Love this place! The staff is awesome and very helpful. They always make us feel welcome and always calls us by our first names! Very caring people keep up the great job!
Awesome staff and manager. Loved the atmosphere and most of all they do not require you to wear a mask, but they do recommend it. Loved that I had the choice of choosing to wear the mask or not.
If you want someone to invest in you, be passionate about your health and successes, and push you to do and be your best, this is the place. Shawna is amazing!
Its a great gym with wonderful staff. Its a friendly environment with everyone working together and supporting each other in their fitness goals. The workouts are tough but well organized.

I dont have enough good things to say about this gym. Tried other gyms and none of them compared to this one. Everyone is warm and welcoming and it feels like youre a family. Everyone cheers each other on in reaching their goals. Coach Talon is the best coach Ive ever had. He knows how to push and motivate me and is positive and encouraging. His teaching technique is amazing. Foxy coach Shawna is always happy to give me tips and help, even if I dont attend her class. After having 2 kids, I thought Id never be in as good of shape as I was in before. I can honestly say Im in even better shape now! Go to this gym! Do it.
I went last night for my birthday and the coach on duty was great, very attentive really cared that you performed each exercise with safe good form. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. I would do a drop in workout again!

This is truly a gym for all ages and abilities. The coaches are awesome and the members are some of the nicest people around. When you find a place that makes you want to skip happy hour and work out instead, you know youve found a great gym!
Most amazing gym out there. In the few months Ive been in there Im looking better, feeling better, getting stronger, eating healthier, everything I wanted and needed to approve on. The coaching staff is incredible and very welcoming. Seriously the best part of my day is reccomend anyone and everyone to this gym, its life changing :D

Only been coming here for a couple of weeks but the experience has been awesome so far. I had never done crossfit before and they introduced me to the concepts in a very easy to understand way and continue to coach and give me personal attention. Great people in the classes too!

I used to think that part of doing Crossfit meant being fit. But at Crossfit L3 they will help you achieve whatever level of fitness you want. Ive done things I never dreamt would be possible by doing this program!! For that Im so thankful...they are awesome!!
If youre looking for motivation, a family like atmosphere and GAINZ this is your place! I have a little one and struggled with finding the energy to work on myself until I came here. They stuck with me and encouraged me every time I stepped through the door. And now I have never been this strong in my life and its all thanks to Coach Talon and his programming! I cant imagine a week or even a couple of days going by without Crossfit L3!
I love CrossFit L3, Coach Talon does an outstanding job watching all the athletes and making sure they have correct form to prevent injury. The classes are fun, challenging and overall one of the best CrossFit communities Ive been to in a long time!! Cant wait to go back!!
I searched for a long time for a great gym that had the right balance of push and encouragement. I didnt grow up athletic and am slow at learning new things when it comes to lifting and cardio (lol). The coaches are very knowledgeable and always on the lookout for good body mechanics to ensure safety and prevent injury. (This is very important when lifting heavy or light weights) I took a break from the gym and I was so nervous about starting back at the gym but my first night back not only were the coaches welcoming but the members were so encouraging and welcoming. If you are looking for a safe wonderful crossfit box come on and stop by.
There’s not a better CrossFit gym out there! CrossFit L3/The Brick Gym has top notch programing and equipment, but most importantly, the coaching staff is attentive, kind, caring and sticks to fundamentals so safety is the number one priority. Technique is the most important thing here, so all the athletes are able to make big gains and do them correctly and safely. The people are some of the nicest and friendliest people I’ve met and I can count many fellow gym members as close personal friends after meeting them at workouts. The Brick Gym/ Crossfit L3 is by far the best gym ive been to. They have great programming and awesome coaches that really care about your well-being. The community is also by far the best. I have been going to this gym for less than a year. I have lost 30lbs and about 15% body fat. They have excellent coaches and a friendly environment.
I just finished my first challenge at CrossFit L3! Although I was injured in a car accident halfway through the challenge, Coach Talon was able to modify all my workouts so I could still participate. I lost 5% body fat and 9 pounds in five short weeks. I also had six PRs in five weeks. Im looking forward to seeing what my full potential is once my injuries have subsided a bit. I highly recommend CrossFit L3!
First time i worked out at SHAG i was sold. i signed up that same day. ive been coming to shag for a while now and i love it here. i get what i pay for and then some! shawna and talon are great people and great coaches. things that keep me here: - friends ive made. - the passion they have. - the encouragement. - the accountability. - the knowledge ive gained. - ive never felt intimidated at this gym.
