This place is spacious and clean with plenty of options for whatever type of workout you are there to complete. The staff are friendly and always greet people as they enter and give a friendly farewell as you leave. What sets this place apart though is the members. I’ve never seen a group of strangers high five and encourage each other like the people who come to this gym. It’s infectious and uplifting and I love it. Great great gym, you’d be crazy not to at least get a trial and see for yourself.
This gym is awesome! We’ve been a member here for over 3 years and we have never had any issues. First off, this gym is the cleanest gym! We’ve visited several gyms and they are on top of keeping this place clean and there’s a lot of stations where you get cleaning stuff to clean off the equipment you e used. Secondly, their equipment is well taken care of. I’ve see several machines break over time from the amount of use and the padding to certain machines wear down but they are always on top of replacing it-also because the equipment is well cared for everything is like new. Thirdly, if you have kids this is one of the ONLY gyms that has kids club in the area and their kids club is awesome! The play gym inside is so big and I always find my kids playing in the gym when I finish my workout. The price of this gym is very affordable and you shouldn’t hesitate to join if you’re looking to get in shape!
I’ve been going to this gym for over two years now and have zero complaints. Staff is super friendly and professional! The choice of equipment is better than most gyms I’ve been to and when equipment is being worked on or out of order they have it fixed within a day or so. Definitely would recommend to any everyone no matter your gym level!
I have been a member for a few weeks and really enjoy the gym. Its got good quality equipment, its clean,the trainers and staff are friendly and professional. I like the informative emails they send, and I am looking forward to trying out the group classes!
I am not a member but they were very rude to my mother in law and refused to have any sympathy; would not just let her cancel without paying the yearly maintenance fee and two months of membership.He then went on to say that having cancer isn’t an excuse to have forgotten to cancel and he “served in the military and saw people die right in front of him”The numerous negative reviews should show that this man is only in business to take advantage and has no humanity.If you are okay with doing business with some who has no values or humanity than you’ve picked the right place.0/10 would not recommend.
Excellent! 2 years coming to this gym and there is nothing to complain. Facilities always clean and staff super friendly. Good Daycare area for my kids. My Trainer “Q” is the best!
This particular TFF is clean and reasonable priced. Managers and employees are friendly and very easy to communicate with. Good amount of machines, free weights, and thread mills. Would love a few more modern machines but cant complain too much for the price paid.

I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years. This has, by far, been the best gym I have belonged to. The staff knows my name. The gym is clean. The equipment is well-maintained.If you’re looking for a gym. This is the one.
The two stars are for the guy who helped me at the front desk. He was nice. The cardio area is cool, however once you turn the corner to get to the weights, it’s like I’m in an apartment gym. Everyone is crowded and pushing each other out of the way to get to the same machine. I found it extremely uncomfortable on how close every machine is. In my opinion it’s a poor use of the space.I get this gym for free because of work so I’ll use it if the other gym is closed, for cardio. There’s also so many “meat heads” that look at you cross eyed because you don’t snack on steroids and are using lighter weights.
Its ok..The staff is nice. Is it super clean? No The wipes they provide to wipe the machines down are often out so you dont know for sure if your machine is being cleaned or not. What I really dont like about TF is the hours on the weekend are only to 5:00 p.m. and the parking lot is not lit up at all at night. Its very dark and if you are a women this is a deal breaker for me.
The group classes are great but Texas Family Fitness is losing great talent because they don’t pay the employees enough. Every few months we have to deal with new trainers and the exercise classes tend to drop due to experience and excitement. There have been some awesome trainers and now we are losing them due to poor pay!
Scammers, membership was cancelled in June 2020 (went in person even in pandemic as per their rule) but they still kept it active and reported it to collections. You have been warned
I came to check out the gym yesterday and was really disturbed that the only people that were in mask was the two workers at the front desk. No one working out had mask nor were they cleaning the equipment after usage. Also I never once saw the workers doing spot cleaning as they do at 24 hour fitness. With that being said I enjoyed the equipment and facility but I’m going to stick with 24 hour fitness just to ensure my safety. Not only do they enforce mask but encourage the members to disinfect the equipment after usage.

