped off my 2010 glk for transmission problem in 08 July 2021, so after a few days the service advisor Mr,Robert posey called and told me the transmission valve body its bad and it costs $3244.21 so I decided to fix it .after they fixed it I bring it back home and same day the transmission Cable shifter was came out I have call mercedes and I told them my car dosent move they say we going send you tow truck in Monday and I called Local mechanic they came over and they found out my cable shifter was lose they put it back and they told me my transmission has oil leak, so I called Robert the service advisor, he told me to dropped off they going taking care of it, he called me back and he was telling me its leak for transfer case and they want to charge me again $2500 and I really disappointed today my brother and I we were there and talking to Robert posey he even didnt say a word no attention at all I really disappointed you Robert posey I was try to do business with again but when we saw him like that today it was unexplainable
Made an appointment a week out for a leak. Dropped car off. What was said to be 4 hours turned into 3 days. A bad washer was all the problem was and $300 on the service for a simple oil change.
1) the service workers who greeted me were kind, attentive, and wore masks.2) I was invited to sit in the customer lounge but I chose to sit outside as there were several salesmen without masks sitting in the chairs.3) while I waited on my car sitting outside, I noticed several other dealership employees walk past me without masks.
Aaron Gibson is the best tech on the planet. He takes time to go through each part of your vehicle with the proper care and knowledge needed to make sure it’s in the best shape possible. The service I was provided yesterday was unacceptable . I only came in for a oil change not to be be given dirty looks and to be told what I needed to do as far as Sevice goes for my car. I know my car needs to be at top performance but badgering me about what services I need verses what I came in for took it to another level for me. I came in for Sevice and to be serviced. I didn’t need you throwing extra services at me that I know I don’t need just so I will pull out my card and spend a bundle when it’s not needed. They need to learn how to help their customers and not push product. I will be taking my car else where and save money. Lastly just because I am a girl doesn’t mean you can say well this is wrong or could go wrong to scare me into spending more money.
I live near Chicagoland saw my vehicle on the internet. I never thought I would be able to work out a deal with a trade and financing so far away. I was worried I would be given a price and then have it change when I arrived.I called and was told about the process and I couldn’t be simpler. Download an app and take the required pictures. I had an appraisal in 10 minutes and was pleasantly surprised with the quote.I called and worked out the details with Greg and headed to Nashville. The whole time I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it never did.The car was perfect!! The price for the car and trade were exactly what was discussed. Brice in the finance office was spot on with his rates. NO HIGH PRESSURE HERE! I have been buying cars for 35 years and I have NEVER had a better experience. You better believe I will be back! An unexplainable major problem was discovered when I recently brought my car in for service. Mercedes USA & Global were dismissive and indifferent to the issue regardless that it was a manufacturing defect. I will never buy a Mercedes again as a result. Though, the one I do have, I will be delighted to service at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville as they treated me respectfully as a valued client and did everything they could to compensate for the lacking of Mercedes-Benz Corporate. Bought a Used Toyota Tundra and he help out so much, the rest of the staff was also very nice, it was at closing time and no one was trying to rush us at all, financing guy was great and helpful also. Everyone I encountered via email was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Once I was ready to complete my transaction the process was quick and simple. I live about 3 hours away but once I got to the dealership everyone was professional and very hospitable. The facility was immaculate and in compliance with C19 safeguards. It was a great experience. One that I havent experienced in others Mercedes dealerships. No pressure at all, they were very open and transparent and their prices were absolutely reasonable.
I called on Saturday about a check engine light that appeared Late Friday night. I was asked on that call if I had gotten gas in the last 24 hours as sometimes it can be the gas tank cover. I informed him that I got gas on Tuesday so longer than 24 hours. He then scheduled me an appt for Monday morning because he said it would have come on before Friday if it was the gas tank. When I arrived I informed my service manager of the call from Saturday. After they tested the car he came and told me it was the gas tank and I would be charged the $194 for the labor of them performing the test. I understand how business works but this was a customer service moment. I paid the $194 but feel strongly that I shouldnt have been charged. I was given the impression that it couldnt be the gas tank based on the conversation from Saturday. Had I known it was still a possibility, I would have checked it and could have avoided spending almost $200 right before the holidays during a pandemic. Had someone just checked the gas tank cover before performing the test, as a courtesy (customer service) this would have been a much different review.A day after posting this review I received a call from management apologizing for my experience and offering to make it right with a refund or credit. I REALLY appreciated the call and the accountability. The acknowledgement that my feelings were valid and the fact that no excuses were made really turned my thoughts around. A company that owns a misstep and makes right on it is one I will continue to use.

