The service was alright, they dont seem to have a lot of business. They made me pay more than the indicated price on their website. Realized I had been ripped off when I came home and checked the price list on their website.Recommend you are on your guard here!

Awful customer service. I went here this morning to get my eyebrows done. I usually try to stick with the same person, because regardless of what they tell you, they are not all good. At least not in terms of what I like, and Ive had multiple ladies here do my eyebrows. So I came in to the Euless/Ft Worth location, to get my eyebrows done by the manager, but she wasnt there. Someone else was. That person told me that the manager was at the Dallas location and gave me the address. I drove all the way to Dallas just to have my eyebrows done by the manager. Once I got there, she told me she would not take me because she only works off appointments at that specific location and she didnt want to take me and disappoint her customers. I AM a customer, and a loyal one at that who drove all the way from Euless/Fort Worth to find her and she didnt care about disappointing me. While she was telling me she wouldnt take me(mind you, there was no one waiting), she became loud, over-talking me so that I couldnt express to her that I specifically drove all that way just to see her and not the other employee she tried to push me off on. This was really upsetting considering how Ive been a loyal customer and Ive always left a tip. I will never come here again based off of the disrespect and treatment I received by her. Regardless of whether or not she chose to do my eyebrows that day, the way she spoke to me was very disrespectful and the way she handled this situation as a manager is sad. She had no tact and for that I will never spend another penny of my money here.

ATTENTION!Do not work here! The owner doesnt pay her employees when they quit working. She gives lotta hard time to her employees, keeps them as slaves, makes them do wat she likes. She is a big cheat and a liar. Save urself from working here.

Seems like all the poor yelp reviews have been filtered out by the owner, all the poor rating reviews that used to exist have gone now. Wonder if the 5 star reviews are true or fake!

I have been calling this place for 2 days my eyebrows are infected and my entire face is swollen They have answered once when I started to speak about my experience they hung up I’m now going to seek legal actions
