The guy I dealt with on the phone who was the previous owner, he passed the business to his son but he was very helpful, explained everything very well, pleasant, just seemed like an all around trustworthy guy to do business with. He got me set up with insurance immediately and everything went through in the times he said they would. They sent me the cards in the mail very fast or I could have picked them up in person but I opted for the mail. So I never met anyone there in person but I had a great experience with them over the phone and they made it extremely easy to get insured for what seamed to be the best price around. Would recommend to anyone.
