I had a State Farm Workers Compensation policy with State Farm for 30 years. Always good service until Jason Dunn took over the policy. To make a long story short, I was mislead in thinking that I would get my policy premium back if I had no employees during the policy period. This was not true. I paid for a policy that covered no one. This is unfair and I should have been told this last year. If you deal with Jason Dunns State Farm office, be VERY careful.

Christian made shopping for an new insurance policy very easy, reasonable and calm! He had a very good attitude, constantly asked me questions to check on me to make sure I understood the coverage that I had And we made sure it was the best one to benefit me. I appreciate him taking the time to not only talk insurance but to get to know my family as a whole! It’s definitely been a different experience here at State Farm! I and my family have recently experienced major life changing events. We had online and on phone only companies for our home and auto coverages. I have not comparison shopped in a very long time. I very much prefer a local live person, and I found that person yesterday. Heather at Jason Dunn State Farm was fantastic. She was very professional BUT also very caring at the same time. By the time we were done, Heather not only lowered my deductibles, but cut my premiums almost in half, and still gave us options to lower them even further.
