Started with a 90-day challenge at this gym last January. The trainers are really inspiring and the workouts are tough and effective. Its been easy to stay motivated at this gym though because of the group sessions and the social aspect. Ive gotten to know the regulars at the 6:30am session and we have a great time. Theres a sense of true accomplishment and team work at the end of each workout. If you miss a session, people notice, and that holds you accountable. The owner of the gym takes a personal interest in every member and is always putting out inspiring texts, emails and videos on Facebook to remind you that he and his team are invested in your success. I hit my goal weight within 90 days and have successfully kept it off all year. Highly recommend this gym!
Best gym ever! Ive been coming for 4 months and I have lost 17 pounds. Thanks to the trainers and the workouts Ive been seeing my body change in an amazing way. I am building muscle in every place I never imagined I could have. I really recommend this gym to everyone. They give out such an amazing motivation !
This is a great gym filled with great people that genuinely care about their members and do everything they can to help reach your goals. This is different than just having a membership at a gym or even a personal trainer. The trainers and owner at the gym are personally invested in you being successful. If you want real people helping you get real success then come check them out! I wont ever go back to another normal gym.
This bootcamp is great as well as the trainers. The sessions can be tough but I like that because you push yourself more. Trainers are motivating and help you get through it. The group sessions are very helpful because they also help out with the motivation to finish the session.

Me and my wife joined the six week challenge wanting to lose a few pounds. We were told we could lose 25lbs in 6 weeks if we followed a simple meal plan and worked out for 30 minutes a day 3 times a week! I am happy to say I have lost 27lbs in 6 weeks following Freddie’s plan!From the beginning, the workouts were tough! Each time we walked into the gym we knew we were going to be challenged and pushed to our limits! The first two weeks were the hardest! After that we looked forward to showing up and working our butts off!The best part about this whole experience is when you walk into the gym(in the afternoon classes) you are greeted with enthusiasm from Bob! Who already knows your name and is always providing any answers you may have.Then the workout begins...Paul is the afternoon trainer. And let me tell you, he knows how to push you. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when it come to each exercise. Before you start, he shows you an example of each exercise you will be performing and variations of such.My wife has never really done these type of workouts before(High Intensity Interval Training). Paul was there every single day showing her how to do each exercise workout making her feel comfortable, empowered, and confident about working out! Paul is the reason we didn’t quit!We feel that this challenge helped us meet at a whole community people that are in your corner encouraging you and pushing through next to you the whole step of the way!I Highly recommend this challenge and gym to anyone who is willing to put in the work and push themselves to better themselves.

I had been doing a spin class for 6 months straight, 6 sometimes 7 days a week! I had not lost one single pound! I was feeling better but very frustrated that all of the hard work I was putting in wasn’t changing the number on the scale. That’s when Freddie came across my Facebook feed!I met with Freddie and he told me it was all about what and how I was eating. He told me if I follow his simple meal plan and do his workouts (high intensity with weight training) 3 days a week for 30 minutes a session that the weight would come off! So I said “sign me up”I had no idea what I was in for! I was so miserable the first two weeks! Training your body to eat “clean” was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I hated going to the gym. Sometimes I would literally cry when I was there because I was so out of my element. My body was so sore and I wanted to give up so bad. But I didn’t and I’ll tell you why....Paul, Paul, PAUL!!! He is the afternoon trainer. He knew I had no idea what I was doing. I couldn’t do a push-up correctly, I couldn’t hold weights correctly, I was the worst person in there and everyday I felt like giving up, but Paul never gave up on me! He took the time to show me how to do every single exercise, every single time until the day I finished the challenge. He made me feel comfortable, strong, empowered, and pushed me to do things I never thought I could! I went from never wanting to go to the gym to never wanting the program to end!The community, the people, everyone there is on the same team with the same goal in mind. There is so much support from the time you walk into the gym, from being greeted by Bob to the friends you will make, to the trainers genuinely caring about your success.I can honestly say that Fit Body Boot Camp has changed my life. I was so lost before I found this place. I’ve lost almost 15 pounds in 6 weeks!!! 6 months of spinning and not one single pound lost. 6 weeks of Freddie’s Fit Body Boot Camp and I’ve lost 15 pounds! I would highly suggest this to anyone who has struggled, is struggling, and looking to make a life change. This is honestly the best workout that I have enjoyed in years. Before fit body body camp, I would be in the gym doing cardio for at least 2-3 hours a day and not seeing results every day. I used to dread waking up every morning thinking that majority of my day would be working out. Now that Ive been working out at the Fit Body Boot Camp, I actually wake up at 0430 with a smile on my face ready to conquer the 530 am session. The trainers and owners are absolutely amazing. They really take the time to know everyone and help you celebrate each milestone of victories whether it be losing weight, getting stronger, losing inches, or even eating more clean. Best experience yet and I am so glad I did the membership and the 28 day Bikini Challenge
This place is amazing! I have joined other gym for years and this is the first place Ive actually lost weight (17lbs)! Im so glad I decided to join burn and earn. I am now a member. They actually help you along your journey to a new healthy you. They help you with meal planning as well! Cant beat that!
This is an excellent gym. From bottom to top, the owner, trainers, and facilities are great. Theyve helped me lose 35 lbs and decrease my body fat percentage 10% in the last 5 weeks. I have a long way to go from here, but I am pumped to do it at this gym.

