Amanda did a wonderful job on my hair . Crystal did an amazing job on my brows . I absolutely love the place first time there and everyone was so nice and friendly. So happy I found this little shop, it was everything I needed.I went in feeling like an ugly old witch, came out feeling like a beauty queen. Thank you for everything ladies!

Good range of services and fun staff. Only issue is they werent willing to work with me on what Id consider a more fair price for a haircut. Women tend to pay more for complex cuts, styling and blowouts which is fair.... however Im in and out in 20 minutes for a trim and still pay full price while men pay much cheaper for the same 20 minutes 🤷🏽‍♀️

Crystal is amazing! If you need a WAX, go to her! She is so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I am a big baby when it comes to waxing but she did my whole face and made my experience easy and pretty much painless! I would refer ANY of my friends to her. She is very knowledgeable and precise. Wouldn’t recommend her enough!

Overall great experience. Crystal is wonderful at what she does, we started with the Brazilian wax. It was my first time waxing and I wasn’t too sure what to expect, it wasn’t nearly as painful as I thought it would be and she made me feel very comfortable. Next was the dermaplaning facial, again another first time experience. It was AMAZING! My skin feels so revived! Staff was friendly and it’s a very clean environment. I will definitely be coming back, I have already booked for my massage and I can’t wait.

I Googled a good place in Fort Worth to get eyebrows waxed this was one of the places that came up. I went to the website and the prices were a bit more than I usually pay. The reviews were awesome so I decided to try them out. I sent two of my youngest for eyebrow waxing. It looked GREAT! Then I sent my oldest, hers looked awesome too! I decided to get my hair highlighted and cut next. All I can say is WOW! The last thing I had a done was a spray tan. It was beautiful and lasted over a week! Trust me, there is a difference of quality and customer service here that you dont find these days. Its like an old school salon minus any drama. Im so happy I found this place!

I was referred to Crystal by a friend for my Brazilian wax and am so grateful I didnt go anywhere else. She is truly the best. She will make the entire process go by so quick. She makes you feel completely comfortable and she uses two different kinds of wax to make it practically painless. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Now that Ive been seeing her I have her do my eyebrows too. She does wonders with eyebrow tint for me. I highly recommend going to see her!

I get my Brazilian wax done by Jenny. She is great. I never thought a wax on this tender part of your body could be virtually pain free. Her technique is like none other that I have ever experienced. I have gone to other places before, and Jenny is by far the best. She is down to earth, sweet and just a really fun person to be around. I dont feel awkward at all and she makes the experience really comfortable. The place is super cute too. A total throwback feel. I also recently just got my hair done here by Summer. I have just made Bombshell my one stop shop for all my beauty needs. I 100% recommend this place for hair/highlights/cut and all your waxing needs!

The environment is amazing. The people are so friendly. The location its an easy access and in a growing part of Fort Worth. I have only gone for my eyebrows there but Crystal is amazing. Natalie is AMAZING. I am usually a procrastinator with my hair and dread going to the salon. She was so sweet and fun throughout my entire haircut and then even curled my hair for me when I had only scheduled a cut & blow dry. She never once said anything negative about my hair, which is something I always run into because I wait so long to go get it done. I felt great the entire time. Also, this gal can give a superb massage while shampooing!Other than my pleasant experience with Natalie, I found the salon to be adorably decorated and very clean. The other staff members were also very kind and bubbly towards me while being busy with other things. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!!

This Saloon is like NO OTHER from the moment you walk in you are transported back to the 50s where Classic Beauty is the key,they added a Modern Twist of course. The staff is very humble and attentive, these ladies know what theyre talking about and are up to date with the latest looks and treatments. Crystal is my Eyebrow Queen and she does a BEAUTIFUL job every time. I am not a big fan of tanning beds or the orange spray tan look but Bombshell works with the best products and I refuse to get my spray tan anywhere else. Highly Recommend This UNIQUE Saloon :)

