Jeff was extremely helpful and responsive during the entire process of obtaining contractors insurance through his agency. Despite the frustrating changes on my end, which were work related and had nothing to do with Jeff’s service, Jeff was extremely patient and friendly. Ultimately I did not end up being able to obtain insurance through his office, he was still helpful with canceling my policy and not charging for the coverage as we had communicated frequently about the constant changes that my work requested and the insurance was never to my employers satisfaction (again to no fault of Jeff’s service, but had to do with my employers ever changing stipulations). I appreciate Jeff’s great work and will use him in the future if any other insurance needs arise!

We received horrible service. Nothing but problems from the start like not being able to get our bill straightened out. It was dramatically different every month and was finally told after months of trying to get it fixed that he (Jeff) couldnt do anything else to figure out the billing problem and we should just go to another company. Then after we cancelled we received a small refund check but then a couple days later received a large bill. This couldnt be explained to us and told we just had to pay it. Then they hardly waited anytime and sent us to a collection agency. This has been the absolute worse agent I have ever dealt with.
