Great store, employees are friendly and the service was amazing. This is the first store that had my tires in stock. I got in and out quickly in one visit instead of two. The customer service area was very clean.

Phil and Cole were fantastic! I mean it does get better. They stuck in a difficult spot and they were able to take care of it at the end. They really want your business and will do what they can to match the competition even working with another company to get your Alignment done even though they don’t even offer alignments. Really pleased with these guys and will do business again.

These guys are great. Always friendly and all the employees are hard workers. Prices are better than anywhere around plus they will do unconventional work for you. Have to say Discount Tires in FH has some top notch people. got my new tires there a few months ago.my vehicle has been shaking at higher speeds when on freeway. took my vehicle in today, i guessed the balancing was miss when i got my new tires. but they got me in on same day I called, they balanced all my tires, i was out in like 30 45 minutes. now my vehicle is back to running smooth again. couldnt have ask for better service....

After being a 25-year long customer, I was informed today when a 2-week-old tire blew out on the highway that it could not be a tire defect, must be a road hazard problem. And told me that I needed to pay for my next tire. The failed tire didnt go flat, didnt pick up a nail on brand new highway, and simply blew out the sidewall. If you dont pay for their road hazard, its buyer beware. that was what I was told is the new company policy from discount tire

Discount Tire Great Job Yet Again!I was recently upgrading my wheels and tires, Brandon at the Fountain Hills store was amazing. It is hard to pick that stuff from just a web site. Brandon was very patient and provided outstanding service. I ultimately bought the wheels somewhere else because DT couldnt get the ones I really wanted. I was so pleased with his help I bought the tires from him and was able to get the Roadside warranty which I would not have gotten for the other place. I have never had a bad experience at DT and have been getting tires there since the 90s. Give them a shot they wont let you down.

I am once again heartbroken how my daughter was treated at the Fountain Hills store. They attempted to take advantage of her flat tire situation. This is the second time this has happened at this store. The salesman tried to sell her 4 tires when only one needed to be replaced! He then called me and tried to do the same. Fortunately, I looked at the car before and knew better. I then took the car to a different store and had a wonderful experience. Other reviewers have had a similar experience at the Fountain Hills store so please be careful if you go there.

The service at Fountain Hills Discount Tires was great!! I had made an appointment online to purchase four new tires. Check in went very smooth and the face me a completion estimate. The car was ready when they said it would be. Check out was speedy and the staff were all very courteous!

These guys are amazing! I called because I curved my valve stem and they said they would swap it out no problem. Not only did they have great service, but they didn’t even charge me to replace the valve stem. Probably the first time I’ve been pleasantly surprised by anyone in the auto industry! Very efficient! I was in today and had an appointment. Josh C helped me out and was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. The place was packed and each and every one of their employees handled this with kindness and grace. For how busy it was you would have thought some of them would have gotten flustered but that was not the case at all. Every employee remained friendly and attentive to each of the customers.

This location knows what customer service is. They are on top of it. They are a fairly young group but don’t be fooled by their age because they are customer focused. My father in law said “These kids are so happy. They are literally happy working in this heat doing a it all with a smile.” They are straight forward, upfront and honest. All these qualities are hard to find this day and age so I had to leave a review. Jose, is the sweetest and truly helped me out. AMAZING SERVICE! The employees at Discount Tire were honest, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. We came in with a flat and they repaired the tire for FREE. They were kind enough to identify/resolve the the problem as well as look at the other 3 tires to ensure we wouldnt end up with a flat again. I want to update my review. We get our tires pressure checked at the fountain hills location. I must admit I am very impressed with the team work and customer centered service they provide. My service provider is Kelli Althoff who happens to be the assistant manager. She personifies excellence with her attention to detail. She looks you in the eye and will only offer you products you actually need. I strongly recommend Discount Tire!!!! Great attitudes! Great value!

This was my first experience at this location and definitely wont be my last. I HIGHLY recommend this location. I dealt with an employee named Joey who was not only kind but super professional. He made sure we were in and out in no time. I wasnt the only satisfied customer today. The gentleman behind me was also thanking them for the awesome service!

Good customer service, very helpful staff. They cam take walk in clients but would recommend having an appointment. If looking for something specific suggest calling ahead of time as well to ensure they have your tire or wheel.

My husband and I just returned from Discount Tires in Fountain Hills.This was an unfortunate experience for us. We needed our FREE TIRE ROTATION and were denied due to minor wear from an alignment problem.Instead of offering the rotation and a front end alignment, we were hit with a high pressure sales pitch to buy 2 new tires. I have worked in this industry for a number of years in my home state and could realize when I am being lied to. During our time at this store, we witnessed the same procedure with everyone that needed service from a rotation to a minor puncture repair. Everyone needed new tires. I understand that is where the money is made, however the purchase price includes CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are disappointed with this operation, and will look elsewhere to buy tires. Looks like the people fired from Wells Fargo have found new employment. Sorry we cant give it a minus 5 stars.

Excellent service at this location. Any location has some of the best prices available anywhere. I also love the free life time rotation and balancing. They will do free air checks for anyone regardless of where you baught your tires.They sell wheels and related accessories too.

Not a bad place when the manager isnt working the front. It seems like when he is working in the front with another guy everyone gets ignored and not even acknowledged. The workers do a great job and move with a ton of hustle. They seem reasonable when there is a problem with the tires and are very knowledgeable

I called today about putting Air in my Nitrogen Tires, the gentlemen was so helpful. When I arrived, I got right in & the service was free. We had previously bought new tires there on vehicles that we have since traded in....superior service from them as well back then. Definitely recommend the Fountain Hills Discount Tire Store.

Incredible service & great prices! They know their stuff

Have used them for years, but when they were done and I got into my SUV low tire pressure light was on. When I went back in the manager said to drive it a bit and the tire sensors would reset? Got home and check it out and one tire only had 20psi also they replaced the steal stem valve covers with some black plastic covers. When back the next day after I filled the tires myself and they gave me new steal covers. I like Discount Tire but be careful to check everything before you leave.

John the manager its the best guy ever. He will go out of his way to make any customer happy. Theres very few businesses that offer such good customer service as him. Anytime somebody needs a tire I recommend this Discount tire .

I saw one of my tires was low. Stopped in. They took the tire off and checked it out. Filled all my tires. Didnt try to pressure me into buying new tires. Sent me on my way. No charge...

Not good at all . They jaked my car up to do a tire rotation. The way they jaked it did something to my transmission now my engine light is on with a code that the transmission has something wrong with it never had any trouble with this car ever . Im taking it to a mechanic Thursday to tell me what happened to it.