I had a 10:30 AM appt and got there early. The check-in process went fairly smoothly and I had a loaner to use. I was told that basically the car would get an oil change and investigate the Check Engine Light issue. I went shopping and had lunch. 4 hours later I had not heard anything. I went back to the dealer and was taken to my Advisor. He looked at his computer and got nervous ... apparently my car had not even been looked at. The advisor went to the shop and came back to tell me that the car was now on the rack and it would be about an hour. That was 2:30. At about 4:00 I was texted about what the problem was, how much it would cost and I agreed to the service and paid for it. At 4:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room. The advisor then came and ushered me to my car.Part of the service was the minor issue of filling the windshield wiper fluid. Now every time I start the car I get a Check Windshield Wiper Fluid message. What?Not my best service experience.

I had a wonderful time working with Richard W and the entire Mercedes Benz of Nashville team. Someone give Richard a raise!My engine went dead on me while I was traveling, and they took care of everything. My car was under the Mercedes Benz Pre-Owned Warranty. They replaced the engine quickly (and even replaced my cars old windshield wipers for free!), they shipped my car back to my home state and also gave me a nice rental in the meantime. Perfect experience.My next Mercedes I will purchase from them. 100%.

Overall my experience here has always been very good. This time I have two concerns. First, the communication platform via text did not work as they were using an incorrect phone number, and I was not receiving updates at the same time I continued to call and leave messages about the status of my car. We finally cleared that up and I appreciate the sincere apology for the breakdown in communication. My second issue has to do with masks. I and my family always wear a mask into public places as weve had a very personal experience with Covid. When I went to pick my car up after hours from the front desk, one sales person had a mask on and the gentleman staffing the front desk did not. There was a sign on the counter asking people to wear a mask. When I inquired why the gentleman at the desk wasnt wearing a mask as the signage indicated, I was told its outdated information. I have a grandson who is vulnerable and I am extremely cautious where I go and who I interact with. Its a simple act to wear a mask and I would have appreciated it if your employees, especially one facing the public I imagine for hours a day, was wearing a mask, at least while there are customers in the building. I could have easily exposed him if I was not wearing my mask as the front desk does not allow for 6 feet of physical distance between customer and staff. Thanks for your time and consideration.
I made the appointment earlier in the week for a Friday. When I dropped off the car I was told about 3 -4 hours for the service. No problem. I was later then told it would not be ready until Monday because the parts were not available. The problem is that this has happened before and there is NEVER a loaner available. This left me without a car for the weekend. I have been a customer for over four years now and not once has a loaner been available. It says on the the website that loaners are available. I suggest that verbiage be removed.

Good service and they are very thorough. For larger items you may want to go elsewhere. Last time I brought my AMG in it cost $4k and the time before that they quoted me $10k to replace the brakes and rotors. I bought the brakes online and brought them to Eurofix and saved $6k.
Challenging transaction for a rarely available new G550 but the team at MB of Nashville was successful in delivering. Everything was great from provided the needed details on the car. I will give 4 Star because when the vehicle was ready to be picked the associate mention on filing the car with gas as it was low on gas. She went to fill the gas while i was working on completing the paperwork and guess what? after her filing the gas it was just showing 175 miles. So how much of $$$ was spent on gas before giving it to customer may be $10-$15. that was shocker from store like Mercedes Benz and when the customer buys a car worth of $45,000+. Honestly, im not mad at not filing the car with full tank but when she left to fill the gas didnt expect them filing the gas of $10-$15 and giving it customer. if they said we are not going to fill the gas and just take it AS IS that’s still fine and will get prepared. I believe as basic rule when Car Store sell the vehicle they fill the car with sufficient gas even if it Used or New one. By the time we completed the process it was late night and still have to go Costco at 8:00pm to fill the gas with family.

We were on our way to Michigan, thousands of miles from home when the brake light came on and we heard a grinding sound when we applied the brakes! Not good! We were just south of Nashville and made a call to MBZ of Nashville, described the situation and were able to get to them without incident. Even though they were EXTREMELY busy, MBZ of Nashville came to the rescue and squeezed us in to diagnose the problem. The diagnose was...no front brakes! Yikes! Our service advisor, George, described the situation and said our Sprinter van motorhome was not safe to drive. George was able to order the needed parts (from Florida even!) and got the van into the schedule and had us out and back on the road the next day by noon, the promised time! Great work, great team. Thanks for stepping up and doing the impossible.