They work and the push you to be a better verson of yourself. If something is too hard or you have an injury they will work with you. Love the trainers and they have a personalized food program thats great.

6 weeks ago I started working on rebuilding myself and making myself better than I was before. As a Soldier in the Army, it is imperative that you stay in shape to fulfill the demands that come with serving our country, but in all honesty, that wasnt even the main reason why I decided I needed a change. If Im completely honest with everyone, one morning I was brushing my teeth and felt my belly jiggling side-to-side, I took a second to look at my self in the mirror and realized that I hated how I looked, how much I have let myself go and lastly, my fiance has always said that she loves how I look and what not, but I wanted to look better for her and get back to the shape I was in when we first met.As I was looking for different ways to change how I looked, I ran into a sponsored ad on FB talking about a Fit Body Boot Camp and their 6 week challenge. At first I was a little skeptical about it, you know, all them false ads on the internet, but it was close to the office so I decided to go in for an orientation and see what it was all about.During the orientation, Freddie (the boss), explained how the whole challenge worked, what you would get out of it, what you needed to do to stay on track, how they would monitor your progress and what was the specific goal to be reached at the end of the 6 weeks. At that point, Freddie was offering me everything I needed to get back in the groove, so I decided to accept the challenge.Let me tell you, they gave me a meal plan that was super simple to follow, and took away my lack of knowledge on what to eat at what times and all that. At first, it took some getting used to it, but I could see great results after the first week. On top of that, they are the ones that create the workout sessions that you go to, with a trainer for the first half of the day, and a trainer for the second half, taking away my excuse of I dont go to the gym because I dont know what to do. Lastly, they are always in contact with you making sure youre following your meal plan and making sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have, which helped me with my need of having someone holding me accountable on all that.6 weeks later, after the challenge is done, I am 23 lbs and 4% of body fat (2 short of my goal on both numbers) less than when I started. Also, today I ran a 5K shortly after a workout session and finished it just under 30 minutes, keep in mind that the last time I ran was in August and that six weeks ago I wouldnt have finished it at all. It wasnt easy, but it was worth it! At the end of the day, it took motivation, but more than anything, it took dedication to overcome those days when the motivation was not there.I really wanna thank the FBBC team for helping get closer to where I really want to be. Freddie, thanks for always checking in on me and all the nutrition advise. Paul, thanks for always putting some crazy workouts together on Fridays and Saturdays. Lastly, thank you Chris for always making me feel like my goal was also your goal. You were always pushing me to do more and to go harder every session during those 6 weeks. More than just the results Ive had, it is because of how you guys run this program, that I decided to become a member of the FBBC family. My new goal is to reach 200 lbs by March 15 (12 lbs to go).-Eddie B.

West Fort Worth Fit Body Boot Camp is a game changer...or should I say a life changer! I began my transformation on June 4th with the 28 Day Bikini Body Challenge. Final measurements today -10.9 lbs. weight loss, 8.3% body fat loss, and 11 total inches loss/change! Im stronger, pumped up, and ready to continue on to my final goal of a healthier and leaner me. I am dedicated to eating clean, drinking lots of water, and keeping it moving for 30 minute total body workout sessions 3-4 times weekly. I am currently still finishing up my contract with this boot camp. At first everything was great, the classes were awesome, the trainers welcoming and kept you motivated and would randomly check in on you, which made it all worth the high monthly $$$. After a month or 2 of becoming a member things changed and it now has just become upsetting to pay so much a month for all the cons I have seen and gone through lately with this boot camp. Once they added the Aledo, TX location in which my friend works out also, the trainers are always changing, by changing I mean they are constantly hiring new ones. Just when you are getting use to certain faces they are gone. Now several times, the same people I started working out with are now training, lol...Funny because I am in better shape than a couple of these trainers and just dont feel the motivation when I am being trained by someone that is struggling more than myself. This camp has their own little group and they motivate each other. In the time i have been with them, i have missed days straight or even weeks and never has anyone reach out to see how I am. At this point I truly know they dont care as long as your money is still flowing in. The one thing that has really annoyed me is how they constantly have excuses to re adjust the schedule for their needs, the trainer is sick, the owner has problems with his electric company and has to move out by emergency, one time he didnt pay the gyms utility bill and closed the remainder of the day. I mean do they not have a back up plan, shouldnt they have trainers on call? This is not just about you, we pay a lot of money and you should see it from our perspective also. Just recently now they informed us that we will be charged monthly for kid daycare if you want to use it but they are constantly closing that too!!! lmao! I wonder if he offered a discount for every time they had an issue if they would still be so unprofessional. I know we all have problems and should understand but dam, these is time after time, I mean if you didnt have the time or staff for a 3rd gym then why the heck take a bigger bite then you can swallow. These issues are talked about within members but yet no one will say anything because they feel they will be treated rudely for truly expressing how they feel and how unprofessional they are at times, especially when you are not paying less than $100 a month. I just wish I could get out of this contract because as much as I enjoy working out, their issues really make me feel like I am wasting my money. Lately the new trainers seem to be there more for chit chat and fun with some of the members and truly forget they are training an actual group! Due to all these issues I have encountered I give this place a 2 star, hopefully the owner can take some business seminars soon as well to help his place out.