Just joined in April 2021. Nice size clean gym. Many different exercise equipment. Several exercise areas/stations to get a full body workout.
I really enjoyed working out at this gym it is not that busy and plenty of exercise material. But be careful when canceling. when you “Add-on” members to your family plan, you are basically signing the additional members to an individual plan. They may not tell you this upfront. I had to take a trip to the gym to cancel my membership because they don’t allow cancellation over the phone. I successfully canceled my membership, but my family member that I “added on” to my family plan had an individual contract that was not linked to my plan in which I was not aware of. so I kept getting charged and didn’t know why. I called up there to tell them I was still getting charged and they said it was a formality and would stop after one month. When I got charged again I called them and they were able to pull up my family members individual plan and said I would have to drive up there again to get it canceled. They also said if I want a refund I would need to email the corporate office. The customer service and transparency could have been much better.
Best gym in the world. The facility is always clean, equipment works well, staff are friendly. All fees are discussed, with no surprise hidden fees. I love TFF and would recommend them to everyone.
It’s a nice clean gym, I haven’t had any issues with rude workers or anything, I just feel it’s overpriced.and it also seems like every time we go in the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing, I don’t know if they have new employees right now in training but they all seem and look clueless. The 3 stars is mainly due to pricing, they give you a discount to add a family member to your plan/agreement but they want to charge a yearly $50 fee for EACH person not per membership, we aren’t used to that coming from up North, it’s just ridiculous, that’s going to play a huge factor on if we stay or not.

Pretty good gym, overall. Strange layout but good equipment and the place is kept pretty clean. WAY too hot in there, though. I like to sweat at the gym, but I also like to EARN that sweat! Best prices around and good hours!

I have always enjoyed the outside trails when I run or workout so I have never tried a gym before. When we went to check it out, we eneded up signing up that day. Place is so clean. People are really nice. The classes rock! Even the guests that are there are helpful and kind. My kid loves going to the play areas and my 12 yr old gets to work out as well. They ask everyone to clean their units after use for the next person and no one complains. As well as having a professional cleaning crew come at night and clean everything. My family hasnt been going here very long but we ALL enjoy it!

Managerial skills are not very good. The gym is actually really clean though. Whiles there they wouldn’t turn on Sunday football just because the manager wasn’t there. Had a lot of little problems like that, no real big ones besides one day getting to the club with my kids and they had me and my wife separate so I couldn’t take the kids into kids club when my wife and I signed up together...... During this pandemic we decided not to attend and put our membership on pause and the four months expired, and soon as it expired the gym membership as well as the annual fee went through before getting to the club to cancel and we asked for our annual dues back and they said no because our dues were up a couple months before, whiles membership was on pause. I didn’t agree with that during a pandemic. So keep up on you dues monthly and yearly with these guys. I think that was very crooked during a pandemic such as this.

THEY ONLY GOT 1 STAR, BECAUSE ZERO WASN’T AN OPTION..I signed up my girlfriend and I for this gym, she has never been and I only went once. Paid first and last months dues along with initiation fees. I ended up having issues with my ankle that prohibits me from being able to work out. I tried to cancel and they told me that I would need to pay almost $200. Keep in mind I went 1 time on it. They have repeatedly been calling, texting, and trying to run my card for payment despite me telling them I was cancelling. I have personally worked in the gym industry for years in the past and never had a company act like this towards a situation. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. LA Fitness or Lifetime is where I will be taking my business once I am cleared from physical therapy.

If 0 stars was an option that’s what this place would get. DO NOT give them your credit card info because you will be charged anyway (for a whole year!) if you cancel or do not renew. They are stealing money and by the looks of the reviews it’s not an accident. It’s sad they have to steal peoples money in order to avoid going out of business. Wish they would have!

Service itself at the facility was decent and I have been a member for years. Well due to Covid, and lack of communication, they charged me the annual fee for all 3 of us and will not refund those when I went up there to cancel our membership. We had been quarantined due to a family member being high risk but they dont care. I cant even get a manager to call me back after leaving multiple messages at their corporate office. They even charged me the $50 a week after I cancelled too. $200 gone for what? Absolutely nothing. I wouldnt recommend this place as they only care about the money. I had full intentions of coming back after all the COVID mess calms down but I wont now. Horrible customer service.

