I was so lucky to find Andy and Ferrari Motor Services in Fountain Hills, AZ. A few months ago I bought a 1982 Lancia Zagato. Since it’s been almost 40 years since Lancia has been brought to the United States, I was very concerned about finding someone that could work on the car. After meeting with various shops in the Scottsdale Phoenix area I was pointed in the direction of Andy Falbo at Ferrari Motor Services. I gave Andy a list of about five things that I wanted done to the car including changing the timing belt, oil change and installing new gas filters. Andy and his assistant Mark, called the mechanics who worked on this car previously out east to find out exactly what was done in the past. Andy found out that the timing belt had just been changed as well as several other items. He could have very easily done the work and charge me for it. This saved me a lot of money and only further instilled the confidence I had in Andy and his team. And he has so much love for the cars he works on. His experience for several decades in the United States and in Italy made him the perfect person to work on my car. I can’t say enough how grateful I am.
I have owned several Ferrari’s over the years and have dealt with many dealerships and private shops. FMS Ferrari service is great! I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism.I highly recommend FMS!
Great service on my 550. Very knowledgeable and reasonable!!
BY FAR THE BEST - THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND ENTHUSIAST DRIVEN ESTABLISHMENT.I bought my first Ferrari by chance and knowing it needed some work. I had some work done on it by a local shop in Phoenix, that did help me, but frankly not as confident in the work or what has been done. I had the car back for a week after 7 months of restoration when the fuel started leaking in the garage. At my wits end I went online and read some message boards, and contacted Andy at FMS. This is by far the absolute best, and smartest decision I have made owning this vehicle. I had it towed the next day, and not only did Andy respond on a Sunday morning, it was clear he wanted to help in any way he could get the car on the road. Within a week, Mark and Andy not only had the fuel leak and lines fixed, they went though the entire car, fixed some odds and ends that were supposed to be done at the previous shop, took extra effort to re-align the doors of all things, and when I picked it up, went through the car and showed me where we can continue to restore little by little and get it to perfect running order. I have never experienced this open and honest enthusiast driven approach to yes working on a car, but my own dream car. I brought my son as well who is three and loves the cars, and Mark showed him around the shop and all of the other cars. When I was his age, I wasnt even allowed to get near these cars. Now I own one! I will never bring it to anyone else but Andy and Mark at FMS.
Andy is the man! Fantastic service, reasonable pricing and very attentive to ones needs. Thanks Andy and Mark!
More than 30 years of dealing with different Ferrari service shops. Without doubt, Andy Falbo is the most considerate, competent and reliable individual I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He stands behind his work, is fair on pricing and most important of all, a nice person. You could not do better than have him and his staff care for your Ferrari.
Got my 599 serviced there today. Its a Ferrari so everything costs too much, but I felt like they are good guys and taking a reasonable markup on the parts that they put into it. Labor rate was $95 an hour which seems fair. I enjoy not having to go to Penske for service. The Expresso machine in their lobby seems to be getting more use than some of the Ferraris. Try a cup -- its free.
Best place to do the job right Im so impressed with their service.
Andy is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommend
I want one... I went to visit although not buying one.. and they still attended to me great service!
