I had been with Allstate, my previous insurer, for 27 years! I met a few Agents from this office at a local boat show and Carlos contacted me to see if State Farm would be able to save me money. I have had StateFarm for almost 30 years. Ive had a fair number of agents, some good and some terrible and this office is one of the best. The office is not local to me, it is on TN, I am in GA, but so much more responsive then the local office I previously had.

Stay far away from this office! Emily had taken off insurance without us knowing on one of our vehicles then put it back on without adding our drive safe and save discount. She had added it to our other vehicle we got and literally went out of her way to take it off! They raised our rate to $398 for no reason and on top of that she illegally changed our home owners insurance information without our consent! Matt tries to blame someone who previously worked there when it was Emily who got us in this mess. He has also harassed my fiancé because of us getting lippy with his no good assistant. Customer service can see everything SHE has changed and screwed up on. In the middle of transferring offices if he ever gets back to the new agent! You won’t get our money and you will definitely be giving us a refund for charging us an outrageous payment last month and this month!

10/10 recommend Matt Cole State Farm for all your home & auto insurance needs as well as Carlos for your life insurance coverage! Very responsive, professional, & down to earth. They will have real conversations with you & deliver real results.