I’ve worked in customer service for about 10 years and I have to say the store manager here has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He’s rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and deceptive. The facility and the rest of the staff are great but I guess the store manager feels he’s exempt from being courteous and appreciative of his members. I would highly recommend the owner find a new manager.Update: I came in to cancel my membership while my account was frozen. I froze my account with the GM. At the time I froze my account, the GM did not tell me that if I come in to cancel my membership while it is frozen, I will be billed for a final month even though my account was frozen, and I had not been using the gym nor was I being billed at the time. In fact, when I froze my account with the GM, he was so rude and unprofessional, my wife canceled her membership. I really enjoyed your gym, and hated my wife canceling her membership and I was not looking forward to canceling mine today either, however, once the GM got involved, he didnt act like he cared nor appreciated my business. If I had known all of this when I froze with him the first time, I wouldnt have re-froze my account and would have just cancelled with my wife.Also, the details of account freezing, and the consequences of canceling while your account is frozen is not on your faq-page,

I’m a new member here and we are not off to the best start.I was working out in the “ignite” room, which is a workout room at this gym. I was minding my business, not talking to anyone, earphones in. There was a employee in the room as well, he is a personal trainer who was training with his client. The trainer comes up to me and tells me “he doesn’t mind me being in there, but to clean up after myself when I’m done”. I was baffled. First of all, why would you mind me being in there? Is it not included in my membership? And why was I singled out? Or do you tell every single member to clean up after themselves? Completely rude and uncalled for. I always rerack my weights and clean up. I’m only a week in and am already considering canceling. I’ve never been treated like that in a gym before

This company has showed zero compassion during the pandemic that has hit Texas particularly hard these last few weeks. I have been appalled at how they have handled my business. I cancelled roughly 3 days after the onset of my monthly due date. Extenuating circumstances prevented me from cancelling sooner as you have to physically go to the gym to cancel. When I was able to go into the location I was horrified to see none wearing masks!!! Even at the desk and the entryway. It was terrifying. I was told that since I had paid first and last months at time of contract I would not be charged anymore. Low and behold I was charged. When attempting to get a refund I have been treated as beneath everyone that I have talked to. I was told there are two sides to every story and that I missed the thirty day window. I am beyond upset at their lack of empathy.
No good classes, no good instructors, personal trainers are out of shape and don’t stay there for long, the turnover is crazy. The equipment is ok, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars, not one.

Enjoyed it at first until they closed the ignite room down which for covid I understand, but when you open it back up to normal rules and then tell me I cant use it to minimize exposure when there is nobody in there or a class going on, all while very few of the employees are wearing masks or trainers right next to their clients with no mask on. Cancelled my membership a while back because I was moving. Found out they’re still charging me. Called for them to tell me I only cancelled my personal training service and not my actual gym membership. FYI I’ve never used or signed up for their personal training service... and why would I cancel JUST the personal training if I’m moving somewhere that I can’t even access this gym?The person who handled my “cancellation” was Cody Faith and I’m guessing he did it wrong. Which okay, I get that people make mistakes but please at least try to do by what is right. Regardless, no refund was given and they gave me the run around. I had to call in and pay for a stop payment through my bank just so they stop charging me. It seems like others are having this issue too.This is trash TFF. Do better.
The gym was fine. Just like most gyms, trying to cancel was a nightmare! I was continuously billed even after submitting a cancellation letter to their corporate office (which was ridiculous). They were rude when I called and told me that I had to come in to cancel. This was right in the middle of the COVID 19 Pandemic and I feel that they should have been more accommodating. The letter was sent 2 months ago and as of today, I am still getting billed. Watch out for their Automatic Annual Fee too!
Facility is okay for the price paid but yes they do need to update equipment and turn down all those fan, we go there to sweat not to be comfortable I get that at home, way to cold for me .😒😏
Texas Family Fitness customer services is exceptional from the time you walk in to the end of your workout. The facility is well equipped with the latest fitness equipment and has a variety of fitness class schedules to attend. My personal favorite feature is a free personal app they offer that you and your trainer can access to help you keep track of and reach your fitness goals. The app is helpful for me especially on those days I cannot make it to the gym or meet with my trainer. The staff, especially my trainer.. shout-out to Filly Perez, is knowledgeable, experienced, flexible, focused on your personal goals and takes the time to steer you back on track when needed.Overall, I love this facility’s personnel and their natural charisma that makes you feel part of their team/family. It’s affordable, offer flexible schedules, very nice childcare area and, with the help of the dedicated staff, Ive seen steady changes in my physique. I am not a fan of spending hours in the gym, but I do expect a challenge in my workouts….I’ve met my challenge here. I feel motivated and inspired throughout my fitness goal process.