This is such a great place for all of your personal maintenance needs. I have been going to Jenny for years now. Her facials are the best I have ever had and her waxings are pretty much ouch less! What an awesome experience! On the day of my first appointment, I had talked myself out of my first Brazilian bikini wax at least a hundred times. When I told Crystal that I really wanted to surprise my husband on an upcoming weekend away, but I was terrified and super modest, she took all of my fear and anxiety away and made the experience super quick and easy. It was over before I knew it, I loved the results, and my spray tan turned out great. (She also did a great job on my eyebrows!) The staff is very friendly and professional, the location is great, and most important - the salon is kept very clean and sanitary. I would write that Natalie (Natty F when you book online) is terrible so that no one else books with her and I can have her artistry to myself... but that would be beyond unfair. Shes seriously amazing. Its been over a month since she touched up my highlights and they still look fresh. She takes her time to do it right but isnt slow, and shes very easy to get along with. Shell even take the time to trim your hair the right amount and way to keep it healthy, rather than just cutting off a whole bunch unnecessarily because its easier. I will absolutely recommend Natalie to everyone looking for very natural-looking highlights. Ive had highlights for 15 years and I swear shes the best - and at a very reasonable price for the work she does!

Im from up north and have been prolonging the process of finding a good esthetician, but I found one on the first try! Cecilia was G R E A T !!! I felt so comfortable and at ease, and the clean and tranquil environment didnt hurt - I literally almost fell asleep getting a Brazilian. Whats even better is that I just so happen to see one of her clients walking out with flawless eyelashes so I cant wait to book an eyelash extension appointment with her.

I scheduled an appointment with Pandora for a facial. It was amazing, excellent customer service, trendy atmosphere, reasonable prices. Loved it!!! Ive been back twice since then and my husband raved about the spray tan I received!!!

The left is after leaving your salon twice. The first time I was not lifted as much as I had asked and knowing my hair it was obvious that the stylist just did not want to wait. She was 30 minutes late to our appointment and then ended me early because she had another appointment waiting outside not giving her proper time to do my hair. I returned because I asked to get it lightened further (this was within 2 days) and was told Id have to repay. So I settled with another toner session. Both times when I was shown the back of my head it was with a handheld mirror and curled so I did not notice how bad it was. I went 4 weeks later to another salon because I was still unhappy with the color and she took this photo. I am ashamed and embarrassed that anyone would let me leave the salon with my hair looking like that. I will not be returning for hair services and suggest you all take note that they do not post photos on their Instagram of hair theyve done very often. I would recommend going to Panther Island Salon to anyone who wants their hair professionally done.

I absolutely love going to Jenny at Bombshell Beauty Factory. I have been going to Jenny for over a year and she is the best. She is always welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. It is a must for all your waxing and beauty needs!

I have not had the same great experience others have with BBF. The first hair appointment I made, the stylist was late and I walked out after waiting 15 minutes. I made my second hair appointment with Jennifer, and she was terrific! She convinced me to come back. My third appointment was a brow sugaring with Crystal. I waited 45 minutes because the appointment before mine changed her service, which then ran late. Obviously that wasnt Crystals fault, and Crystal was very sweet, apologetic and discounted my service. The fourth appointment I made was another hair cut with Jennifer. Unfortunately, she had to cancel my appointment and I understand things happen. But I wont be returning. While the women are very pleasant and try to make things right, I had problems with 3 out of my 4 appointments. The Universe does not want me to be a BBF client.

I left in a panic! I had my wedding ceremony later that day and decided to try this place because of the good reviews. The ladies were very nice and all but when I saw my face after the airbrush makeup my heart sunk. The eyes were ok but I looked like a ghost. Extremely pale/pasty. No contouring or blush could be seen. The matte lipstick had an overdrawn Cupid’s bow and my bottom lip had been overlined. I had a permanent sad pout. Not what I want for my wedding day. When I moved to hair the hair lady kept touching my face (accidentally) so some of the airbrush makeup came off and it looked like my face was peeling before I even left. For hair, my hair is past my chest in length and I had asked for vintage waves. I expected shrinkage but my hair was left at the shoulders! When I got home I had to redo my face makeup so I could have color back and put water in my hair to loosen the curls.

I got a great haircut from Jen! Ill definitely be coming here from now on. This shop is in a wonderful location and has some awesome women working there.

