Lucy Anne is the worst ! If you sign up for Bg ask to not work for her . But I wouldn’t recommend this company at all unless you are Hispanic!

No one returns my phone calls or respondeds to my text Messages or emails. Trying to get paid for days I have worked and can never speaks with a human. So unprofessional. I have been sent to many unconfirmed appointments waisting my time and gas. Not happy.

They don’t call back, you email they don’t reply, Smdh Lucyann doesn’t reply EVER. I asked a question on July the 2nd and didn’t get a reply till today August 11th !!!!!!The positive reviews are paid for.They will say o we are sorry for your frustration in replying to this review and leave me an email to contact them and i will NEVER get a reply!

Reading these positive reviews confused me, but then I realized they are from companies BG works for. Getting paid from them, getting them to call back or even answer the phone is like getting Trump to hand over his taxes. If this company’s future relies on communication from present workers, they’re in trouble. I had to waste gas, time and a day off work hunting down BG. Has a Fort Worth address but according to the front desk employee, they just rent the office but doesn’t use it. Lucy Ann was of no help, nor did she attempt to resolve the problem. WORKERS BEWARE!!! BTW, while at the FW office, another lady walked in with the same problem.

Well I havent been here long but I thoroughly enjoyed the training seminar with Cody as the instructor. I wish I knew his last name, but wow I was totally dreading it at first, like any training class Ive been to I expected it to be nothing more than a challenge to keep my eyes open. To my surprise I was at the edge of my seat, totally engaged, that was by far, the best training class Ive ever attended. And immediately afterwards they referred me to a job fair where I had one of the best interviewing experiences Ive ever had, seriously! So I feel really confident with BG Staffing, I know Ill never be without work, they are a GREAT staffing company.

Janette works tirelessly to find placements which are safe, upscale and have a high possibility of permanent placement with said companies. If you are new to the multi-family industry or just needing a new job, BG is the place to be!

I was so excited to go to training and get my career started. They made me feel like they have so many jobs available and that I would be placed somewhere soon after. Well to my surprise Cody wont text back return phone calls and just tells me to talk to janette . Well that doesnt help because she wont text you back I had to email her just for her to tell me she was getting my text messages. And I text her once a week letting her know Im available to work and I get no reply. This is the worse temp agency Ive been to and Im so disappointed because I was so excited to work with them. Its just so unprofessional how they dont even try and reach back out to you after trying to constintly reach out to them.