The lady at the front desk this morning at 6 a.m. was wonderful and cheerful. My friend wanted to come as a guest this morning and she made it happen seamlessly. We were off and working out in no time; before we had to head to work. Great experience with a smile and very friendly. I saw her give someone a high five on their way out which is motivating. The only reason I signed up for this gym is because the GM, Joel, told me he could waive the annual fee for a few months since I was unemployed due to COVID. When I was charged unknowingly 35 days later, the same GM claimed I was lying and repeatedly stated he ‘would never promise something he couldn’t keep.’ Listen, the ONLY reason I signed up is because you told me this lie! Also, you have two paying customers that heard you say this and now you’re telling me I’m the one lying? During the initial tour, I simply asked “Is there a woman’s area?” Joel then went on and on telling me that “If women get a women’s area, then they don’t deserve the right to vote.” LOL, did I ask? He also said, and I quote, “I am going to put a table outside that says ‘Woman’s areas are pointless. Change my mind’”. I honestly should of left right there but the price is why I signed. I only lasted a month here and am much happier at anytime fitness. Don’t waste your money on this poorly ran business.
Good luck if you decide to quit. Even when you have proof you quit (signed by them), they keep sending you bills. Then they point you to an automated system where you cant speak to anyone about it. Also, when you unsubscribe to their marketing texts, theyll just re-subscribe you a few months later. Theres a reason theyre only $10/month.Also, as others have stated -- make sure to immediately go cancel the auto-withdrawal from your bank, because theyll keep withdrawing it after you quit.
The gym is alright but today I waited almost an hour for someone to open the gym and no one showed up. Same thing happened last week when I tried to go early. Absolutely ridiculous
Wow, I made this post over 6 months ago...its now 2021 and my concern/refund is still not resolved. However, stealing money from clients in dishonest & sneaky ways will only keep you afloat for so long. It appears that from all of the consistently received bad reviews, KARMA & Covid is pretty much doing the job of badly hurting (and maybe eventually shutting down) this little family business. You should be more careful of how you treat others team TFF.I was a member for 6 months prior to its shutdown. Once the gym reopened, I made an in person request to continue a suspension on my membership for the allowed length of time. When I then noticed a charge to my account in July, I notified JJ who assured me my concerns would be addressed by the manager. I have since notified JJ, Kate, Jake, and Joel (The Manager) who have consistently not followed up and have continued to ignore my request for a refund of the monthly amount withdrawn. It is now October, I have recently canceled my membership due to the frustration and continued lack of follow through from any member at the Alliance/Fort Worth location, and still have not received a refund. I will not return and will not refer this gym to anyone, as the customer service rates beneath mediocre.AND STOP SENDING ME EMAIL REQUESTS TO REVIEW YOUR BUSINESS WHEN NOTHING IS BEING RESOLVED- WHAT IDIOTS YOU ALL ARE!Reply to Texas Fitness response:The problem with your investigation is that it is also less than mediocre. As stated above, My INITIAL freeze request was for the MAXIMUM allowed time, as you have also stated is for 4 MONTHS. Therefore, a charge should obviously NOT occur in May or June, NOR SHOULD IT HAVE OCCURRED IN JULY!! If you had truly investigated with the team members I named at that location, YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THAT (although Im not surprised lies were told since I received ZERO help from the onsite staff as well), and I clearly have no reason to lie given the fact that a PANDEMIC is obviously the reason of my uncertainty around resuming gym activities. Just moved to the area and was looking for a simple/cheap membership to get back into the habit of working out. Joel, the manager, was great and set me up with their basic membership. Staff is friendly and their huge variety of equipment is up to date. No complaints here!
Poor management and poor communication. Just don’t make a request to the manager Joel because it it will be denied quickly. I would recommend another gym, this corporation does not cater to its membersUpdate: I finally had enough of the gym and canceled all 3 of my family members and went to 24 hour fitness where they have a professional manager and staff.

A fairly crammed gym with more than average amount of equipment. I also wish there was a larger amount of free weight equipment. However, the child care option is really great.
My husband does personal training at this gym. He has been through more than SEVEN personal trainers in less than a year. Not to mention that half of the time the trainer has cancelled the session. Their personal training program is a joke, not to mention expensive and not honest - the company continues to charge us for his personal training even though we have cancelled and corporate refuses to give us a refund. Do NOT give this company your credit card because they will NOT stop charging it!