I have never had my brows done as beautifully as I have with Crystal at Bombsheel Beauty Factory! Im very picky about my brows and NO ONE does them like her. Shes amazing, professional and her work is unsurpassed. The shop is adorable, ROOMY, comfortable and fun! Great atmosphere - but their GREAT WORK is why i will never go anywhere else for waxing again! out of 10, i give them a 20!!! Im even hooked on brazilians now thanks to them!! (when would i EVER had said THAT?) AND - if you want something special - ASK CRYSTAL for the heart landing strip! its ADORABLE!!! Bombshells GREAT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had my first Reiki/Acutonics session with Jenny and it was awesome. I was nervous because I didnt know what to expect but Jenny was good at letting me know what she was going to do and what I could possibly experience. I have another session scheduled for next week.Also...absolutely love Summer Hamilton! She has been doing my hair for a while now. She will give you her honest opinion on color and styles. And does an amazing job! Sweet as can be!!!!

NOT HAPPY. Came in for a simple haircut, just thinning out and some trimming done to my layers. However, the next day when my mom (a former beautician) started combing through it, we found large chunks of hair that had been chopped off, leaving weird thin spots and shelf-like layers. There is now a chunk missing from the layers framing my face and gives it an almost mullet-like appearance. Thankfully its still long enough to tuck behind my ear, that is the only positive note. Sadly enough Ive had worse hair cuts in my past, but I expected more from such an expensive haircut. I wont be returning to bombshell.

Ive been going to the salon since it opened in 2013. Crystal V has been keeping my eyebrows perfect ever since! Ive gotten other services, from hair to body and always leave as a satisfied customer. Crystal is constantly continuing her education and adding new services/products for her clients. Shes always professional and helpful, along with all the staff. Scheduling appts has never been an issue and now im able to do it online, which is super convenient! The look of the salon is always changing too; always bright, clean, and beautiful. Drinks and snacks while you wait never hurt either lol

I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding April 2016. My hair and makeup lasted all night and till the next morning. I still looked good when I woke up the next day. I felt like Cinderella at my wedding. Everyone loved it! My face looked fresh and beautiful and not at all the fake makeup look. The bridesmaids all looked good as well.The tan was perfectly timed. I did the one that you wait 8 hours to shower. Got the tan on Thursday, and by Saturday it was the perfect shade. I had the airbrush makeup done and it definitely helped to have a good quality primer on first (helped reduce look of pores) in my opinion (I used Dermalogica hydrablur and benefit Porefessional)- clean, product free skin is recommended though. I did a trial tan/hair/makeup which helped to picture it, but the actual wedding day hair/makeup looked the best of course. Crystal did my makeup/tan/eyelashes and Jenn did my hair. Both did a fantastic job. Thank you!

Jennifer is the a ONLY person I will let color my hair for one reason; she is #AbsolutelyAmazing.Shes the Anne Sullivan of hair in that shes a #MiracleWorker. I recently had my very first Reiki massage with Joetta at the BombShell Beauty Factory and it was amazing. This was actually my first massage ever and she was very informative and caring. The energy work that she performs is great. I felt very energetic and at peace when I left. When I went in I just wasnt feeling like myself but when I left I felt like a new man. I have been back several times to see her and each time it gets better. I highly recommend the Reiki or just a regular massage. She is AWESOME!!!!!!

She knows how to shape them and is great about telling you how to manage them until your next visit.Joetta Gunderson is my massage therapist and works with me on my Reiki cleanse. I explained to her the first time I saw her that I had a very bad massage from a person in Dallas and I was afraid to have a massage from someone that I didnt know. After speaking with her I was comfortable with her professional manner. She gave me a wonderful massage. I was so relaxed from the massage that I fell asleep. If you know anything about Reiki you need to think about going to either Joetta or Jenny because they both have had classes and are very knowledgeable about what they are doing.Summer Hamilton has been working with my hair. I finally decided to cut my waist length hair and was terrified. Summer worked with me and we decided which hair cut that would accentuate my features. She is wonderful. She is an artist. I have never seen anyone who is so interested in making her client happy....All in all I go to Bombshell Beauty Factory for most everything. To me it is a one stop shop. It saves me times because I can have multiple things done all in the same place.The girls there are wonderful and take good care of their clients. Go! I promise you will thank me....
