I went there for a bid on repairs, including brakes and struts. They took a look at it and said they would call me with the details. They never called. I dont do business with people who dont want my business enough to make a simple phone call.

I read the good reviews of Kelleys; Ive lived in Fountain Hills a little over 2 years, I used a different shop last time (Sun Devil) and was not pleased with experience. I called ahead of time to Kelleys and advised I needed repair completed same-day. I got my vehicle there when they opened (7:30 AM). They were very professional in reviewing cost up front. They finished repair before 1:30 PM. There is a nice, small town feel to this shop, very inviting. I will go back.

I took my 2017 Ram 1500 to get some service done. Kelly Automotive was responsive to my questions and calls. Just had my clutch replaced and a brake issue repaired with Kelleys. Price was mid-range of the quotes I received, but the service was great. There was a small delay due to one of their suppliers, but they kept me informed early on. They communicated the issue and timeline to me right away. Couldnt be happier with the service I received!I also had my A/C repaired with them several years ago, and also had a good experience. Ill keep coming back.

I had an emergency issue with my vehicle and, based on online recommendations, asked for it to be towed to Kelley Automotive Repair. Not only were the employees very kind, they were honest about the extent of the damage and actually gave me two repair options. Best of all, my vehicle was ready to be picked up sooner than originally promised. Unfortunately, Ive become accustomed to being treated dishonestly about vehicle repairs (even in Fountain Hills) so Im very happy to have found a reputable mechanic for future issues.

Best place ever! I dropped off my car to have it checked out. I was dreading the call about what was wrong with my car. I expect a high cost fixed. But no! I was informed by the mechanic my car was still under warranty and I can get the repairs done at no cost out of my pocket. He even gave me the location of my dealer service center. This mechanic basically did all the leg work for me. And I wasn’t even charged for the diagnostic check. I am so happy I came here and will use their services in the future if needed.

I only trust Kelleys Auto in Fountain Hills. They do the best work in good time and at the best price. They are straight up with you and tell you how serious or non-serious a repair is. My family and I have been taking our cars here for years and they know us by name when we call. Kelleys staff goes above and beyond to make sure both you and your car are taken care of. If I ever moved out of the phoenix area, I would still take my car to Kelleys.

Kellys has served us well for many years. This is one of the few shops where you feel you are getting top service from friendly, professional people. We like the fact they let us know something needs watching for possible replacement in the future, and each time we take that vehicle in they recheck to see how the part is holding up. We have no qualms referring Kellys to friends.

Upon return to our home in Fountain Hills after being absent for 6 days, our auto started briefly and quit. I called a friend to recommend a service garage. He said he always used Kellys in Fountain Hills. I had the auto brought to their center around noon. They did a brief check and discovered that it was not getting gasoline and thought it was either an electrical problem or a fuel pump (which is what I thought). By closing time, they had it diagnosed and parts ordered. The following morning they called and let me know that it would be repaired by noon. It was and at the rate quoted! Also, they brought me home and back again at no additional charge. I highly recommend their service. Very friendly staff as well.

They quoted $ 450.00 for a repair, when I picked up my car they said they found a way to to save labor and charged me less than half the amount. I have gone hear along time and will in the future. I asked how many shops would so this, and the answer was this is a family business and this is how we built the business.Roger

Recieved guote for job,and made appointment to bring vehicle in. I brought vehicle in to be worked on and recieved phone call saying they couldnt fix at the price they gave me,didnt know where the person got that price.I ended up at another repair shop,they installed parts at half the price,and did a excellent job. I thought I would give Fountain Hills the business, but I would suggest going elsewhere for honest work.
