What a waste of my valuable time. While on the service call, this guy shared that hes retiring. Unfortunately not quickly enough. Unit wasnt repaired, which of course was disappointing. But the real issue is this: Ill never get back the hour or so he wasted of mine telling me how talented he was. Not that talented obviously!! I certainly would never call again or recommend to others. A waste of my time and my money - that earns this one star rating which would be less if I could rate it less.
