Tried to set up drive safe but couldnt figure it out as im not too tech savvy so after a couple hours i decided to go by office for help. Weve been with State Farm for years and have always had good a experience and have been happy with customer service, But didnt get the help at the office i hoped for and was passed off to a phone number instead of helping me out there. If i wanted to talk to someone one on the phone i would not have went to office for help so i gave the stuff they mailed me for the drive safe program to the girl that met me at the door and i guess we wont be participating in that program. Not the cusomer service we hoped for. Since we wont be using the drive safe program we wont be able to tell folks about it or recommend.

The example of a great agent. I have had State Farm Insurance since i first started driving (19 years ago). In that time I have had excellent customer service from Erika and the staff she employes. When I have auto insurance related questions, they are always willing to provide me with whatever I need to get m the best bang for my buck. I occasionally will shop around for better rates but State Farm does it right by their customers and stay competitive with rates and when you account for the customer care that goes a long way for me as well.
