I met with James about a month ago to talk about my current life insurance and what options State Farm can offer. We also touched on my other insurance needs (e.g., home, auto, umbrella). It was a good, friendly conversation, and I left feeling more knowledgeable about insurance in general. Plus, there was no pressure to switch providers during or after the meeting, which is always nice. James recently helped work us through the process of getting of life insurance. It was something I had been putting off and had so many questions. So listen... I have never been so happy or angry with a company/employee of a company that I feel the need to leave reviews under both of my google accounts. Well..... today is the day I finally do it. Mr. Rodriguez was helpful, courteous, understanding, and, HE LISTENED. That is not something you find in the insurance field alot. While I was in at doctor’s appointment, I was notified that my car had been broken into. It was one in the afternoon! This was definitely not how I pictured the day going.After talking with the police and assessing the damage to my car - nothing stolen, thank goodness, but two broken windows - the back passenger window was shattered and the front passenger window was severely cracked and “spider-webbed”. I called State Farm to file a claim regarding the damage to my car. I followed the prompts and was essentially told to “log on to b2b.StateFarm” before there was a click on the other end of the phone.At this point, I was flustered. I wanted to TALK to someone. I’d reached out to Andy, our account manager, who works with James Bild. He initially explained that calling the number to file the claim was the best option, but when I told him about the prompts and the hang up, he was quick to respond. He called me right away, first checking to make sure that I was okay, and then was able to patch me through to a very kind lady in the claims department, where I was able to talk through what happened and what my next steps were.Everyone during the process was polite, understanding, and comforting during a time when I was feeling pretty violated and angry due to the actions of the people who broke into my car. I am thankful for the services that were provided and the quick and genuine responses to my needs at that time. Thank you!!