Everything was well until I got home and read the agreement. It would be nice if the $50 cleaning fee was disclosed up front. Not a good way to start our relationship.
I’ve been a member 5 days, the place is clean and they keep it nice and cool. I had an appointment the next day I joined, the trainer never showed up. Another person decided to work with me only because his scheduled one on one didn’t show up on time, I waited 45 mins (good thing I did cardio as I contemplated asking if the trainer ever showed up), not a good first impression. Plenty of equipment, unfortunately the group classes I’m interested in taking, are currently not available due to COVID-19, and the group classes are limited. Hopefully they can offer a little more next month. When you join, expect to pay a little more due to membership fees and paying for the first and last month upfront.

Do NOT join this gym. My husband and I went in and signed cancellation paperwork in March. After the gym opened back after covid 19 shut down they charged my card for membership fees and also late fees. First of all my money is automatically drafted each month so how can I have late fees, second I cancelled in person months ago. When I called to get it situated I was told it needed to be fixed with their call center. Speaking with Nicole at the call center she told my husband she didn’t see any cancelation Notice on the account and that we never cancelled. When we told her she could verify with the GM she said again “sorry you don’t have anything saying you cancelled, can you prove it” she refused to verify with the GM and kept telling us we never cancelled. She was extremely rude and did nothing to fix anything. All she kept telling us was we needed to go sign paperwork again. Very unprofessional and extremely un helpful. Will NEVER Recommend this gym to anyone!!!
BEWARE!!! Do not join this gym. My wife signed up and added me as an add on to her plan. When we canceled we were informed at the gym that no further action was required and the GM told us no account was on file for me. My wifes card kept getting debited. I called and spoke with corporate (Nicole) she was the worst customer service. Told me I was a liar and that I had to send in cancel paperwork. Told us to prove we canceled. all she had to do was speak to the General Manager but refused to contact the GM who advised there is nothing to cancel. Have it on vm saying there is no record of an account for me since i was an add on. She was the highest level you could speak with no one above her. The gym will financially rip you off. They are frauds. I def would not join. I informed Nicole that we would be taking legal action against the company and all she had to do was speak to her own GM to get the story instead they want to continue to debt from your account and give you the run around. Worst gym I wouldnt join it ever again. The gym we went to was the one in alliance tx. If you dont want your bank account continuly charged for no reason and want good customer service dont join this gym.

Don’t sign up, I’ve seen dozens of bad reviews on Facebook, google, discussions on NEXT DOOR app, I wish I would’ve done my research before signing up but it was close to home and I’ve never had this type of issue with another gym,Had family of two membership with child care that was supposed to be cancelled months ago and turns out only one was canceled and we were blamed for not knowing we had to go in separately to cancel EACH membership, so we’ve been getting charged, without even knowing we still had an active account, called corporate and they basically said “we can’t help you.” BS!
(Not a member) My husband and I stopped in this afternoon to ask about membership pricing. We recently moved from out of state and have been shelling out lots of dough for boutique fitness stuidos. The so-called salesperson tells my husband that he recommends that I become the primary member so I get all of the ad-on services, ideal for those who want to lose weight, and he becomes the family add on. This guy is telling my husband what he recommends for me and is asking him what I would be interested in while I was standing right in front of him.I’ll tell you what I recommend: sales training for this salesperson. I will not be joining this facility, and I want nothing to do with this company. And while Texas Family Fitness doesn’t necessarily have to be concerned about making non-members happy, they really should train employees to:1. Not insult potential new members2. Not talk about people as if they’re not standing right there
I really wish the gym had early weekend hours. 6am would be great. Most people like to get in early during the weekend and go about their day.
For less than $50 dollars a month the last 2 years, my family and I get exactly what we need. Which is:*A clean gym*Plenty of equipment and weights*Childcare*Front desk greeting*Plenty of parking*No issues whatsoever with auto pay.My kids are now 10, 6 and 5 and for an hour, they have fun. If their friends are there, they want to stay longer.There is a 1x annual maintenance fee they charge in December. Its to maintain equipment, which they do.Yes, there has been a high staff turnover, including trainers, but overall, if youre not looking for bells and whistles, this is the place for you. If you are, you should choose elsewhere thats guaranteed to charge a lot more!Overall its better equipped than Northpark Y and far cheaper than Lifetime Fitness. Its really what you make of it and how much you can afford.Good luck and eat clean!
We love TFF North Fort Worth. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They way they treat my kids is what is so unique. Every staff from front desk to trainers talk to me and my kids it is so sweet. I love all the classes. Very clean and affordable gym.
This company will try to squeeze every dollar out of. Your contract. We were members for over two years and decided to cancel, unfortunately It’s not “cancel at anytime”. They will find a way to continue to bill you. In addition, the GM doesn’t employ good customer service or retention techniques. We won’t be going back.
GREAT BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. Facility is clean and has a lot of equipment you dont usually see at gyms with similar price points.
Be sure you ask every question and read every word before you sign. My wife and I joined up and were told the way it worked was she would be the primary and I would pay a lesser amount as a family member. We would have separate billing and there would also be a one time enrollment fee. What they dont tell you is it allows them to bill each of us for a yearly fee they never mentioned that they take out through the auto-deduction before you are aware. They tell me its somewhere in the small print that nobody reads and will not reimburse us even though we cancelled our membership within 3 days of the deduction and have been paying for over 7 months that we didnt workout due to recovering from an accident, intending to return. Guess they should take Family out of their name. Where I come from, you dont treat family that way.
Great atmosphere with a variety of equipment and ease of navigating the floor. Helpful and engaging staff are welcoming every encounter! I love TFF!
Great gym! Not too crowded at all, clean, all the machines work, friendly staff, great price too. One disappointment would be the annual fee of $50-$55 but most gyms charge that nowadays. Membership is $10/mo if you opt out of classes, which I did. No contract, month to month. Comfortable gym to workout at.
My husband and I are 5-day a week regulars, and we couldn’t ask for a better gym! Every staff member always greets us when they see us, and they are all so friendly. Best results we’ve seen fitness-wise have been here because of the smaller size of the gym, there’s just a more welcoming vibe instead of a large gym with cliques and people standing around hovering over machines not even using them. My favorite thing about this gym is the turf area with yoga balls and kettle bells, great area for stretching! Oh and you CANT beat the price! Less than $30 for two people!DONT LISTEN TO BAD REVIEWS, try it for yourself!

