Wow! What a fantastic experience. Yann at Desert Dawg saved me! My car was “mis-diagnosed” at Infiniti of Scottsdale, who said I needed a new $20,000 engine! There was ZERO wrong with my engine! Yann repaired what it truly needed, both timely and professionally, staying late and working at night/weekend to figure it out. I could not have been more grateful to find him thru a friend, who also takes both of his cars to Yann. The entire staff there was especially pleasant as well!!Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

As a female, I TRUST their judgement, knowledge and care for my car. They are always spot on with diagnosis, showing me evidence of their evaluation. They have taken my car for there years, its an older model but purrs like a kitten. They are fair in value and actually care for my car, always putting paper where they sit, etc. Wouldnt take my care anywhere else!

I came in announced with an intermittent problem with steering and handling that I was trying to get a diagnosis on. They drove the car and put it on a lift to determine it wasnt a dangerous issue. Could not diagnose but made some good suggestions on how to proceed. No charge.

I am taking my time to write my third review ever of a business because this shop is just that good. I could go on and on. Reviews are important to those who like to make informed decisions, like myself. Simply put, if you want honest, informative, quality service on your vehicle, then you make an appointment here. This is the best mechanic shop Ive ever been too. My clutch went out, they got me in the same day and went way out of their way to get me back on the road again. They even stayed a few hours late! Ill lever go to anyone else. They have the best people!

Ive been taking my cars and my moms car here for around 6 or so years. Always wonderful automotive service and unparalleled customer service. On my 2007 Mustang GT, a simple door latch wouldnt close, Al fixed it with a pen and sent me on my way. My 2017 Mustang GT had a dead battery not far from the shop and would not come out of its enclosure, Al JR went out of his way, drove over, and fixed the problem in the Target parking lot. Cant thank this group enough. I refer all my friends here.

Great service and repairs.

I own a historic vehicle and not only were they caring and diligent in finishing my repairs quickly, but Al and his crew knew my car inside and out. They were even able to adjust my quadrojet carburetor within in minutes. Ive come here for all my repairs since my first, and plan to for my last.

This is a beyond and above regular review. This involves no exchange of money, instead exchange of helping a person in need of help.I am a woman and had it not been for the help of one kind-hearted man named Albert at Desert Dawg auto repair, I dont know what I would have done. At 8:30pm I was headed to Mesa pulling a utility trailer down beeline hwy. It felt like it was dragging something. I turned off at Ftn. Hills exit and took left behind shops to see what wrong. The tarp I had in trailer had blown to side of trailer and wrapped around the tire and made it blow out and I tried to unhook trailer but it wouldnt release from truck. I didnt have spare tire or Jack. I looked up and across from where I was I saw two huge garage doors open and lights on. I yelled across this ravine to see if anyone was there. Albert appeared like an angel. We couldnt hardley hear each other, but he knew I was in trouble. He came over to where I was and jacked trailer and tried to put a tire he had on, but it didnt fit. I got my truck un-hooked and drove to mesa, got tire and returned. It was now 10:30pm . Albert had waited until I got back to help put tire on. It didnt fit. Albert went and dug through old tires that were being thrown and found one with air. He put it on and it fit. He got me back on the road. It was now almost midnight. He didnt have to help me- could of said he was closing - but this guy did all he could to see I was safe. If their paid for service is as good as his morals- I dont think you could find a better mechanic anywhere. Thank you, Albert! You are a role-model human being and I think God placed you in my path! Thanks, again for all your help!
