I’ve used them before, with great results. He seems honest and gets it done quickly. For some reason, this time the phone isn’t being answered. It’s Being sent to a full mailbox, then disconnected. Hopefully, I can update to five stars after I get the truck back.

The old truck failed emissions test 3x. Canadas diagnosed the issue and repaired it right away and at a very reasonable cost. The old truck passed the test and runs great. I am very pleased with their expertise and customer service.

I wasnt totally impressed with their service. I had them replace the window/lock panel on the Drivers side and it didnt solve the problem and they didnt dig into the problem to fix it, asked for a oil change & Flush (they didnt do it, but instead they did my Radiator instead), install a new radio antenna and install 3 extra cigarette lighter plugs in the trunk inside the the car and under the hood, but they didnt do that either. When I dropped my car off they didnt have any problems with doing any of it. They only replaced the Antenna, cleaned the EGR valve and done an unnecessary or requested Radiator flush. I also have to find someone to install the 3 extra cigarette lighter plugs I wanted installed.

Took my sons Volvo in for a repair after being quoted a price exceeding the cars value from another local vendor, turns out the problem was mis diagnosed by the other vendor and Canadas repaired for a fraction of the cost quoted. Great experience and very value friendly and informative.

I have 30 yrs experience with the Automotive business from the assembly line, Certified Factory trained Technician In dealerships and even Recycling cars at 1979 Carters Creek Pike as manager of N&S Small Car Recyclers from 2000-2005 when I first met Terri and Carol. In my 30 Years in the business from coast to coast I have never done business with a shop with as much Integrity, honesty, and generosity as Canada’s Automotive. They will not recommend a service that isn’t needed even if the manufacturer book says so . Why? Because not all cars are driven the same or treated the same because we’re all different. But the manufacture draws a happy medium line based on invariables that differ do to driver styles,climate and how hard it works. Too many shops will sell you services whether you need them or not. Dishonesty kills a business, like dishonest franchised car dealers and their dishonest techs that killed a car company that had to be required to be bailed out by the Govt.

Awesome little family owned business. Great work at a great price and great people to boot.

I found myself in a bind today, had had a lot of work done on my 2010 Kia Soul by another automotive service downtown and almost $800 later, they still could not make my engine light go off, which is why I took it in in the first place. I lucked into Canadas shop, by a referral and am so blessed I did. I was moving out of state within a few days and could not leave with my car in the condition it was. They took my car in, his sweet wife Carol drove me home, her husband diagnosed the problem and $90 later, problem solved. All in the course of a few hours. (the other shop could not figure it out in 3 wks) He took photos of the problem and explained how the other shop had not finished what they had started. Long story short, this shop is honest, kind, reliable and run by such good people by Mr. Canada and his wife. I cannot say enough about them, and if I was staying in Franklin, they would be my go to shop from here on out.