Wow - interesting reviews posted for this gym. Personally, Ive been working out regularly since high school (25+ years) and look for a clean gym, with good hours and the right equipment to quickly get through my workout - this gym has it! Im a professional with a big family and need to get in and out quickly. Full disclosure - no I dont use personal trainers, expect a handshake or big greeting walking in the door. A simple hello and badge swipe will suit me just fine. The classes are well-run by personal trainers who walk you thru a great work-out. The locker rooms and child care centers have great setups as well and the price is great. All in all, I give it five stars.
Awesome place- On-site babysitting- Plethora of classes to choose from (classes offered in the morning and evening)- Plenty of workout equipment and free weight- Amazing staff- GREAT PRICE!!!!
We have been trying to cancel for several months and they keep billing us. Run away and stay away they are only in it for money
My husband & I were part of the first 100 people to sign up at the satellite gym in Alliance for the new Texas Family Fitness in North Fort Worth last fall, being told the grand opening would be Feb. 1st. We were also told by Kelvin, the salesman who signed us up, that for $22.00 a month everything would be included (fitness classes & spin). We were even shown pictures of where the spin room would be located. And since both my husband & I take mostly spin classes, this was very important to us. But when the gym finally opened this month, we were informed that, no, spin was not included and it would be an additional $40 a month per person. Wow! Contacted corporate to get a refund, as we had been waiting over 6 months to start going to the new gym and were told, tough luck. That unless we had it in writing, doesnt matter if Kelvin lied to us (who evidently is no longer with the company). So we are out the $59.00 initial fee and $22.00 for 7 months. Unbelievable. Buyer beware and make sure the sales staff is not lying to you!
It’s a great place to work out. I hate exercise but Filly, Meagan, Gabe and Shawn make it fun. Staff knows us by name and I love that
***DO NOT JOIN!!!! Do not make the same mistake I made! This place has lots of hidden fees in their contracts. The equipment is very old and overall the join is not maintained at all. Plus the cancellation policy is ridiculous.When asked for help the manager was condescending and worthless. Its obvious why this gym is in the condition it is.
Dont know about the others experiences, but now that they have moved to their permanent location, it is quite a nice and plenty large enough facility. We WERE informed when we first visited the new location about kickboxing and spinning class fees, tanning, etc. So be aware there are charges for *some* classes. But a really spacious place to work out
