Was looking at changing insurance companies if we could find lower rates. We were at Usaa and thought they were giving us great deals but we were certainly wrong. Added my daughter and monthly payments are still lower. Also it’s local which is a plus.

I’ve used this office for not only insurance- home, auto, and life; but also for financing. They go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. They even sent an agent to my work to sign paperwork so that I didn’t have to miss time at work. When I decided to switch to their financing, my agent drove to Louisville to pay my car off, refinanced, and set up auto payment all while I was also working. They saved me money and precious time! I have had St Farm since 1969. We lost our house in Xenia in 1974 & St Farm was great. We have seldom filed a claim & when we have things went ok. We have never switched insurance because we are comfortable knowing St Farm is dependable. We could probably save money with another company but its not worth it to go with an unknown.

My insurance rate was $77 in Ohio here is $123 taxes for having insurance in Kentucky was $56 plus city taxes which was $14 thats what made the difference in what Im paying not good penalized for having insurance and for not having insurance does that make sense I dont think so

Please Forgive me for not knowing the lady’s name who always picks up the phone for the 1303 US highway 127S location but I think her name is heather. She has helped with my auto/disability/renters insurance and has got me set up quickly and for a lower price then my quotes were. She’s knowledgeable and actually lets me speak. I will also speak to Christian cole who reaches out via email to me very quickly. Overall, great experience with the staff and services from State Farm. There’s other agents I have spoken to on the phone but didn’t know their name I think Steve woodrum and Matt huff reached out to me before and they worked quickly too. Everyone has been pleasant and answered all my questions. I know it’s insurance and people don’t like talking to salesmen and sales women but it’s their job.Thanks guys.
