I have SF home & car insurance. When my car was slightly damaged in a driveway by another SF customers car, I got a call from the OTHER drivers agent to make sure I was satisfied w/repairs, loaner, etc. Ilene Semanic, the agent/owner of THIS agency, has called me once in 19 years., NOT to check on us after a bad accident (not our fault) totaled our car, but just once to try to sell me more insurance!
